“烯—二炔”模型化合物前体—6—硫杂—13—氧杂双环［9.3.0 …

以顺－１,２,３,６－四氢邻苯二甲酸酐为原料,经还原、环化、臭氧化、Ｗｉｔｔｉｇ羰基烯化、酯化、二醇化和硫化等８步反应,合成了新型抗癌抗菌素“烯－二炔”的双环前体：６－硫杂－１３－氧杂双环［９．３．０］－３,８－十四二炔。该合成路线步骤少,收率高,反应条件温和。６个新化合物４－９的结构均经元素分析、核磁共振、红外光谱和质谱确证。     

新型1,3-二硫杂环戊烯-2-硫酮衍生物的合成

通过4,5－二硫基－1,3－二硫杂环戊烯－2－硫酮（dimt）的锌配合物和相应的卤化物反应,成功地合成了3种未见报道的1,3－二硫杂环戊烯－2－硫酮衍生物。讨论了制备这些化合物的反应条件。用IR、^1HNMR和MS对这些化物进行了表征。     

Structural and Spectroscopic Studies on [Cu（DACH）2（H2O）]—Cl2（DACH—1,4—Diazacycloheptane）

A penta-coordinated Cu(Ⅱ） complex with 1,4-diazacycloheptane (DACH),[Cu(DACH)2(H2O)]Cl2(1),has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction,IR spectra,elemental analyses,thermal analyses,UV-Vis and ESR techniques.Complex 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic crystal system,Pbcn space group with a=1.6075(4),b=1.0539(3),c=0.9195(3)nm,V=1.5578(7)nm^3,Mr=352.79,Z=4,Dc=1.487g/cm^3,final R=0.0451 and wR=0.1294.The structure of 1 indicates that the central Cu(Ⅱ） atom is penta-coordinated by four nitrogen aboms of two DACH moieties at the equatorial positions and a water molecule at the axis position.The coordination geometry of Cu(Ⅱ） could be considered as an approximately ideal square-pyramidal environment.Both DACH rings arrange in cis-form and are predominantly in the boat-boat conformation (80%) with some disorder to the chair-chair conformation (20%).The Cl^- anions are hydrogen bonded with the nitrogen donors of the DACH rings and the oxygen donor of the coordinated H2O molecule to form a one-dimensional zigzag linear structure. The solution behaviors of 1 are also discussed in detail by Uvvis and ESR technique.

新杂环化合物6,20—二硫杂—13,27—二氯杂三环[23,3,0,0^11,15]—3,8,17,22—四

近年来,科学家先后从细菌分泌物中分离出几种含有环状"烯-二炔”的Calicheamicinγ1I[1～4]Esperamicin A1[5～7],Dynemicin A1[8]Neocarzinostatin 发色团[9～11],Kedarcidin发色团[12～13]等新型抗癌抗菌素,我们已做过评述[14].它们的"1,5-二炔-3-烯”部分经生物还原生成1,4-脱氢苯双自由基,从癌细胞DNA糖磷酯骨架上夺取氢原子,引起癌细胞DNA氧化断裂,杀灭癌细胞,因而有广泛的应用前景. 标题化合物是"烯-二炔”前体,以3,4-二(4′-甲磺酰氧-2′-丁炔基)四氢呋喃(1)为原料,在硫化钠作用下关环,得到了新杂环化合物(2).通过元素分析,红外光谱,质谱进行了分析,又进一步进行了1H NMR和13C NMR谱测定,并对其谱线进行归属,确证了结构.     

Synthesis and Stuctural Characterization of the Complex [Et4N]2[Ni（C2S

The heteroleptic dmit complex [Et4N]2[Ni2(C2S4)(C3S5)2] has been prepared by the reaction of NiCl2.H2O with Na2dmit, NaSC2H4OH in the MeOH solution. The compound has been characterized by X-ray diffraction study, IR and UV-Vis spectroscopy. Crystallographic data : space group: P21/n, a=11.843(2), b=11.079(1), c = 15.404(1)(), β=110.33(1)°, V = 1895.1()3, Z=2, Dc=1.62 g/cm3, μ=17.6 cm-1, F(000)=956, R=0.052, Rw=0.061. In the structure of the title complex, the tto (tto=tetrathioxalato) ligand in bridging form is chelated to two nickel atoms and dmit (dmit=1,3-dithiole-2-thione-4,5-dithiolate) ligands coordinated to nickel atoms.

双(1,3-二硫杂环戊烯-2-硒酮-4,5-二硫)金属配合物的合成及其电化学性质的研究

以1，3-二硫杂环戊烯-2-硒酮-4，5-二硫盐为配体与二价金属离子配位合成了4种双(1，3-二硫杂环戊烯-2-硒酮-4，5-二硫)金属配合物，研究了它们的电化学性质和UV—Vis光谱，并讨论了形成中性产物的原因。     

1－对甲苯磺酰基－2－氧代－2－苯氧基－3－芳基－1，4，2－二氮磷杂环戊－5－硫酮的合成及其除草活性

通过１－苯基－３－对甲苯磺酰基硫脲（１）与亚磷酸三苯酯和取代苯甲醛在甲苯中进行的类Ｍａｎｎｉｃｈ反应合成１－对甲苯磺酰基－２－氧代－２－苯氧基－３－芳基－１，４，２－二氮磷杂环戊－５－硫酮（２）．本文对合成过程中所涉及到的副反应进行了初步探讨，初步的生物活性测定结果表明，化合物２具有一定的除草活性。     

Crystal Structure of Copper（ Ⅱ）Complex with 3—Hydroxyl—1,5—diazaylo

Crystal structure of copper (II) complex with a new aminocarboxylate ligand, 3-hydroxyl-1, 5-diazacycloheptane-N,N-diacetate, C9H14CuN2O5.H2O, Mr=311.78 is reported. It crystallizes in orthorhombic Pna21 with a=13.340(4), b=8.127(1), c=10.583(4) , V=1147.2(7)3 , Z=4, Dc=1.805g/cm3, μ=19.287cm-1 (MoKα), F(000)=644. The final R and Rw are 0.049 and 0.065 for 888 observed reflections with I≥3σ(I). The result of X-ray structure determination shows that the Cu(Ⅱ) forms a planar complex with two oxygen atoms and two nitrogen atoms of the ligand.

以新戊二醇、三氯化磷和乙醇为原料制得中间体5,5-二甲基-1,3,2-二氧磷杂环已烷-2-氧（DPDO）,用DPDO与由芳醛和对苯二胺缩合制得的席夫碱SBⅠ-SBⅡ加成,合成了膨胀型阻燃剂5,5-二甲基-2-氧代-2-（N,N‘-对苯二胺基-二苄基）-二-1,3,2-氧磷杂环已烷（DPPOⅠ-DPPOⅡ）,通过元素分析,IR,NMR和MS对其结构进行表征,并对其在醇酸清漆中的应用进行了讨论。     

含杂环羧酸基二苄基锡(Ⅳ)配合物的合成与表征

以二苄基二氯化锡和杂环羧酸钠为原料合成了十种新的有机锡配合物(PhCH₂)₂Sn(O₂CR)_nCl_2-n(n=1或2，R=杂环)。用元素分析、IR、 ¹H NMR和TG表征了配合物的组成和结构。
