机械合金化Sm—Fe—B粉末的结构和磁致伸缩 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
通过机械合金化方法对不同成分配比的Sm-Fe-B混合粉末经40h球磨制备合金。利用X射线衍射,法拉第磁天平和YJ-25型静态应变仪研究了Sm-Fe-B合金的结构、磁化强度及磁致伸缩。结果表明:随B含量的增加,合金中的非晶或微晶组分增多,比磁化强度σ下降,而磁致伸缩|λ∥-λ⊥|值增加。其中Sm35Fe56B9成分的混合粉末经40h研磨后在930kA/m磁化场下室温扩λ∥-λ⊥=-510×10-6。 相似文献

研究了Cu-Ni-Si-Cr-Fe合金的时效强化特性,结果表明,该合金在时效温度为450-500℃,时效时间3-4h的条件下可获得最佳强化效果,经600-700℃的高温时效处理,该合金仍能保持较高的硬度。 相似文献

利用电阻测量、X射线衍射等方法研究了铁锰基形状记忆合金中γ→ε相变与顺磁-反铁磁转变。对顺磁-反铁磁转变的温度区间和可逆性作了仔细分析。降温时→ε转为与顺磁到反铁磁转变的温度区间有重叠,但升温时反铁磁到顺磁的转变出现在-140℃到+50℃之间,ε→γ在100-200℃之间进行,二者截然分开 相似文献

The dependence of composition varied,especially C,Si,Cr,Cu and Co in four amorphousalloy systems Fe_(80-x)Cr_xSi_5B_(15).Fe_(80-x)Cr_xC_5B_(15).Fe_(80-x)Cu_xSi_5B_(15)and(Fe_(1-x)Co_x)_(82)Cu_(0.4)Si_(4.4)B_(13.2)upon their saturation magnetostriction at room temperature hasbeen studied.It was observed that the saturation magnetostriction of the alloys may be re-markably improved by small addition of Cu and Co.the peak value being up to 70×10~(-6)asx=0.02 in alloys(Fe_(1-x)Co_x)_(82)Cu_(0.4)Si_(4.4)B_(13.2). 相似文献

非晶态Fe_(1-x)(Si,B)_x合金的磁矩和磁致伸缩随着Si和B含量的增多而缓慢降低,而Curie温度约在25%(Si+B)含量时呈现出最大值;Si与B的含量对磁各向异性并无明显影响,但表面条纹退磁效应对磁各向异性却有较大的影响。这些实验现象可以借助电子转移和非晶态合金的结构模型得到定性的解释。 相似文献

An inflection hehaviour was revealed during isothermal annealing under the observation oftransition of the coercivity of Fe-Si-B amorphous alloys during local crystallization.It maybe interpreted by the transition of α-Fe grain precipitated from single to multiple domain,Thus,the theoretical expression of H_0-t_a may be derived.The plot of expression H_0-t_a calcu-lated well represents the feature of the experimental curve. 相似文献
