基于服务蓝图的文创产品用户体验设计研究及实践

目的 研究服务蓝图在文创产品用户体验设计中的运用。方法 基于服务蓝图构建用户体验设计人机系统模型,运用服务蓝图厘清“用户—文创产品—文化环境”的流程关系,从中确定用户的文化体验层,并从文化体验层中找出用户的文化接触点,最后通过设计案例,验证方法的可行性。结论 以加强用户文化体验为目的,运用服务蓝图分析用户的文化体验流程,从中定义体验点进而完成设计;从用户初步接触文化的体验源头起,深度挖掘用户在接触实体产品前的文化体验流程,并以土家织锦文创产品为例(产品包括互联网产品和实体产品),梳理、优化用户体验的设计点,最终以土家织锦文化服务网站为载体,输出以优化文化体验为目的的文创产品用户体验设计。     

非遗文化服务设计中的接触点优化方法研究

目的 为提升用户服务体验,探索服务设计接触点的优化方法,扩展服务设计理论。方法 首先,以服务流程分析为基础,识别非遗文化服务过程的接触点,由用户对服务接触点满意度评价计算引申重要性后,分析并确定关键服务接触点;其次,进行关键服务接触点失效分析,嵌入用户感知评价作为三种风险因素权重计算关键服务接触点风险值,输出改进优先级排序矩阵;最后,依据分析结果对非遗文化服务设计方案进行制定与验证评价。结论 搭建服务接触点优化设计方法,通过福州漆艺文化服务设计为例验证表明,该方法可以有效评估关键接触点,全面分析关键服务接触点的失效性,提供服务接触点优化设计方向,进而改善用户体验流畅感,提高服务品质,藉此为非遗文化服务设计提供方法借鉴。     

基于服务接触理论的社区团购服务系统设计研究

目的 将服务接触理论应用在社区团购服务中,分析社区团购中的服务接触,准确获取用户需求,改善用户体验,并提出服务系统改进设计方案。方法 首先,对社区团购中各要素之间的服务接触进行梳理,结合用户行为分析得出服务接触点,运用问卷调查法对服务接触点进行用户满意度评价,筛选出服务缺口,即评价值较低的服务接触点,以此挖掘出用户需求,并建立其与系统功能之间的有效映射关系,得到社区团购服务系统功能指标;其次,通过建立用户对系统功能指标满意度的SEM模型,确定各功能指标对用户满意度的影响权重大小,以指导设计。结论 完成了社区团购服务蓝图的构建及其相关配套设施的创新设计。该理论方法与实践路径能帮助获取用户多元化需求,把握社区团购服务系统设计重点,为其他同类型服务设计提供理论与实践参考。     

城市社区养老模式下医疗服务设计探究

目的在老龄化社会背景下,系统运用服务设计理论,对老龄化用户生活行为、医疗护理行为等要素进行分析,探究城市社区养老模式下医疗服务系统设计方向。方法通过视频人种学和用户访谈法等质化研究方法对老龄化用户进行定性分析,再结合服务设计思维方法,界定现有城市社区养老模式下医疗服务存在的问题和设计创新机会点。结论基于服务—信息—产品3个系统接触点之间的关系分析,运用服务设计思维实现不同系统的跨界组合,完成服务体验图建构,提出了社区医疗护理站、健康信息软件和智能呼叫手环的设计方案,形成"医疗服务体验—信息系统交互—可穿戴式设备"的适老医疗服务设计框架,为以服务设计驱动国内社区养老模式创新提供设计学维度的思考和参考。     

基于邮轮用户体验的移动信息服务设计研究

目的 提出针对邮轮信息服务平台的构建策略,以用户信息旅程图、服务系统图、服务蓝图等可视化手段,展现当代邮轮信息服务系统的工作机制。方法 基于大型邮轮课题的研究现状,以用户体验模型、移动信息相关理论及服务设计为基础,问题为导向,通过交叉学科的研究方法,运用可用性测试方法对产品满意度进行评估,验证该设计方法对提升用户体验的有效性。结论 得出移动信息服务设计策略模型,引入服务设计思维并提出具体的设计流程,并对系统中的关键接触点给出优化建议。     

基于任务的智能交互产品服务设计优化研究

目的通过优化智能交互产品的服务设计,消除或减弱由信息过载现象引起的使用效率低,用户情绪焦虑的现象。方法分析智能交互产品的服务设计目标、实现途径以及信息过载现象,对智能交互产品的用户、服务流程和服务接触点进行研究,提出基于任务的智能交互产品优化过程,并通过智能冰箱服务设计优化的例子进行阐释。结果研究得出的具体优化方法是以任务模式为主脉络,在树形服务设计蓝图的基础上,针对任务进行信息优化,绘制各任务专用的独立服务设计蓝图,设计任务模式下的产品交互界面。结论智能交互产品界面的信息得到优化能够提高用户完成具体任务的效率,提供轻松的使用体验。     

社区老人康复辅助器具设计策略研究

为优化减缓失能与慢性病的康复辅助器具,针对社区居家养老服务模式中老人的康复需求,分析社区情境下的康复辅助器具。针对现有产品注重物的功能性和忽视用户体验的问题,提出动机强化设计、包容性设计和多感官协同反馈设计等社区康复辅助器具设计优化策略,并佐以对应的设计案例,为今后社区老人康复辅具设计及其适配应用提供参考。     

以用户为中心的城市社区公共设施服务设计模式研究

目的研究城市社区公共设施服务以满足社区用户需求。方法从服务设计方法角度出发,结合社区公共设施,根据社区用户需求,分析各类用户社区活动,寻求各类用户与设施之间接触点;通过分析关联重要度,将社区公共设施模块化,构建城市社区公共设施服务设计体系框架。结论提出基于城市社区公共设施服务系统的优化整合设计,进一步提升各类社区用户对社区公共设施满意度,发挥社区公共设施的效能,为社区公共设施服务体系及服务模式设计提供参考。     

基于包容性的适老化服务设计研究

目的 基于老龄化社会背景带来的设计方向的思考,将包容性设计的理念和原则融入服务设计中,从包容性的视角出发改进服务设计流程,提升服务设计的包容性,构建更优体验感的适老化医疗服务系统。方法 通过文献分析了解适老化服务设计的研究现状、包容性的设计理念和应用于解决老龄问题的优势。运用深度访谈、实地调研等用户研究方法,构建老年慢性病患者的典型用户旅程图,梳理并分类服务痛点。从服务接触点和整个服务流程寻找设计机会点,根据总结的包容性原则对服务接触点进行优化和系统设计,搭建的医疗服务系统通过服务蓝图等工具进行表达。结果 提出基于包容性的服务接触点改进原则、适老化服务痛点类型、适老化服务设计流程和针对服务流程的包容性评估方法。结论 包容性设计理念的融入能够提升服务设计的包容性,改善老年人的服务体验。具备包容性的适老化服务设计为面向老龄人口的服务设计研究提供了一个切入点,并为适老化的医疗服务流程设计提供了参考。     

服务设计视角下快餐包装设计研究

目的 通过引入服务设计中利益相关者、用户画像、用户体验地图、接触点研究的方法,对快餐包装进行重新设计.方法 以服务设计理论为基础,第一,对现有快餐包装进行市场调研;第二,通过利益相关者分析快餐销售时的中心用户;第三,对中心用户进行问卷访谈调研,提炼出用户画像;第四,对这些用户画像采用用户体验地图的方式挖掘用户行为痛点和设计的机会点;最后,优化接触点的行为体验,制作出快餐包装的设计模型.结果 设计出方便消费方和销售方使用的快餐包装.结论 通过服务设计的方法可以帮助食品包装在设计上进行突破.利用利益相关者地图可以挖掘不同方面的用户,使用用户体验地图和接触点研究可以深入探索用户痛点,并对其进行设计指导,满足核心用户群对包装的需求,并给出了基于服务设计研究方法下的快餐包装设计实践案例.

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.

CNAS Passes APLAC's PTP Review

Strictest Pollutants Emission Standards

正Four new national standards on air pollutant emission control offi cially issued by the Ministry of Environment Protection(MEP)together with AQSIQ and SAC has been brought into force from July 1,2014.The Emission standard for air pollutants of coal-burning,oil-burning and gasfi red boilers,which is the strictest emission standard historically,will tackle the stubborn pollution problem of boilers and waste incineration in most of China’s regions.

Progress on Standards Copyright Protection

正Recently,National Copyright Administration of China(NCAC)has rewarded 215 organizations and 179 individuals for their outstanding efforts on investigating standards copyright infringement and piracy in 2013.Hua Jianhua,the Deputy-Director of National Standards Copyright Protection Workgroup Office won a third prize of the national individual award.In 2012,SAC set up the national standards copyright protection working group,and developed policies to crack down standards infringement and piracy behaviors and to strengthen standards copyright protection.
