熔盐电解法制备镨钕镝合金的研究

利用4000 A电解槽,在氟化锂-氟化镨钕-氟化镝熔盐体系中,通过电解氧化镝与氧化镨钕的方法,制备了成分稳定的镨钕镝合金,金属直收率大于96%,电流效率大于75%。讨论了电解质组元、温度、阴极电流密度、加料速度对电解过程的影响。同时与钙热法生产金属镝、自耗阴极制备镝铁合金工艺进行综合性对比分析,结果表明,熔盐电解法在成本、工艺稳定、产品质量等方面具有绝对的优势。     

25 kA熔盐电解法制备稀土镨钕合金非稀土杂质有效控制的研究

为实现熔盐电解法制备稀土合金工艺大型化、低能耗和高效性,采用25 kA电解电流在氟化物体系中的熔盐电解工艺制备稀土镨钕合金.通过工业实践,探究了电解过程中电解槽结构、电解温度、电流密度、电解质组分、搅炉操作及坩埚材质对电解产品纯度的影响.实验研究确立了25 kA熔盐电解法制备稀土镨钕合金有效控制非稀土杂质含量的工艺参数.      

制取金属钕全流程工艺新技术

氟化钕制备采用氯化钕直接氟化工艺,流程最短,且较好地解决了沉淀过滤问题;碳酸氢铵作沉淀剂所得氧化钕成本最低;氟化物体系熔盐电解氧化物在熔盐熔化、阴极保护和实现低电流自热等方面有所创新,炉型结构合理,工艺稳定,投资少,实用性强。全流程对金属镧、铈、镨以及某些稀土合金生产。有参考价值。     

轻稀土元素共电积试验研究

研究了氟化物体系熔盐电解制备电池用稀土金属过程中轻稀土元素的行为， 并进行了理论分析。研究结果表明：电解过程中，熔盐中的镧有一相当长的富集过程，铈、镨、钕随电解的进行逐渐减少， 金属中的各稀土元素含量则成相反趋势； 要使产品中各稀土元素含量稳定， 必须确定合适的电解质组成，使电解一开始即可建立动态平衡；随电解温度升高，金属中碳含量增加，兼顾工艺和产品碳含量时，则需确定合适的电解温度。     

熔盐电解法制取钬铁合金试验研究

在氟化物熔盐体系中采用自耗阴极进行氧化物的熔盐电解,通过电解温度、阴极电流密度和熔盐配比等主要技术条件进行正交设计试验,对电解过程中电解质组成、电解温度、阴极电流密度和加料速度等因素对合金成分、稀土收率影响进行了试验研究。获得了较佳的工艺技术条件,为钬铁合金的规模化生产提供了切实可行的途径。     

电解氧化镨制取金属镨工艺的研究与工业实践

对电解氧化镨制取金属镨的小型试验３０００Ａ电解槽的生产作了简要介绍，探讨了电解质组成，电解温度，阴极电流密度，加料速度对工业生产效果的影响，生产结果表明：电解槽连续稳定自热运行，台日产金属镨６５～７０ｋｇ，金属收率达９０％，电流效率大于８０％。

赣州有色冶金研究所针对氟化物体系熔盐电解氧化物制取金属钕工艺存在的问题。进行试验研究,在小型试验基础上。我所与寻乌稀土矿共同开展了“从离子交换解吸氟化钕溶液开始制取金属钕”的全流程扩大试验。试验结果表明,全流程可行;用氟化剂直接制备氟化钕的工艺简便,较好地解决了熔盐电解质制备氟化钕沉淀过滤洗涤的困难,可以大量生产。采用混合沉淀剂代替草酸,工艺合理、成本低。在电解金属钕工艺中有所创新,具有电弧升温熔化,阴极保护,小电流自热电解和金属取出等特点,有实用价值。     

熔盐电解法制取稀土金属和合金在我国的某些研究进展

ICP-AES法测定镨钕氧化物及镨钕金属中的镧、铈、钐、钇、铝和硅量

重点研究了镨钕配分对测定镨钕中镧、铈、钐、钇、铝、硅量的影响。通过研究镨钕配分与其空白值之间的关系,采用一定校正方法,成功地用一套标样解决了不同镨钕配分试样中的镧、铈、钐、钇、铝和硅量的测定问题。方法简单易行,结果稳定可靠。与ICP-M S的对照结果令人满意。     

金属钕的生产

随着钕铁硼稀土强磁问世,人们对单一稀土金属钕的生产给予极大的关注。氟化物体系熔盐电解氧化物制取金属钕,较氯化物体系工艺稳定易于掌握、稀土收率高,但难于实现工业化:作为熔盐电解质氟化钕的制备,操作复杂成本较高;电解金属钕的工艺与防腐材料存在不少问题。本文就金属钕生产工艺,提出了见解,目的在于克服上述问题,实现工业比。
