1.引言当今社会,几乎我们身边的每一件事都可以被计算机实现,尤其是随着近几年来WWW的几乎爆炸式的发展,通讯和网络技术的突飞猛进,我们的生活和工作都出现一种不可避免的趋势——无纸化、自动化。选举,作为社会公民所享有的一项基本权利,它的方式本身也不可能在这样一个日新月异的社会环境中停滞不前,因此,电子选举应运而生。电子投票的发展从它在1884年第一次被人提出到现在这近百年并不是一帆风顺的,其主要原因是一个电子投票系统的安全性和公平性是很难得到保证的。直到密码学突破军事应用的限制,在各领域得到广泛的应用以及密码学本身的飞速发展,电子选举才有了可喜的进展。  相似文献

城市化快速发展使城市空间日益扩张,与此同时生态系统也遭受着严重破坏,这就要求在景观设计中去关注生态关系,合理利用生态文化,为可持续发展创造有利的条件。在景观设计理论研究中对于造园艺术、建筑设计、城市规划等问题的认识上,提倡生态学的思想与观点,构建新型的生态文化设计理念,将是我们科学地认识和处理人地关系的全新课题。如何把这一理念运用到景观设计中去寻求自身的平衡,这将是人们对自然认识的进步,也是人类对自身认识的进步。  相似文献

Face Hallucination: Theory and Practice   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
In this paper, we study face hallucination, or synthesizing a high-resolution face image from an input low-resolution image, with the help of a large collection of other high-resolution face images. Our theoretical contribution is a two-step statistical modeling approach that integrates both a global parametric model and a local nonparametric model. At the first step, we derive a global linear model to learn the relationship between the high-resolution face images and their smoothed and down-sampled lower resolution ones. At the second step, we model the residue between an original high-resolution image and the reconstructed high-resolution image after applying the learned linear model by a patch-based non-parametric Markov network to capture the high-frequency content. By integrating both global and local models, we can generate photorealistic face images. A practical contribution is a robust warping algorithm to align the low-resolution face images to obtain good hallucination results. The effectiveness of our approach is demonstrated by extensive experiments generating high-quality hallucinated face images from low-resolution input with no manual alignment.  相似文献

This commentary discusses Noam Tractinsky’s article “The Usability Construct: A Dead End?” (Human–Computer Interaction, 2017). That article debates the conceptual qualities of “usability” as a key concept in human–computer interaction. It provides two main conclusions: (a) the usefulness of the concept of “usability” to human–computer interaction theories has been limited and (b) a notion of “construct” is useful for identifying weaknesses of the concept of “usability” and thereby provides reasons for its limited usefulness. The article is interesting and provides an in-depth analysis of the concept of usability. Unfortunately, the use of this analysis is not convincing. Instead, redefinition of “usability” should be based on a constructive approach.  相似文献

The majority of humanities computingprojects within the discipline of literaturehave been conceived more as digital librariesthan monographs which utilise the medium as asite of interpretation. The impetus to conceiveelectronic research in this way comes from theunderlying philosophy of texts and textualityimplicit in SGML and its instantiation for thehumanities, the TEI, which was conceived as ``amarkup system intended for representing alreadyexisting literary texts'. This article exploresthe most common theories used to conceiveelectronic research in literature, such ashypertext theory, OCHO (Ordered Hierarchy ofContent Objects), and Jerome J. McGann's``noninformational' forms of textuality. Big data introduces challenges to query answering, from theory to practice. A number of questions arise. What queries are "tractable" on big data? How can we make big data "small" so that it is feasible to find exact query answers?When exact answers are beyond reach in practice, what approximation theory can help us strike a balance between the quality of approximate query answers and the costs of computing such answers? To get sensible query answers in big data,what else do we necessarily do in addition to coping with the size of the data?
