现代汽车已越来越成为一个典型的多领域综合系统,包含了机械、电子、液力、控制等不同领域的系统并相互耦合.因此,汽车的性能仿真迫切需要一种统一的工具,以使不同领域的仿真分析基于一个统一的模型,从而减少不同模型间的数据传递、提高仿真精度;另外不同领域问题采用统一的可重用模型、提高建模效率.采用基于Modelica语言、标准及工具软件,已经有针对整车动力学及控制问题的多个模块,为汽车性能仿真提供r有效的工具. 相似文献

针对MEMS的多领域耦合和系统级的快速建模与仿真要求,提出研究关于微型梳状静电谐振器建模与仿真方法.为提高系统的稳定性,减少误差,采用了基于Modelica/Dymola的非因果关系建模方法及流程,以梳状谐振器机电耦合模型的自然形式方程为基础,以Modelica语言建立非因果关系的仿真模型,借助于Dymola平台对振子的位移/速度曲线进行仿真.仿真结果与理论验证相符,表明Modelica具有建模过程简单、建模速度快和仿真精度高等优点,适合于MEMS多领域建模与仿真研究. 相似文献

针对半物理仿真(Hardware in Loop Simulation,HILS)中Modelica模型无法直接控制硬件设备的问题,基于Modelica研究硬件板卡接口控制模块与多领域仿真模型的统一表达技术.分析可视化模型方程表达机理,建立硬件板卡的接口模型库,从而在同一建模环境中实现多领域物理模型与硬件设备的关联,并实现Modelica离线数字仿真模型至HILS模型的直接转换,为基于Modelica的HILS应用提供技术支持.电机转速控制HILS结果表明该方法可行. 相似文献

针对当前基于MATLAB/SIMULINK的半物理仿真(Hardware in Loop Simulation,HILS)系统中不支持多领域建模、联合仿真模型转换过程复杂且存在误差等问题,提出基于Modelica和建模仿真软件MWorks进行HILS的方法,分析其所涉及的建模方法、实时仿真接口和代码生成等关键技术,并以此为基础构建支持Modelica模型的HILS.以前起落架转向系统和起落架收放系统为应用实例,建立HILS平台,对该方法进行验证.仿真结果表明该方法可行,结果可信度高. 相似文献

水泥混凝土泵车臂架是典型的多体非线性系统,臂架的柔性以及与连杆之间的耦合作用增大了臂架运动学轨迹和动力学响应求解难度。采用模态缩减法建立臂架刚柔混合模型,利用虚拟弹簧阻尼法建立液压缸等效连接,运用计算机仿真算法研究柔性臂、连杆、铰之间的复杂运动学规律,分析臂架柔性和等效油缸弹簧阻尼对末端位移的影响,最后通过实验验证仿真结果的正确性和合理性,为臂架虚拟样机设计、低频振动控制、轨迹预测提供参考。 相似文献

This article presents a support‐vector modeling method for electromechanical coupling of microwave filter tuning in the case of the scarcity of experimental data available. This has been done for the purpose of establishing an accurate coupling model which can be used in an automatic tuning device of volume‐producing filters. In the method, a coupling model that reveals the effect of mechanical structure on the filter electrical performance is established by using a proposed algorithm which can incorporate multi‐kernel and prior knowledge into linear programming support vector regression (LPSVR). Some experiments from three microwave filters have been performed, and the results confirm the effectiveness of the support‐vector modeling method. Moreover, the comparative results also show that the proposed multi‐kernel prior knowledge LPSVR can improve the data‐driven modeling accuracy of small dataset. The proposed algorithm show great potential in some problems where a sufficient experimental data is difficult and costly to obtain, but some prior knowledge data from a simulation model can be easily obtained. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 为提高机械液压装置设计效率,降低生产成本,建立其全生命周期管理平台,需构建机械液压装置数学模型;常规的机械液压装置大多是线性定常高阶系统,时域分析方法在建模过程中存在较多局限性;文章采用频响分析方法,以某机械液压装置控制回路为研究对象,通过频响分析仪,进行机械液压装置建模,并对获得的模型精度进行仿真验证;将频域辨识模型与实物试验数据进行对比,验证了模型的精度,证明了频域建模的有效性,为后续机械液压装置控制系统全数字仿真与硬件在回路仿真提供了基础. 相似文献

为满足液压设备多缸同步操作的控制需求,提出一种非线性模糊滑膜控制算法研究。以多缸液压设备的控制特性为基础建模,并获取模型的切换函数;借助液压缸与负载力平衡方程,完成多级液压缸的换级处理,再联合液压设备同步速度计算结果,确定节流缓冲控制条件,实现对设备的同步控制。利用AMESim软件设计仿真实验,得到加速度、速度、位移差三项指标数值,结果显示非线性模糊滑膜控制算法能够更好第控制多缸液压设备的同步操作需求。 相似文献

Abstract A new mixed quantitative and qualitative simulation methodology based on fuzzy inductive reasoning is presented. The feasibility of this methodology is demonstrated by means of a simple hydraulic control system. The mechanical and electrical parts of the control system are modeled using differential equations, whereas the hydraulic part is modeled using fuzzy inductive reasoning. The technique is described in detail in the first part of this paper. The example is shown in the second part of the paper. The mixed quantitative and qualitative model is simulated in ACSL, and the simulation results are compared with those obtained from a fully quantitative model. The example was chosen as a simple to describe, yet numerically demanding process whose sole purpose is to prove the concept. Multiaxial hydraulic manipulators are complicated systems with highly nonlinear dynamics and various modeling uncertainties, which hinders the development of high-performance controller. In this paper, a neural network feedforward with a robust integral of the sign of the error (RISE) feedback is proposed for high precise tracking control of hydraulic manipulator systems. The established nonlinear model takes three-axis dynamic coupling, hydraulic actuator dynamics, and nonlinear friction effects into consideration. A radial basis function neural network (RBFNN) is synthesized to approximate the uncertain system dynamics and external disturbance, which can greatly reduce the dependence on accurate system model. In addition, a continuous RISE feedback law is judiciously integrated to deal with the residual unknown dynamics. Since the major unknown dynamics can be estimated by the RBFNN and then compensated in the feedforward design, the high-gain feedback issue in RISE feedback control will be avoided. The proposed RISE-based neural network robust controller theoretically guarantees an excellent semi-global asymptotic stability. Comparative simulation is performed on a 3-DOF hydraulic manipulator, and the obtained results verify the effectiveness of the proposed controller. 相似文献
