Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.  相似文献

采用金相试验手段研究了在不同焊接方法下同种奥氏体不锈钢管母材及焊缝的显微组织特性,以及在相同焊接方法下奥氏体钢管和碳钢钢管母材及焊缝的显微组织特性。用超声检测方法对试样焊缝中的人工刻槽缺陷和边缘端角进行灵敏度和信噪比的定量检测,研究了超声波在奥氏体不锈钢管和碳钢钢管中的传播特性差异。结果表明:在两种不同的焊接方法下,奥氏体不锈钢管母材及焊缝的显微组织状态基本相同,对超声检测的影响差异不大;在相同的焊接方法下,304奥氏体不锈钢管和20碳钢钢管的焊缝显微组织明显不同,超声波在奥氏体不锈钢管焊缝内的传播效果较差,检测存在一定困难;临界纵波双晶探头的灵敏度和信噪比均很高,在检测表面缺陷时能获得较好的效果。  相似文献

The technological process of coloring golden-tawny on aluminum alloy by electrolysis was improved in this paper. The optimum composition of electrolyte was found, the conditions of deposition and anodic oxidation by electrolysis were studied. Various elements - H, Li, B, Ar, Kr, Xe, Cs, Pb and Bi - have been implanted at 20 - 200 keV and at room temperature up to different fluences into thin fullerene layers evaporated onto polished Si substrates. Subsequently their depth profiles were determined by NRA, NDP, or RBS analysis. These measurements were compared with ion implantation into amorphous carbon and with theory. In most cases the degree of fullerene destruction was monitored by Raman spectroscopy earlier.

The results show that there exists a general trend insofar as theory appears to underestimate both ranges and range stragglings for heavy projectile ions, whereas for light and medium-heavy ions experimental range results agree with theory within some 30%. In a few cases range stragglings are found to be considerably larger than predicted by theory, which may be attributed to post-implantational radiation enhanced diffusion. There is only little influence of the degree of fullerene destruction onto the implantation profile parameters. Ranges in amorphous carbon appear to be in general a little bit larger than those ones in fullerene.  相似文献

In the present study, the results of fatigue tests with the magnesium alloy AZ31 (ISO‐MgAl3Zn1) in the material states base metal, heat affected zone and weld metal obtained under strain control at room temperature within a range from 2·102 to 5·106 cycles are presented. The fatigue behaviour was characterized by the Coffin–Manson–Basquin equations and the stress – strain behaviour by the Ramberg–Osgood equation. The data can be used to assess welded magnesium joints according to the local strain concept.  相似文献

Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) is used extensively in aerospace applications. Acceptance of bonded CFRP structures, mainly for aerospace applications, requires a robust surface preparation method with improved process controls to ensure high bond quality. Consistent repeatability is a factor lacking from many surface preparation processes. Atmospheric pressure plasma surface treatment is one of the robust surface preparation processes that have drawn wide attention in recent years. This process is capable of being applied in a production clean room environment that would minimize the risk of contamination and reduce cost. In plasma surface treatment the process parameters are easily controlled, documented providing a repeatable process with a high level of consistency. In this paper, the process parameters for atmospheric pressure plasma surface treatment and their effect on bonding for Out-Of-Autoclave (OOA) CFRP composite panels were fully investigated. A mechanized machine with sensory feedback to plasma treat surfaces was developed to change the process parameters for application on larger panels. By the aid of Design of Experiment (DOE) methodology critical process parameters were identified and a mathematical regression model was developed. The mathematical regression model was used to quantify the effect of process parameters on the bonding strength and the model was optimized to find the optimum settings.  相似文献

Dimensional accuracy of parts manufactured by Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) greatly suffers from the shrinkage problems of the available polymer materials. This paper proposes a constructive idea for resolving the shrinkage issues and explains how shrinkage could be managed by interior geometry of the artifacts fabricated on desktop 3D printers. The main principle for preventing the deterioration on dimensional accuracy of the holes/slots is to utilize the auxiliary lines located from the hole’s perimeter to the outer boundaries of the artifact. Thus, the shrinkage of these auxiliary line segments simply helps to pull the original hole backward, acting against the predicted contraction. In this paper, the proposed approach will be examined using a finite element analysis tool to predict the shrinkage behavior of the fabricated samples along with necessary measurements taken on the Coordinate Measuring Machine. Additionally, an analytical framework for modeling the shrinkage behavior of ABS is to be elaborated. The coherence of the simulations and the measurements are to be analyzed regarding the effect of the geometry and material color on the shrinkage behavior. The discussion involves the improvement on the dimensional accuracy of 3D printed features.  相似文献

This study investigates the impact of machining factors on the performance of additive mixed micro-electric discharge drilling of 316L stainless steel. The effects of three kinds of powder, powder concentration, voltage, capacitance, feed rate, and speed on tool wear rate, material removal rate, taper angle, and overcut (OC) were also investigated. The experimental results show that adding additives to the dielectric enhanced rate of material removal and reduced rate of tool wear significantly. Mixing powder with dielectric increased the length of the sparking, resulting in significant OC, and process performance also improved with the increase in amount of powder added. Further, scanning electron microscopy analysis was carried out to examine the surface characteristics and material migration properties, which confirmed that the properties of the machined surface are indeed significantly improved.  相似文献

Manufacturing of aluminum-steel clad strips by means of twin-roll casting is of great interest due to a shorter production chain in comparison with convenient technologies. Experiments on twin-roll casting of clad strips of pure aluminum and an austenitic stainless steel of 2.5?mm total thickness with the inline abrasive cleaning of a steel substrate’s surface performed. The corresponding device for the inline surface preparation is designed. The influence of surface roughness of the substrate’s surface on the bonding strength between strip layers is analyzed. The mechanism of intermetallic bonding on the roughened surfaces is discussed. It is shown that surface roughness of steel substrate up to 4.2?µm provides bonding strength above 100?MPa.  相似文献
