紧凑式换热器具有结构紧凑、换热效率高的特点,广泛地应用于多种工业场合。综述了不同换热器内流体和温度的不均匀分布、不均匀性对不同传热设备的影响、换热器入口处流体的分布和流型对换热器性能的影响。指出入口封头和分布器的设计对换热器性能具有重要影响,可通过CFD和实验相结合对其进行模拟计算。  相似文献

液化天然气(LNG)用做优质"绿色"汽车燃料的同时,还具有大量的冷能,该冷能可回收用于冷藏车制冷,LNG冷藏车是一种节能环保型汽车。在LNG冷藏车冷量回收系统中,传统的方式是将LNG在换热器中直接气化,并向空气释放冷量,但这种方式中的换热器表面易结霜,对其性能造成很大危害。文中提出了采用热管技术回收LNG冷量并用于冷藏车制冷的方法;设计了新型的热管式LNG冷量回收换热器,该新型换热器具有高效、紧凑等特点。  相似文献

不同尺寸和结构的机壳和管翅式换热器直接影响到分体式空调室内机空气的流场分布,进而影响换热器的换热效果及其出风风量。文中采用ANSYS软件CFX模块对一款三段式管翅式换热器在不同风机转速下进行了三维数值模拟,并对换热器的空气流场、温度场、空气与翅片换热系数和翅片表面热流密度分布进行分析。通过室内机出风口风量实验验证,本模型的建立是合理的。  相似文献

本文在传统的直杆折流杆换热器只能采取正方形布管的基础上,设计了一种新型的波形折流杆换热器,该换热器可进行更加紧凑的三角形布管。以水为流动介质,对两种换热器的壳程进行了数值计算,对两种换热器进行流动与传热性能分析。结果表明,综合性能较传统直杆折流杆换热器提升近10%。  相似文献

In recent years it is true to say that for industrial gas turbines, recuperators have not found acceptance, and even the large increases in fuel prices in the 1970s failed to stimulate their utilization to a noticeable degree. For defense applications, however, where minimizing the total volume and weight of the engine and fuel inventory, together with having a low specific fuel consumption characteristic at part power (e.g. battle tank and marine propulsion) are paramount, recuperated engines are being used in ever increasing numbers. With earlier impediments now overcome (i.e. structural integrity, reliability, cost, etc.), technology spin-offs from defense programs should result in a renewed interest in recuperated engines for a wide spectrum of applications, and this is the major theme of the paper.The author would like to dedicate this paper to Prof. A. L. London of Stanford University on the occasion of his 75th birthday, and to give recognition of his significant technical contributions over many years, towards the realization of recuperators for many gas turbine applications.  相似文献

本文对研制加工的适用于 100 kW 微型燃气轮机的 CW(Cross Wavy) 原表面回热器进行了试验研究,通过对两侧流体进、出口温度、压力等的测量,重点分析了燃气流量、入口温度及空气进口压力变化对换热阻力的影响,得出了在变工况下回热器的流动与换热性能规律,结果表明:所研制的 CW 原表面回热器空、燃气两侧换热均匀,提高了换热效率,两侧压降都有不同程度降低,并得出了有工程应用价值的 Nu-Re 及 f-RE 准则关系式,可为原表面回热器的设计制造提供参考.  相似文献

高效微型燃气轮机发电机组可用于航空、航天等领域,还可用于分布式发电、军用车辆辅助动力装置、车用混合动力装置等,因此研究这种动力装置有很重要的实用意义。介绍了一种微型燃气轮机核心机设计过程。这种微型燃气轮机由单级离心压气机、折流环形燃烧室、单级轴流涡轮组成。离心压气机采用进口带导叶、出口带有叶扩压器形式。转子轴采用1-0-1支撑方案。为了解决均匀燃烧问题,采用了甩油盘的供油方式。给出了主要设计参数,对设计的微型燃气轮机进行了初步的性能分析。  相似文献

为了进一步优化微型燃气轮机中回热器的结构,本文对小燃气轮机CW原表面回热器的芯体结构内的流动与传热规律进行了三维数值模拟。结果表明,当回热器的空气总流量和燃气总流量一定时,回热器芯体内的压损和回热度随着波纹板层数的增多而降低;增大燃气进口面积与空气进口面积比可使回热度增加,空气侧压损增加,燃气侧压损减小。模拟结果为CW原表面回热器的进一步优化设计提供了参考依据。  相似文献

Large dimension thermosyphons are efficient heat transfer components in heat recovery systems. Their performance limits depend on the following parameters: geometrical (length, diameter, inclination angle), physical (fluid, fill charge), thermal (temperature, heat flux).An experimental investigation was carried out with a large dimension, closed, two-phase thermosyphon which correspond to a device used in industrial recuperators. A vertical or inclinded steel thermosyphon, 3 m long and 27 mm inner diameter, was tested at temperatures varying from 100°C to 300°C with toluene as the working fluid. The lower part of the pipe was electrically heated along a variable length and the upper zone was cooled with an air stream whose flow rate and temperature were controlled. The maximum heat flux was measured as a function of temperature for different liquid fill charges and inclination angles. From these experimental data, boiling and condensation heat transfer coefficients were deduced. It was observed that the critical heat flux depends little on the fill ratio unless the charge is less than 20% for which a local dry-out occurs. The optimal fill charge was found to be between 20% and 50%. Experimental data have been compared with existing theories. The inclination effects have been taken into account with an empirical formula.  相似文献

The use of biomass and waste for decentralised combined heat and power production (CHP) requires highly efficient gasification processes. In the Technische Universität München (TUM), an innovative gasification technology has been developed. This allothermal gasifier is producing a hydrogen- rich, high-calorific gas, that can be further used in a microturbine or a fuel cell producing energy. For the operation of such a system, the online analysis of the composition of the product gas is of high importance, since the efficient working of the machines is linked with the gas quality. For this purpose an optical measurement system based on laser spectroscopy has been applied. This system can measure not only the basic components of the product gas (H2, CH4, CO, CO2, H2O), but it also gives information concerning the content of high hydrocarbons, the so-called tars, in the product gas.  相似文献

A class of generalized high order finite compact difference schemes is proposed for shock/vortex, shock/boundary layer interaction problems. The finite compact difference scheme takes the region between two shocks as a compact stencil. The high order WENO fluxes on shock stencils are used as the internal boundary fluxes for the compact scheme. A lemma based on the property of smoothness estimators on a 5-points stencil is given to detect the shock position. There is no free parameter introduced to switch the compact scheme and the WENO scheme. Some numerical experiments are given and they demonstrate that the present scheme has low dissipation due to the compact central differencing scheme used in the smooth regions.  相似文献

We study a scalar field theory with a non-standard kinetic term minimally coupled to gravity. We establish the existence of compact boson stars, that is, static solutions with compact support of the full system with self-gravitation taken into account. Concretely, there exist two types of solutions, namely compact balls on the one hand, and compact shells on the other hand. The compact balls have a naked singularity at the center. The inner boundary of the compact shells is singular, as well, but it is, at the same time, a Killing horizon. These singular, compact shells therefore resemble black holes.  相似文献
