Remote patient monitoring is one of the cornerstones to enable Ambient Assisted Living. Here, a set of devices provide their corresponding input, which should be carefully aggregated and analysed to derive health-related conclusions. In the new Fifth-Generation (5G) networks, Internet of Things (IoT) devices communicate directly to the mobile network without any need of proxy devices. Moreover, 5G networks consist of Multi-access Edge Computing (MEC) nodes, which are taking the role of a mini-cloud, able to provide sufficient computation and storage capacity at the edge of the network. MEC IoT integration in 5G offers a lot of benefits such as high availability, high scalability, low backhaul bandwidth costs, low latency, local awareness and additional security and privacy. In this paper, we first detail the procedure on how to establish such remote monitoring in 5G networks. Next, we focus on the key agreement between IoT, MEC and registration center in order to guarantee mutual authentication, anonymity, and unlinkability properties. Taking into account the high heterogeneity of IoT devices that can contribute to an accurate image of the health status of a patient, it is of utmost importance to design a very lightweight scheme that allows even the smallest devices to participate. The proposed protocol is symmetric key based and thus highly efficient. Moreover, it is shown that the required security features are established and protection against the most of the well-known attacks is guaranteed.

In integrating CAD and CAM applications, one major problem is how to interpret CAD information in a manner that makes sense for CAM. The goal is to develop a general approach that can be used with a variety of CAD and CAM applications for the manufacture of machined parts.

In particular, a methodology is presented for taking a CAD model, extracting alternative interpretations of the model as collections of MRSEVs (material removal shape element volumes, a STEP-based library of machining features), and evaluating these interpretations to determine which one is optimal. The evaluation criteria may be defined by the user, in order to select the best interpretation for the particular application at hand.  相似文献

针对UDDI提供的Web服务资源可用性差的问题,分析了不同SOA角色对Web服务可用性需求,构建了一种可保证服务可用性的服务发现模型。该模型利用轮询算法定期轮流对Web服务进行可用性度量,以判断UDDI的可用率,当可用率降低到预警值时能够立即更改轮询周期,提高对服务可用性的监控。通过对UDDI服务可用性的评估不仅保证了UDDI的可用性,同时也保障了用户发现服务的可用性。  相似文献

A wideband stacked dielectric resonator antenna with stable patterns is proposed for fifth‐generation of mobile technology in this paper. With the help of inserted air gaps to reduce the radiation Q factor, the stacked structure with two thin high permittivity sheets and two hollow low permittivity slabs can provide four adjacent resonant modes to form a wide bandwidth. Measured results demonstrate that the antenna obtains an impedance bandwidth of 54% for |S11| < ?10 dB and a peak gain of 9.2 dBi. The radiation patterns remain stable and symmetrical over the entire operating band.  相似文献

For the past five years, competing industries and standards developers have been hotly pursuing automatic configuration, now coined the broader term service discovery. Jini, Universal Plug and Play (UPnP), Salutation, and Service Location Protocol are among the front-runners in this new race. However, choosing service discovery as the topic of the hour goes beyond the need for plug-and-play solutions or support for the SOHO (small office/home office) user. Industrial Internet of Things (IIoTs) is the fast growing network of interconnected things that collect and exchange data using embedded sensors planted everywhere. It is an interconnection of several things through a diverse communication system capable of monitoring, collecting, exchanging, analysing, and delivering valuable and challenging amount of information. Given their ability to be operated autonomously, their high mobility, and their communication and processing power, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) are expected to be involved in numerous IIoT-related applications, where multimedia and video streaming plays a key role. Our main interest is the multimedia routing in IIoT and its facilities during and/or after operational hours. For recovering, constructing and selecting k-disjoint paths, capable of putting up with failure of the parameters but satisfying the quality of service, we introduce an industry-oriented Canonical Particle Swarm (CPS) optimization data delivery framework. During communication with the UAV, multi-swarm strategy is used to determine the optimal direction while performing a multipath routing. Authenticity of the proposed approach has been tested and results show that, compared to the ordinary Canonical Particle Multi-path Swarm (CPMS) optimization and Fully Multi-path Particle Swarm (FMPS) optimization, the proposed method is better.

Correct structuring and representation of production management-information will make the decision process more efficient in a factory. Graphic representation of survey data and comparisons are often very useful, although one loses some accuracy, compared with tables. The use of colours in this context makes the charts easier to understand, and more information may be shown without making the chart unclear. These facts have made the interactive graphic techniques useful for planning and resource allocation purposes. The result has been installed in industry.The study also presents a new method for automatic quality supervision. A detailed analysis of workpieces and products from mechanical industry is carried out.The method is a substitute for visual inspection as well as manual measurements: Missing holes, broken corners, and undesired material are detected. Important details are measured. There are individual tolerances on all measures. Parts that do not meet the requirements are rejected.The supervision program is easily changed, and the method is therefore suitable for small series production. The picture from a special TV camera is the basis for the quality supervision, which is of the noncontact type.  相似文献

由于车辆自身的高速移动性和资源有限性等特征,使得采用传统通信和计算手段的车联网场景无法满足用户日益增长的数据计算需求和体验质量需求。采用5G和边缘计算技术构建的新型车联网架构可以满足以上需求,但由于网络结构的变化,需设计适合新场景下的车辆任务通信和计算策略。针对5G车联网场景下的移动车辆任务动态卸载问题进行研究,提出了对应的动态任务分配策略和卸载调度低时延算法。车辆会根据提出的策略和算法将未完成的计算任务卸载到相应的 MEC 服务器或车辆上,并且计算结果将通过边缘服务器之间的联合通信或直接从被选择接受卸载任务的附近空闲车辆上直接返回给车主。仿真结果表明,所提出的策略和算法在优化卸载延迟方面具有良好的性能,并提高了用户体验质量。  相似文献

Service discovery has been a very active research field attracting many researchers around the world. Most of the previous research efforts on service discovery have been based on the ternary classification of participant roles in web services, including service providers, brokers, and consumers. This classification is insufficient because it fails to make a difference between application developers and end users who both belong to service consumers. As a result, application developers usually take the responsibility of seeking services while end users who ultimately use the application are ignored. In order to address this issue, this paper presents an Intents-based approach for dynamic service discovery. The proposed approach is motivated from two industrial protocols: Android Intents and web Intents. It improves the two protocols by a generic model from the aspects of architecture, intent messages and their resolving process, Intents services, and user agents. It classifies the implicit intents into authoritative and naïve intents and is compatible with the current web service triangular architecture. This paper also illustrates a way of creating Intents services from SOAP and REST web services and presents two cases to demonstrate some benefits of the proposed approach.  相似文献

Effective runtime service discovery requires identification of services based on different service characteristics such as structural, behavioural, quality, and contextual characteristics. However, current service registries guarantee services described in terms of structural and sometimes quality characteristics and, therefore, it is not always possible to assume that services in them will have all the characteristics required for effective service discovery. In this paper, we describe a monitor-based runtime service discovery framework called MoRSeD. The framework supports service discovery in both push and pull modes of query execution. The push mode of query execution is performed in parallel to the execution of a service-based system, in a proactive way. Both types of queries are specified in a query language called SerDiQueL that allows the representation of structural, behavioral, quality, and contextual conditions of services to be identified. The framework uses a monitor component to verify if behavioral and contextual conditions in the queries can be satisfied by services, based on translations of these conditions into properties represented in event calculus, and verification of the satisfiability of these properties against services. The monitor is also used to support identification that services participating in a service-based system are unavailable, and identification of changes in the behavioral and contextual characteristics of the services. A prototype implementation of the framework has been developed. The framework has been evaluated in terms of comparison of its performance when using and when not using the monitor component.  相似文献

针对现有的基于本体描述的语义Web服务发现方法发现效率较为低下的问题,提出一种新的服务发现方法.该方法在基于本体距离计算语义Web服务综合相似度的基础上,利用数据挖掘中的聚类算法AGNES对语义Web服务集合进行聚类预处理,形成若干服务簇,然后应用相应服务发现算法根据相似度阈值定位于某一服务簇内进行查找匹配,从而可减少搜索空间.理论与仿真实验结果表明,该方法既可保证服务发现的准确率,又可明显提高服务发现的效率.  相似文献

Utility services provided by cloud computing rely on virtual customer communities forming spontaneously and evolving continuously. Clarifying the explicit boundaries of these communities is thus essential to the quality of utility services in cloud computing. Communities with overlapping features or prominent peripheral vertexes are usually typical irregular communities. Traditional community identification algorithms are limited in discovering irregular topological structures from CR networks, whereas these irregular shapes typically play an important role in finding prominent customers which are ignored in social CRM otherwise. We present a novel method of discovering irregular communities. It firstly finds and merges primitive maximal cliques and the irregular features of overlapping and prominent sparse vertices are further considered. An empirical case and a methodology comparison confirm the feasibility and efficiency of our approach.  相似文献

为应用Web Services实现个性化流程,提出了一种满足客户个性化需求的服务匹配方法.基于虚拟旅游服务平台,将不同客户的兴趣偏好转化为对应不同权值的非功能性属性. 根据对非功能性属性语义的规范化表示,通过对非功能性属性语义和约束的匹配,以及对非功能性属性满意度的综合评价,实现了更贴近于客户需求的个性化流程.模拟算例表明,该算法有效,为个性化流程提供了可参考的求解算法,弥补了基于静态功能性属性服务匹配的不足.  相似文献

We present a system that estimates the motion of a stereo head, or a single moving camera, based on video input. The system operates in real time with low delay, and the motion estimates are used for navigational purposes. The front end of the system is a feature tracker. Point features are matched between pairs of frames and linked into image trajectories at video rate. Robust estimates of the camera motion are then produced from the feature tracks using a geometric hypothesize‐and‐test architecture. This generates motion estimates from visual input alone. No prior knowledge of the scene or the motion is necessary. The visual estimates can also be used in conjunction with information from other sources, such as a global positioning system, inertia sensors, wheel encoders, etc. The pose estimation method has been applied successfully to video from aerial, automotive, and handheld platforms. We focus on results obtained with a stereo head mounted on an autonomous ground vehicle. We give examples of camera trajectories estimated in real time purely from images over previously unseen distances (600 m) and periods of time. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

5G毫米波技术提供了丰富的频率资源和高吞吐量,但由于其严重的路径损耗和穿透损耗,在完成小区搜索和同步过程时,毫米微波蜂窝系统必须引入高定向波束赋形传输技术。基于改善定向传输过程中的时延问题,采用了一种基于传统算法的改进小区发现算法,该算法通过控制面与用户面平面分割的混合网络架构,利用背景信息改进小区发现过程,有效降低时延。通过MATLAB模拟仿真试验得出实验结果 :通过改进算法的传输时延比传统算法降低40%。  相似文献
