Trilepisium madagascariense (TM) and Antiaris africana (AA) are two underutilized plants from Nigeria. They have been subjected to standard analytical techniques in order to evaluate the proximate composition, physico-chemical properties, mineral nutrient, fatty acid composition and distribution in the lipid classes of the seeds and seed oils. The carbohydrate composition of these seeds are high; TM is 62.73 ± 0.30% and AA is 53.97 ± 0.50%. Iodine value of TM was found to be 46.10 ± 0.70 mg iodine/g while that of AA was 88.24 ± 0.50 mg iodine/g. The mineral composition of the seeds and the oils varied with K having the highest concentration in the seed and Na the highest concentration in the oils. Linoleic acid is the dominant fatty acid in the oil of AA with the highest composition in the neutral lipids while palmitic acid is the dominant fatty acid in oil of TM. Vitamin E, Gamma-Sitosterol, α and β-Amyrin, Lupeol, Stigmast-4-en-3-one, and hydrocarbons were isolated from these oils. The results of the proximate, mineral nutrient compositions, chemical characterization and fatty acid distribution of these seeds and seed oils shows their possibility as potential resources.  相似文献

The seeds of Telfairia occidentalis have been subjected to standard chemical analysis to evaluate their properties. Proximate analysis indicated a low moisture content (6.30 ± 0.50%). The ash content was slightly higher than the range recommended for compounding of animal feed (3.44 ± 0.06%). The carbohydrate content was low (16.5 ± 0.12%). Starch, however, constituted the dominant carbohydrate (62.5 ± 0.48), while three sugars, glucose, fructose and sucrose were detected in the seed. The crude protein in the seed was high (16.0 ± 0.03%), a value which compared favourably with high protein seeds and nuts. In all, 16 amino acids were detected in the protein. Glutamic acid showed the highest concentration (16.4 g 100 g−1), while lysine showed the lowest (2.6 g 100 g−1). The brown oil extracted from the seed (yield 48.6 ± 0.94) had the following physicochemical properties; acid value, 3.05 ± 0.80 g, saponification value 166 ± 1.34 mg/KOH g−1, free fatty acids, 0.3 g and peroxide value 3.02 ± 0.07 mg Eq kg−1. The iodine value (80.1 ± 0.10)g 100 g−1 indicated a preponderance of unsaturated fatty acid. Four fatty acids were detected whilst unsaturated acids constituted 61.3 g. Triglyceride was the dominant lipid species while hydrocarbons, waxes, sterols and sterol esters and higher alcohols, were detected in the unsaponifable matter. Results of nutritionally valuable mineral elements indicated that potassium occurred at the highest concentration.  相似文献

Milk lipids are an interesting source of bioactive molecules with functional and nutritional properties. Although the composition of milk lipids is of utmost importance for food processing and human consumption, it is far from being fully known. The objective of this study was to perform a comparative analysis of the chemical composition of lipids from bovine milks produced in French Brittany during spring (fresh pasture based diet) and winter (corn silage based diet). The polar lipid content and relative proportions of the glycerophospholipids and sphingomyelin were determined using HPLC/ELSD. The fatty acid composition of total lipids and polar lipids was determined using GC. The milks collected in spring contained i) a lower amount of total lipids: 39.7 ± 0.8 g/kg vs 41.7 ± 0.5 g/kg in winter, ii) a higher amount of polar lipids: 138 ± 11 vs 112 ± 8 mg/kg milk; 3.5 ± 0.3 vs 2.7 ± 0.4 mg/g fat, which was related to a smaller size of fat globules, and iii) a higher amount of sphingomyelin, 32 mg/kg milk vs 25 mg/kg milk in winter. Interestingly, the polar lipids from the milk fat globule membrane contained a higher concentration of unsaturated fatty acids in spring (C18:1 n  9, C18:2 n  6, C18:3 n  3 and long-chain n  3 fatty acids). Milk from cows fed a fresh pasture-based diet during spring is an interesting source of dietary long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids for human consumption.  相似文献

To increase the potential and better exploring of grape seeds that are an important wine-industrial waste, oils of ten traditional Portuguese grape varieties were evaluated in relation to their vitamin E content (tocopherols and tocotrienols), fatty acid profile, as well as, antioxidant properties. Our results showed that the grape-seed oils were a good source of γ-tocotrienol (499–1575 mg/kg), α-tocopherol (85.5–244 mg/kg) and α-tocotrienol (69–319 mg/kg). Concerning fatty acid profile, linoleic (C18:2cc), oleic (C18:1), palmitic (C16:0) and stearic (C18:0) acids were the predominant. Grape-seed oils demonstrated to be a good source of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) (63.64–73.53%), whereas monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA) and saturated fatty acid (SFA) ranged between 14.19–21.29% and 11.64–14.94%, respectively. Interesting values of DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities were also obtained. This study demonstrated that these seeds may be reused and their oils incorporated in other food products, taking into account the compounds with positive effects on human health that are present in their composition.  相似文献

The physico-chemical characteristics, proteolysis (classical nitrogen fractions, caseins and their degradation products and free amino acids), and lipolysis (fat acidity and free fatty acids) were studied throughout the ripening of three batches of Babia-Laciana cheese, a Spanish traditional variety made from raw goats’ milk. The main compositional characteristics of this cheese at the end of the ripening are its high content of total solids (TS) (78.0±2.4 g 100 g−1 of cheese) and fat (61.1±1.2 g 100 g−1 of TS), the presence of residual lactose (1.6±0.8 g 100 g−1 of TS) and its low content of sodium chloride (1.1±0.7 g 100 g−1 of TS) and ash (2.8±0.5 g 100 g−1 of TS). Its pH values (4.44±0.72) are extraordinarily low. The evolution and final values of the different nitrogen fractions show that this cheese undergoes a very slight proteolysis, a fact which was corroborated when the caseins and their degradation products were quantified: β-casein did not undergo any modification throughout ripening, while only 21% of the αs-caseins were degraded. Free amino acids content increased by a factor of about 7 throughout ripening, resulting in a high content of γ-amino butyric acid and a low content of glutamic acid at the end of the process. Fat acidity increased very slightly, approximately 4.5 times, during ripening, reaching final values of 3.5±2.2 mg KOH g−1 of fat. The total free fatty acids content showed a similar evolution to fat acidity. At the end of the ripening process, the main free fatty acid was C18:1, followed by C16 and C10.  相似文献

Phenolic compounds, antioxidant and antibacterial activities of defatted Moringa oleifera seed flour (DMF) were investigated. The total phenolic and flavonoid contents were measured using colorimetric methods. Free phenolic acid and flavonoid profiles were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography, while antioxidant capacities were evaluated using scavenging assays of 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical (DPPH), ferric reducing antioxidant power and total antioxidant capacity. The results showed that extractability of phenolic compounds was significantly higher (p < 0.05) in bound phenolic extract (4173.00 ± 32.22 mg gallic acid equivalents (GAE)/100 g) than in free phenolic extract (780.00 ± 14.2 mg GAE/100 g) and it showed higher antioxidant and antimicrobial activities. The IC50 value for DPPH radical scavenging activity was 0.9 ± 0.05 and 14.9 ± 0.07 mg/mL for bound phenolic and free phenolic extracts, respectively. Bound phenolic extract was more effective (minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), 0.06–0.157%) than free phenolic extract (MIC, 0.117–0.191%) against tested bacteria. Ten phenolic compounds (gallic acid, p-coumaric acid, ferulic acid, caffeic acid, protocatechuic acid, cinnamic acid, catechin, epicatechin, vanillin and quercetin) were identified and quantified in both extracts. These natural plant phenolics from Moringa seeds could be a good source of antioxidants and antibacterials for food and pharmaceutical industries.  相似文献

Although populations of several tropical countries are under severe vitamin-A deficiency, traditional sources of pro-vitamin-A carotenoids have not been exploited due to the lack of relevant research data. In this study, ten commercial varieties of coriander (Coriandrum sativum L.), grown at identical conditions, were evaluated for carotenoids, their bio-efficacy and stability during drying, with the main emphasis on β-carotene (vitamin-A precursor) analysis by HPLC-MS. In all varieties, β-carotene content was higher in foliage at mature stage, than in seedlings and seeds. Variety GS4 Multicut produced highest biomass (6.18 ± 0.73 g/plant), total carotenoids (217.50 ± 5.6 mg/100 g DW) and β-carotene (73.64 ± 0.3 mg/100 g DW) at pre-flowering stage. Carotenoids extract showed a high antioxidant activity with IC50 value of 14.29 ± 1.68 μg/ml, scavenging hydroxyl radicals and rendering higher protection to DNA than by standard gallic acid (IC50 = 357.21 ± 4.29). Microwave drying of foliage was rapid with better retention of pigments, high intactness of trans-β-carotene and higher extractability of pigments when compared with oven drying.  相似文献

Samples of beach pea (Lathyrus maritimus L.) seeds and plant parts were analyzed for their chemical composition, total and free amino acids as well as minerals. The crude protein content of plant parts was from 10.7–28.0%, soluble proteins from 190–709 mg/100 g, lipid from 1.3–6.0%, ash 2.2–6.8%, crude fibre 10.7–35.5%, soluble sugars 0.1–12.2%, starch 0.8–26.5%, carbohydrate 55.8–81.5% and phenolic compounds from 0.5–3.0%. The amino acid profile of proteins of seeds and other plant parts of beach pea showed that they were deficient in sulphur-containing amino acids. Tryptophan was another limiting amino acid in plant parts, except in leaves (1.35 g/16 g N). The content of free amino acids was highest in branches plus stems (3148 mg/100 g) and lowest in pod shells (151 mg/100 g). Beach pea plant parts were a good source of minerals such as K, P, Ca, Mg, Na, Fe, Al and Zn.  相似文献

The “araçá-pera” (Psidium acutangulum DC) is an exotic guava consumed by the Brazilian Amazon population. This paper describes 22 compounds from this fruit by UHPLC–HRMS and NMR methods, being one disaccharide, five monosaccharides, two organic acids, one trihydroxycinnamic acid glucopyranosyl, one tannine digalloyl glucopyranosyl, five triterpenoid acids, and six fatty acids. It also quantifies the level of ascorbic acid (AA) by HPLC–MS (74.32 ± 1.23 mg/100 g of fresh fruit), and defines the chemical antioxidant activities by DPPH and ABTS+ assays (24.96 ± 0.75, 90.57 ± 0.63 mg of vitamin C/100 g fresh fruit, respectively), and a cell-based assays (76–100%). These results have shown that this exotic guava can be consumed as a nutraceutical ingredient, as well as be used in the production of functional foods in the Amazonian diet to prevent chronic and oxidative diseases.  相似文献

Physico-chemical properties of Beach pea (Lathyrus maritimus L.) seeds were evaluated and their proximate composition determined. Results were also compared with those of green pea (Pisum sativum) and field pea (Lathyrus sativus). Beach pea seeds had a very low grain weight, density, hydration capacity, hydration index, swelling capacity and swelling index as compared to green pea and field pea. The contents of crude protein (29.2%), crude fibre (12.0%), reducing sugars (0.2%), total phenolics (1.2%) and ash (3.0%), and total free amino acids (0.6%) of beach pea were substantially higher than other pea varieties examined. The contents of cysteine (1.6%), methionine (1.1%), and tryptophan (0.3%) in beach pea proteins were low, but higher than those in green pea and field pea varieties from Canadian and Indian cultivars. Beach pea lipids were dominated by linoleic acid (69.1%), and were similar to green pea (45.1%) and Canadian grown field pea (57.0%). The macroelements of beach pea were dominated by potassium (476 mg/100 g), phosphorus (413 mg/100 g), magnesium (1180 mg/100 g), and calcium (144 mg/100 g). The contents of microelements, namely manganese, zinc, and iron in beach pea were 3.5, 3.0 and 9.4 mg/100 g, respectively.  相似文献

A comparative evaluation of the chemical composition of mistletoe leaves (Viscum album) growing on three different trees: avocado pear (Persea Americana), African oil bean (Pentaclethra macrophylla) and kola (Kola nitida) was undertaken. Fresh mistletoe leaves were obtained from the three different trees and thoroughly washed with water after which they were dried at room temperature (28 ± 1 °C) for 18 days during the dry season (December). After, the dried leaves were shredded and packaged. The samples were then subjected to phyto-chemical, vitamin and mineral analyses using standard methods of analyses. Anthocyanins ranged between 0.3.4 ± 0.003 and 0.37 ± 0.181 mg/g, Tannin, 2.09 ± 1.141 and 3.24 ± 0.003 mg/g, Chlorophyll a, 0.38 ± 0.004 and 0.39 ± 0.018 mg/g, Chlorophyll b 0.52 ± 0.120 and 0.60 ± 0.001 mg/g. Vitamin B1 ranged between 0.85 ± 0.038 and 0.94 ± 0.001 mg/g, Vitamin B2, 0.55 ± 0.007 and 0.61 ± 0.003 mg/g, Vitamin C, 0.77 ± 0.003 and 1.98 ± 0.003 mg/g, Folate 0.53 ± 0.004 and 0.58 ± 0.004 mg/g, Magnesium ranged between 0.21 ± 0.002 and 0.92 ± 0.003 mg/g, Calcium 2.14 ± 0.004 and 2.26 ± 0.001 mg/g, Sodium 0.01 ± 0.000. Iron, 1.24 ± 0.005 and 1.42 ± 0.006 mg/g. Sample obtained from oil bean tree showed lower and differed significantly (p < 0.05) in Anthocyanin and Chlorophyll b with samples obtained from avocado and kola trees. The sample obtained from avocado tree showed higher Tannin content compared with samples obtained from oil bean and kola trees (P  0.05). There were significant differences (P < 0.05) between the samples in all the vitamins. The minerals showed significant differences in the samples (P < 0.05) except in sodium content which was very low in all the samples. Mistletoe leaves are shown to have a rich chemical composition and could thus serve as a source of these phyto-chemicals, vitamins and minerals.  相似文献

The methanolic extract of Canavalia ensiformis (L.) DC (Jack bean) seed, an underutilized food legume collected from India was analyzed for antioxidant and health relevant functional properties. The raw seeds contained total free phenolic content of 12.98 ± 1.63 g catechin equivalent/100 g extract DM. The raw seed extract exhibited ferric reducing/antioxidant power (FRAP, 1218 mmol Fe[II]/mg extract), inhibition of β-carotene degradation (49.81%), radical scavenging activity against DPPH (56.78%) and superoxide (35.89%). In addition, 77.56% of α-amylase and 75.45% of α-glucosidase enzyme inhibition characteristics were found under in vitro starch digestion bioassay. Sprouting + oil-frying caused an apparent increase on the total free phenolic content with significant improvement on antioxidant and free-radical scavenging capacity, while soaking + cooking as well as open-pan roasting treatments showed diminishing effects. Inhibition of α-amylase and α-glucosidase enzyme activities were declined to 22.69 and 42.69%, respectively during sprouting + oil-frying treatment is more desirable for the dietary management of type II diabetic patients.  相似文献

This study was carried out to determine the chemical composition, antinutrient and phytonutrient contents of some wild fruits, namely African star apple (Chrysophyllum albidum G. Don.), hog plum (Spondias mombin Linn.), bush mango (Irvingiagabonensis Baill) and monkey cola (Colamillenii K. Schum). Samples of the wild fruit commonly consumed were collected from some villages in Ido Local Government Area, Oyo State Nigeria. The wild fruits were analysed for phytonutrients, antioxidants and mineral composition. Ranges of total phenolics and total anthocyanin content of these wild fruits were 27.78 ± 6.01 in I. gabonensis, 57.42 ± 4.47 in S. mombin, 121.29 ± 4.97 in C. millenii and 398.23 ± 0.00 in C. albidum respectively. Significant differences (p < 0.05) were found in antinutrient, phytonutrient and mineral composition of C. albidum, I. gabonensis and C. millenii. The analysis of variance revealed that calcium and manganese contents of I. gabonensis were significantly (p < 0.05) higher than those of C. albidum and C. millenii. The antioxidants especially vitamin C content ranged from as low as 15.87 mg/100 g in C. albidum to as high as 204.86 mg/100 g in S. mombin. The values for total carotenoid ranged from 172.77 μg/100 g (in C. millenii) to 1380.17 μg/100 g (in C. albidum). The wild fruits are sources of phytonutrients, antioxidants such as vitamin C, total carotenoids and some minerals. Planting of the wild fruit trees or the incorporation in farming systems should thus be encouraged to increase production and availability to consumers and as industrial raw materials.  相似文献

One of the uses of Cassia sieberiana seeds is roasting for beverage. Therefore, the thrust of this work was to study changes in some physicochemical properties of Cassia sieberiana seeds during roasting. A 3 × 3 factorial experimental design was employed. Roasting temperatures were 190, 210 and 230°C while roasting times were 10, 20 and 30 min respectively. Nine experimental combinations were produced. Proximate composition of unroasted sample, pH, total soluble solid, total titratable acidity, acetic acid, weight loss, caffeine content, swelling and colour of both unroasted and roasted samples were determined using standard methods. Proximate composition of unroasted Cassia sieberiana in percentage as determined were moisture content (9.04 ± 0.04), ash (9.3 ± 0.03), crude fibre (16.21 ± 0.09), crude protein (19.88 ± 0.03), fat (5.31 ± 0.05) and carbohydrate (40.26 ± 0.33). The pH, total soluble solid, total titratable acidity, acetic acid, caffeine content and colour of unroasted Cassia sieberiana seed were 6.25 ± 0.7, 3.0 ± 0.13 (oO), 0.57 ± 0.06 (mg/g), 0.12 ± 0.00 (%), 11.6 ± 1.05 (%) and 0.43 abs respectively. Effect of roasting was significant (p < 0.05) on moisture content, weight loss, caffeine content, swelling and colour, while a non-significant (p > 0.05) effect was recorded on pH, total soluble solid, total titratable acidity and acetic acid.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine the phenolic profile of seven different varieties of ripe date palm fruit (Phoenix dactylifera) from Algeria by LC–DAD–MS (ESI+), to investigate their respective antioxidant activities by the DPPH· method and to estimate their phenolic content using the Folin–Ciocalteu method. The total phenolic content was in the range of 2.49 ± 0.01 to 8.36 ± 0.60 mg gallic acid equivalents (GAE) per 100 g fresh fruit. This fruit was shown to possess an antioxidant activity, giving values of antiradical efficient (AE) from 0.08 ± 0.00 to 0.22 ± 0.00. The phenolic contents and the antiradical efficiencies of the different varieties were highly correlated (R2=0.975). All the varieties were found to contain mainly p-coumaric, ferulic and sinapic acids and some cinnamic acid derivatives. Three different isomers of 5-o-caffeoylshikimic acid were detected. Different types of flavonoids were identified, mainly flavones, flavanones and flavonol glycosides.  相似文献

Tagetes spp. belongs to the Asteraceae family. It is recognized as a major source of lutein ester (lutein esterified with fatty acids such as lauric, myristic and palmitic acids), a natural colorant belonging to the xanthophylls or oxygenated carotenoids. Four species of Tagetes flower (Tagetes tenuifolia, Tagetes erecta, Tagetes patula, and Tagetes lucida) were used to extract lutein and lutein esters with three different methods. The results showed that T. erecta, type “orangeprinz”, is the richest source of lutein esters (14.4 ± 0.234 mg/g) in comparison to other Tagetes spp. No significant differences between extractions of lutein esters with medium-chain triacylglycerols (MCT) oil, orange oil or solvent (hexane/isopropanol) could be observed. MCT oil also improved stability of lutein esters at 100 °C for 40 min. Emulsification of MCT oil improved the stability of lutein ester extract against UV light at 365 nm for 72 h. Finally, an emulsion was prepared under food processing conditions, spray dried and its bioavailability investigated in a preliminary human intervention study. The results show a lower resorption, but further data suggest improvements in implementation of such supplements.  相似文献

Mushrooms have become attractive as functional foods and as a source of physiologically beneficial bioactive compounds. Herein, we describe and compare the chemical constituents (phenolic compounds, macronutrients, sugars, fatty acids, tocopherols and ascorbic acid) of four wild edible mushrooms widely appreciated in gastronomy: Armillaria mellea (Vahl) P. Kumm., Calocybe gambosa (Fr.) Donk, Clitocybe odora (Fr.) P. Kumm., Coprinus comatus (O.F. Müll.) Pers. Furthermore, the antioxidant activity of their water soluble polysaccharidic and ethanolic fractions was studied by three different in vitro assays. C. comatus revealed the highest concentrations of sugars (43.23/100 g dry weight), PUFA (77.46%), phenolic compounds (45.02 mg/kg), tocopherols (301.03 μg/100 g) and, among all of the fractions tested, its ethanolic fraction showed the highest antioxidant activity (EC50 < 2.6 mg/ml). C. odora revealed one of the highest ascorbic acid (172.65 mg/100 g) contents and its water soluble polysaccharidic fraction showed the best antioxidant properties (EC50 < 3.6 mg/ml) among the polysaccharidic fractions. The studied mushrooms species could potentially be used in well-balanced diets and as a source of bioactive compounds.  相似文献

The chemical and volatile composition as well as sensory profile of five brown edible seaweeds collected in the United Kingdom, was evaluated. The ash content was 190–280 mg/g, NaCl 35.1–115.1 mg/g, protein 2.9–6.0 g/g, and fat 0.6–5.8 g/g (dry basis). Fucus vesiculosus, Fucus spiralis and Ascophyllum nodosum showed higher antioxidant activities (DPPH and FRAP). Nucleotide concentrations were of the same order of magnitude as reported in other foods such as tomatoes or potatoes, except for F. vesiculosus where levels of nucleotides were 10 times higher. The fatty acids profile was dominated by oleic acid (21.9–41.45%), followed by myristic (6.63–26.75%) and palmitic (9.23–16.91%). Glutamic and aspartic acids (0.15–1.8 mg/g and 0.05–3.1 mg/g) were the most abundant amino acids. Finally, sensory and volatile analyses illustrated that Laminaria sp. had the strongest seaweed and seafood-like aroma and taste.  相似文献

Seeds coat of four lima beans (Phaseolus lunatus) varieties were subjected to standard analytical techniques in order to evaluate proximate, amino acid, mineral composition and protein solubility. The proximate analysis indicates moisture content in the range of (3.17–4.96%), crude protein (14.53–15.93%), fat (0.62–0.74%), crude fibre (32.59–33.59%), ash (2.43–3.88%), and carbohydrate (47.11–48.62%) on dry weight basis. The most abundant mineral element in the studied seeds coat was potassium 361.20–459.51 mg/100 g followed by sodium 71.27–102.51 mg/100 g and magnesium 83.20–95.23 mg/100 g. Calcium, phosphorus, iron and zinc were also present in significant amount while lead, cobalt and nickel were not detected. The amino acid profile demonstrates nutritionally acceptable results for the samples due to the high levels of essential amino acids in g/100 g protein such as lysine 6.42–7.41, leucine 7.51–8.37, arginine 4.42–7.02 and phenylalanine 5.01–5.49; when compared with FAO/WHO standard; with essential amino acids (TEAA) 49.47–51.07 g/100 g protein. Glutamic and aspartic acid were the most abundant amino acid in all the samples. The protein solubility profiles showed minimum values at pH 4 and more than 70% soluble at pH 10. The study has shown the potentials of lima bean seeds coat, an agro by-products in the development of new functional ingredients for food enrichment to provide an economic alternative raw material for food industries.  相似文献

Analysis of chemical composition of 13 locally available underutilized green leafy vegetables (GLV) was the objective of this study. Moisture, ash and ether extract of the greens were in the range of 73–95 g/100 g, 0.77–3.54 g/100 g and 0.2–0.9 g/100 g, respectively. Four GLV had high iron content (13.15–17.72 mg/100 g) while the rest had lower levels (2.62–9.86 mg/100 g). Calcium content varied largely between the greens ranging from 41 mg/100 g in Polygala erioptera to 506 mg/100 g in Digera arvensis, whereas phosphorous ranged from 16 to 63 mg/100 g. Ascorbic acid was higher in Delonix elata (295 mg/100 g) and Polygala erioptera (85 mg/100 g) and lower in others (3–46 mg/100 g). Thiamine was found to be less than 0.1 mg/100 g in six greens and 0.1–0.33 mg/100 g in others. Total carotene content ranged between 10 and 35 mg/100 g in all with exceptionally high amount in Cocculus hirsutus (67 mg/100 g) and Delonix elata (60 mg/100 g). β-carotene was 13–25% of total carotene in all greens. Oxalate content was below 100 mg/100 g in five greens and less than 1400 mg/100 g in the remaining GLV. Tannin content ranged between 61 and 205 mg/100 g in all GLV with the exception of Coleus aromaticus (15 mg/100 g) and Delonix elata (1330 mg/100 g).  相似文献
