为研究水性聚苯胺/叔氟丙烯酸酯(PANI/VFAc)复合涂层对Q235钢防腐蚀性能的影响,首先,以叔碳酸乙烯酯(Veova 10)和甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯(DFMA)为功能单体合成了VFAc乳液,并将其与PANI乳液混合后涂刷在Q235钢表面,制备了PANI/VFAc复合涂层;然后,采用TEM和FTIR对VFAc的结构进行了表征,采用XPS和接触角(CA)研究了复合涂层的表面性能,采用电化学方法研究了不同改性丙烯酸酯乳液对复合涂层防腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:PANI/VFAc复合涂层的水接触角为97.56°,湿附着力等级为0,涂层表现出较好的疏水性;其腐蚀电流密度为8.72×10-8 A·cm-2,电化学阻抗达到106 Ω·cm2。所得结论表明PANI/VFAc复合涂层对Q235钢具有良好的防腐蚀性能。   相似文献

The propagation of Love waves in a smart functionally graded piezoelectric structure is analyzed by applying elastic wave theory. There is an additional functionally graded layer between the piezoelectric layer and the substrate in this smart structure. When the piezoelectric and dielectric constants vary individually in a functionally graded layer, the asymptotic solutions of Love waves are obtained by applying the WKB method and solving the fourth order differential equation with variable coefficients. The effects of gradient variation on the phase velocity and the coupled electromechanical factor are discussed in detail. The analysis shows that the number of vibration modes is greater than that in the non-graded layer structure, and the coupled electromechanical factor increases with the increase of piezoelectric constant graded variation. Presented results are useful for the improvement of properties of surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices.  相似文献

将不同比例的氧化石墨烯(GO)和硝酸银混合,采用水合肼一步还原制备石墨烯/纳米银(RGO/Ag)复合材料。采用UV-vis、XRD、FTIR和SEM对RGO/Ag复合材料结构组成进行表征分析,并结合热流量和结构变化研究其构成和热处理工艺对导电性的影响。结果表明:Ag基本以类似球形与石墨烯(RGO)复合;RGO/Ag复合材料的导电性与其构成有很大关系,只有当GO加入量小于50wt%时,Ag含量的提高和热处理工艺的优化可以明显改善复合材料的导电性,其中,GO加入量为16wt%的RGO/Ag片方阻值可达到8mΩ/□;当GO加入量高于50wt%时,复合材料导电性与RGO接近,受Ag含量的提高和热处理工艺优化的影响较小。  相似文献

基于一种新的修正偶应力理论,建立了碳纳米管(CNTs)增强型功能梯度板(CNTs/FGP)的屈曲模型。基于最小势能原理和一阶剪切变形理论,推导了该种板模型的平衡微分方程和相应的边界条件,并以四边简支方板的屈曲问题为例,讨论了材料尺度参数、CNTs的体积分数及4种不同CNTs分布形式对CNTs/FGP临界屈曲载荷的影响。结果表明:采用本文模型预测的CNTs/FGP的临界屈曲载荷总是大于传统宏观理论的预测结果,两种理论结果间的差距随着板几何尺寸的减小而逐渐增大;CNTs体积分数的少量增加,即可使板的临界屈曲载荷有明显的提升;CNTs的不同分布形式对临界屈曲载荷有显著的影响,在工程设计中应予以关注。  相似文献

A TiNi shape memory alloy fibre-reinforced AZ31 Mg alloy matrix composite was fabricated herein by spark plasma sintering. The microstructure of the composite and the effect of prestrain on its strength were analysed. The phase transformation of TiNi was observed in situ, and the effect of temperature was monitored. Metallurgical bonding formed at the interface between the TiNi fibre and AZ31 matrix. The prestrain strengthening effect on the yield stress of the composite at 298?K was more dramatic than at 373?K, and the effect decreased with increasing prestrain. The prestrain strengthening effect on tensile strength of the composite was effective at both 298 and 373?K. Because of the difference between recovery stress of TiNi and prestrain-induced compressive stress, higher temperature strengthened the material more significantly than did prestrain application.  相似文献

Hydroxyapatite powders were made by reacting orthophosphoric acid with calcium hydroxide and dense bioactive coatings were subsequently produced by the plasma spray technique. Three types of hydroxyapatite (flame spheroidized) monolayer coatings and three types of functionally graded coatings were manufactured. It was found that average microhardness values of monolayer coatings decreased as the indentation load increased. The relationship between indentation load and indent diagonal length observed Meyer's law. Microhardness and fracture toughness of coatings were affected by characteristics of feedstock powders for plasma spraying. 为了研究氮化铝(AlN)和碳纳米管(CNTs)对聚酰亚胺(PI)的导热、热学、力学性能的协同效应,采用湿法球磨和热压成型法制备了AlN/PI和CNTs-AlN/PI复合材料。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜对复合材料进行了物相分析和断面形貌表征,分别考察了AlN及其与CNTs协同对PI复合材料的导热、热学、力学性能的影响。结果表明,AlN和CNTs在PI基体中分散均匀且接触界面良好,AlN的加入可以显著地提高复合材料的导热性能,且对复合材料的热稳定性和力学性能有一定的提高;固定AlN的含量为10%,加入少量的CNTs可以提高复合材料的导热性能,但对复合材料的力学性能有一定的负面影响。  相似文献

采用湿法纺丝合成新型沙柳木粉(SPP)/聚乙烯醇(PVA)水凝胶复合膜(SPPM)。研究凝固浴时间、硫酸浓度对SPPM吸附Hg2+吸附量与力学性能的影响。采用扫描电镜(SEM)、比表面积和平均孔径、红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线衍射(XRD)等手段分析SPPM的结构和吸附机理;采用热重(TG)对SPPM的热性能进行分析。结果表明:凝固浴时间为1h, H2SO4浓度为7%时最佳,吸附量为421mg/g。SPPM具有较好的孔道结构,吸附性能良好且可重复利用5次以上,并具有较大的比表面积以及良好的热稳定性。SPPM的Hg2+吸附过程符合伪二级动力学模型和Freundlich等温线模型。  相似文献

This article deals with the vibration analysis of functionally graded carbon nanotube-reinforced composite (FG-CNTRC) shell structures. The material properties of an FG-CNTRC shell are graded smoothly through the thickness direction of the shell according to uniform distribution and some other functionally graded (FG) distributions (such as FG-X, FG-V, FG-O and FG-\({\Lambda}\)) of the volume fraction of the carbon nanotube (CNT), and the effective material properties are estimated by employing the extended rule of mixture. An eight-noded shell element considering transverse shear effect according to Mindlin’s hypothesis has been employed for the finite element modelling and analysis of the composite shell structures. The formulation of the shell midsurface in an arbitrary curvilinear coordinate system based on the tensorial notation is also presented. The Rayleigh damping model has been implemented in order to study the effects of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) on the damping capacity of such shell structures. Different types of shell panels have been analyzed in order to study the impulse and frequency responses. The influences of CNT volume fraction, CNT distribution, geometry of the shell and material distributions on the dynamic behavior of FG-CNTRC shell structures have also been presented and discussed. Various types of FG-CNTRC shell structures (such as spherical, ellipsoidal, doubly curved and cylindrical) have been analyzed and discussed in order to compare studies in terms of settling time, first resonant frequency and absolute amplitude corresponding to first resonant frequency based on the impulse and frequency responses, and the effects of CNTs on vibration responses of such shell structures are also presented. The results show that the CNT distribution and volume fraction of CNT have a significant effect on vibration and damping characteristics of the structure.  相似文献

功能梯度形状记忆合金(Functionally graded shape memory alloy,FGSMA)兼具功能梯度材料和形状记忆合金材料的双重特性,广泛应用于微机电、航空航天等工程领域。为研究FGSMA复合梁的弯曲行为,本文对形状记忆合金(SMA)力学本构方程进行简化处理,并根据复合材料层合板理论建立了FGSMA复合梁的力学模型,据此研究了SMA体积分数沿厚度方向呈线性变化的FGSMA悬臂梁内SMA纤维铺设角度对悬臂梁横截面应变、中面轴向位移、中性面高度和相变层高度的影响以及悬臂梁中面应变、曲率、SMA马氏体相变临界层高度和中性面高度随弯矩载荷的变化规律。研究结果表明:在弯矩载荷作用下,悬臂梁中性面位置与中面位置不重合,且悬臂梁上下层SMA马氏体相变临界层位置不对称;截面轴向应变绝对值随铺设角度增大而增大,截面纵向应变绝对值随铺设角度增大先增大后减小,中面轴向位移随铺设角度增大先增大后减小;随着铺设角度增大,悬臂梁中性面高度逐渐增大,拉伸状态下相变结束临界层高度先减小后增大,压缩状态的趋势相反;随着弯矩载荷绝对值逐渐增大,中性面位置高度表现出先稳定后减小然后逐渐增大的趋势,相变临界层逐渐向中性面位置靠拢;中面正应变和挠曲率随着弯矩载荷绝对值逐渐增大而发生变化,且变化率先增大后减缓。   相似文献

This paper investigates the nonlinear free vibration of functionally graded nanocomposite beams reinforced by single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) based on Timoshenko beam theory and von Kármán geometric nonlinearity. The material properties of functionally graded carbon nanotube-reinforced composites (FG-CNTRCs) are assumed to be graded in the thickness direction and estimated though the rule of mixture. The Ritz method is employed to derive the governing eigenvalue equation which is then solved by a direct iterative method to obtain the nonlinear vibration frequencies of FG-CNTRC beams with different end supports. A detailed parametric study is conducted to study the influences of nanotube volume fraction, vibration amplitude, slenderness ratio and end supports on the nonlinear free vibration characteristics of FG-CNTRC beams. The results for uniformly distributed carbon nanotube-reinforced composite (UD-CNTRC) beams are also provided for comparison. Numerical results are presented in both tabular and graphical forms to investigate the effects of nanotube volume fraction, vibration amplitude, slenderness ratio, end supports and CNT distribution on the nonlinear free vibration characteristics of FG-CNTRC beams.  相似文献

The bending response of functionally graded material (FGM) sandwich plates subjected to thermomechanical loads is investigated using a four-variable refined plate theory. A new type of FGM sandwich plate, namely, both FGM face sheets and an FGM hard core, is considered. Containing only four unknown functions, the governing equations are deduced based on the principle of virtual work and then these equations are solved via the Navier approach. Analytical solutions are obtained to predict the deflections and stresses of simply supported FGM sandwich plates. Benchmark comparisons of the solutions obtained for a degradation model (functionally graded face sheets and homogeneous cores) with ones computed by several other theories are conducted to verify the accuracy and efficiency of the present approach. The influences of volume fraction distribution, geometrical parameters, and thermal load on dimensionless deflections and normal and shear stresses of the FGM sandwich plates are studied.  相似文献

Microstructural development and phase formation at the interface of yttria stabilized zirconia (3Y-TZP)/430L stainless steel composite layers produced by co-sintering method were studied by SEM, HRTEM, micro-focus XRD, and EPMA. Formation of a rich chromium boundary layer at the interface was noticed, which revealed Cr aggregation at the interface at the elevated temperatures. Misfit dislocations were also observed at the joint interface to tackle the mismatch crystallographic orientations between the ceramic and metal layer. The results of the micro-focus XRD showed formation of no new phases at the boundary zone. Microstructural studies also revealed a retarded grain growth in the nanostructured zirconia due to the pinning effect of ultra-fine pores located at the grain-boundary junctions. The shear strength of the ceramic/metal joint was found to depend on the sintering atmosphere and varied in the range of 47-66 MPa.  相似文献
