以Y56Al24Co20非晶合金为基础合金系,用廉价Zr替代部分高价Y,通过单辊急冷法成功地制备出Y56-x-ZrxAl24Co20(x=5,10,15)非晶合金;通过X射线衍射(XRD)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究其非晶形成能力和热稳定性.结果表明,随Zr含量增加,合金的非晶形成能力提高,但当Zr含量超过10%(摩尔分数)时,其非晶形成能力反而降低;Y46Zr10Al24Co20具有最大的非晶形成能力和良好的热稳定性.以上结果均从组元个数、原子半径、混合热和电负性的角度进行了实验论证.  相似文献

利用单辊急冷法制备Y56-xZrxA124Co20(x=0,5,10)非晶合金,研究Zr含量对该非晶合金的形成能力及热稳定性的影响.研究结果表明,添加元素Zr可以提高Y56A124Co20合金的非晶形成能力和热稳定性,而且随着Zr含量增加,合金的非晶形成能力提高.通过示差扫描量热法(DSC)研究了Y56A124Co20和Y46Zr10A124Co20的晶化动力学,前者的玻璃转变激活能和晶化激活能分别为366.5 KJ/mol和259.7 KJ/mol,后者的玻璃转变激活能和晶化激活能分别为415.6 KJ/mol和319.5KJ/mol,从理论上说明添加元素Zr可以改善Y56A124Co20合金的非晶形成能力和热稳定性.  相似文献

非晶合金(metallic glass, MG)因其独特的短程有序、长程无序结构,具有许多优异的物理和化学特性。其中,Fe基非晶合金(Fe-based metallic glass, Fe-MG)由于优异的磁性能、力学性能、耐腐蚀性能,及其原材料成本低等优势,显示出巨大的应用前景和研究价值。近年来,研究者们致力于通过合金成分设计调控Fe-MG的结构,进而改变材料的变形行为与性能特征。研究发现,Cu元素的添加可以显著影响FeMG的理化性质和力学性能。通过深入分析Cu元素对传统Fe-MG、纳米晶合金和高熵MG结构和性能的不同影响,探讨Cu元素的添加对MG的弛豫行为、晶化行为、熔化和凝固行为、玻璃转变行为、玻璃形成能力、机械性能、磁性能与其他性能的作用机制,发现Cu元素的添加能够促进Fe-MG基体中α-Fe团簇的析出,从而改变材料的变形行为与性能特征。研究结果表明:有望通过成分设计来调控MG的变形行为,进而为实现性能优化提供理论指导和实验参考。  相似文献

通过单辊快淬制备了Al85Ni9-xMxLa6和Al86Ni9-xMxLa5(M=Cu或Co,x=0~9)合金的薄带,利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)研究了薄带快淬态和退火态的结构,利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)研究了上述合金薄带的晶化过程。结果表明,过量Cu,Co置换Ni降低合金的非晶形成能力,形成非晶相和晶态相的混合结构;Cu,Co置换Ni分别促进fcc-Al和亚稳相作为初生相析出:Al85Ni9-xCuxLa6合金的初生相由单独亚稳相MP1逐渐向单独fcc-Al转变,而Al86Ni9-xCoxLa5合金的初生相由单独fcc-Al逐渐向fcc-Al、亚稳bcc-(AlNi)11La3-like相和MP1转变,并趋于析出单独MP1;Cu,Co置换Ni分别降低和提高热稳定性:Al85Ni9-xCuxLa6和Al86Ni9-xCuxLa5合金的晶化开始温度Tx1分别从x=0时的545.5和520.3 K逐渐减至x=8时的415.0 K和x=7时的390.1 K,而Al85Ni9-xCoxLa6和Al86Ni9-xCoxLa5合金的Tx1分别逐渐增至x=6时的592.2 K和x=9时的576.8 K;Cu,Co置换Ni分别减弱和增强玻璃转变:Al85Ni9-xCuxLa6合金的玻璃转变迅速减弱,过冷液相区宽度ΔTx从x=0时的16.5 K逐渐减至x=2时的14.6 K,并于x2时完全消失,Al86Ni9-xCuxLa5合金即使当x=1时玻璃转变也随之消失,而Al85Ni9-xCoxLa6和Al86Ni9-xCoxLa5合金的ΔTx分别从x=0时的16.5和15.4 K逐渐增至x=6时的26.0 K和x=5时的19.9 K。  相似文献

利用熔体快淬法制备出了Al92-xCo8Yx(x=4,6,8,9,10)薄带,采用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)进行结构分析,示差扫描量热仪(DSC)进行热稳定性分析。研究了Y的加入对合金的非晶形成能力的影响以及Al84Co8Y8合金薄带等温退火的晶化过程。结果表明:当Y的原子分数为8%时,合金系的非晶形成能力最好;非晶态Al84Co8Y8合金的晶化过程分为3个阶段进行,退火过程中的组织结构转变为:非晶合金→非晶基体+初晶α-Al+少量未知亚稳相→α-Al相+未知亚稳相+Al9Co2→α-Al相+Al9Co2相+Al3Y相。  相似文献

本文选用非晶形成能力高,且在玻璃转变区和过冷液相区有高热稳定性的Cu46Zr47-xAl7Tix(x=0,1.5)块体非晶合金为研究对象。利用X射线衍射分析和差示扫描量热分析(DSC),研究了Ti元素的添加对于Cu基非晶合金玻璃转变动力学的影响。研究结果表明,在Cu46Zr47Al7块体非晶合金中用1.5%的Ti替代Zr之后,利用VFT方程分析得知合金的强度指数D由2.54增大到3.78,脆性指数m也从39减小到34,表现出了更高的玻璃形成能力。  相似文献

利用铜模浇铸法制备了Mg60Cu30-xY10Six(x=0,1.0,1.8,2.5,5.0)合金.结果表明,当x=1.0时,合金具有最大的玻璃形成能力,并且其显微硬度和断裂韧性比Mg60Cu30Y10合金也有明显改善.与Mg60Cu30Y10合金比较,Mg60Cu29Y10Si1合金过冷液相区宽度ΔTx值减少,但约化玻璃转变温度Trg值略有增加.  相似文献

采用单辊旋淬法制备Co-Fe-Zr-Nb-B多元合金非晶薄带.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对样品的微观组织、物相组成及热稳定性进行检测分析,以研究Zr元素含量对其铸态组织和玻璃形成能力的影响.结果表明:在合金中适量添加Zr元素有利于提高铸态组织的细小均匀化程度,同时,合金具有较强玻璃形成能力和较高热稳定性.Zr元素含量为4%(原子分数)时铸态组织最均匀细小,具有很好的非晶形成能力及热稳定性,其玻璃转变温度Tg,初始晶化温度Tx和过冷液相区(SLR)宽度△Tx或(Tx-Tg)分别为870.32、936.28和65.96 K.  相似文献

采用水冷铜模吸铸法制备出部分晶化的Ni55Nb30Sn5Ti5Zr5和Ni55Nb30Sn5Zr10块体非晶合金,并利用X射线衍射(XRD)分析和示差扫描量热仪分析(DSC)对合金的相组成及热物性参数进行了测量分析。采用极化曲线法研究合金在不同溶液中的腐蚀行为,并利用失重法测定合金在10%HCl溶液中的腐蚀速率,对腐蚀后的显微形貌及表面成分进行了扫描电镜(SEM)观察和能谱分析(EDS)。结果表明,Ni55Nb30Sn5Ti5Zr5合金比Ni55Nb30Sn5Zr10合金具有更宽的过冷液相区和更好的抗腐蚀性能。随着合金晶化相的增多,合金抗腐蚀性能降低。Ti元素的加入可在合金表面形成氧化钛的保护膜,从而使合金的抗腐蚀性能提高。  相似文献

A method based on the semi-empirical Miedema model and a geometrical model was used to study the glass forming abilities(GFA) and the amorphous forming ranges of Al-Fe-Nd-Zr system and its constituent ternary systems.The amorphous forming composition ranges were analyzed based on different criteria such as ΔGam-ss and PHSS(PHSS=ΔHchem(ΔSC/R)(ΔSσ/R)) for Al-Fe-Nd system.The predicted amorphous forming range was in good agreement with the experimental results.The results showed that the criterion of ΔGam-ss was more accurate,and agreed well with the experiment results.The Gibbs free energy difference ΔGam-ss and parameter PHSS were then used to predict the amorphous forming composition range for the rest of the constitutive ternary systems of Al-Fe-Nd-Zr.In addition,the amorphous forming composition ranges of the(Al-Fe-Zr)100–x Ndx(x=50,60,70) systems were predicted by ΔGam-ss and the modified parameter PHSS.The Gibbs free energy of Al10(Fe1–x Zrx)30Nd60 were also calculated.The GFA parameter PHSS indicated that the composition with the highest GFA was Al33.5Fe13.5Zr3Nd50 for the(Al-Fe-Zr)50Nd50 system,Al28.8Fe10Zr1.2Nd60for the(Al-Fe-Zr)40Nd60 system and Al22.8Fe6.9Zr0.3Nd70 for the(Al-Fe-Zr)30Nd70 system,and the results suggested that those alloys with high content of Al had higher GFA.The appropriate content of neodymium and zirconium resulted in the lower value of PHSS and increased the GFA obviously.  相似文献

The effects of microalloying of Ti and B on the glass formation of Cu60Pr30Ni10Al10-2xTixBx(x = 0, 0.05% (atom fraction)) amorphous alloys was investigated using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). XRD analysis showed that mieroalloying with 0.05% Ti and 0.05% B improved the glass forming ability (GFA). The smaller difference in the Gibbs free energy between the liquid and crystalline states at the glass transition temperature (△G1-X(Tg)) and the smaller thermodynamic fragility index (△Sf/Tm, where ASf is the entropy of fusion, and Tm is the melting temperature) after mieroalloying correlated with the higher GFA.  相似文献

用不同加热速度下差热扫描量热卡计研究了Fe79.5P18-xCxCu0.Mo0.5Si1.5非晶材料的晶化动力学。实验结果表明:磷Fe(b.c.c)起始晶化温度升高。对Fe79P18-xCxCu0.5Mo0.5Si1.5非晶材料,随着碳含量增多含量的减少,DSC曲线出现双峰,并且两峰峰值温差ΔT=TP2-Tp1加宽。  相似文献

向以Zr80Co15Al5为基体的非晶合金中添加微量铜和镍,利用铜模吸铸法和半固态处理工艺制备棒状(Zr0.88Cu0.12)95-2x Al5(NiCu)x(x=1.5、2.5、3.5)非晶合金。利用SEM、XRD和光学显微镜(OM)分析研究了半固态处理工艺对非晶合金的微观组织结构、玻璃形成能力及断口形貌的影响。结果表明,在半固态处理工艺基础上对Zr80Co15Al5添加微量铜和镍后有较好的晶体形成能力。  相似文献

采用吸铸法制备Zr70Cu13.5Ni8.5Al8非晶合金,采用同步差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和万能试验机对非晶合金显微结构进行表征和力学性能测试,并利用XRD和SEM对试样的相组成和的剪切带观察。研究发现:随着吸铸功率增加,热稳定性、玻璃形成能力不断提高;Zr70Cu13.5Ni8.5Al8非晶合金的锯齿流变现象越明显,综合力学性能越好,其中吸铸功率8 kW时,试样的屈服强度、抗压强度和塑性达到最值,室温综合力学性能最好,且剪切带分布情况最好,但是继续提高吸铸功率,力学性能反而变差。  相似文献

Glass forming ability (GFA) and structural characterization of a new amorphous Al-Ni-Sr alloy melt spun were investigated on the theory of the factors for the glass formation. The GFA was varied with the ratio of Ni to Sr in detail and successful amorphous phase dispersed with 2 ~ 5 nm precipitates was prepared from Al-Ni5-Sr3. Thermal stability and crystallization behavior of the amorphous phase were determined by continuous and isothermal heating technique on DCS, resulting that the crystallization occurs by the growth of fcc Al nanocrystals on the preexistent nuclei.  相似文献

采用示差热分析(DSC)研究了旋铸急冷法在大气环境中制备出的Co68.5Fe4Si10B17.5非晶合金的非等温晶化的动力学行为。研究发现:在连续加热条件下,随升温速率的加快,合金的特征温度Tg,Tx,Tp均向高温区移动。当分别采用晶化开始温度和峰值温度时,所得非晶合金的激活能并不是稳定值。用Doyle-Ozawa方法计算出的激活能值比Kissinger法计算出的激活能值要大。非晶态Co68.5Fe4Si10B17.5合金的晶化百分比与退火温度和退火时间的关系曲线均呈S型。随加热速度的增加,非晶合金的晶化百分比与温度的关系曲线向高温处移动。  相似文献

利用铜模吸铸法制备(Zr0.83Cu0.17)88-x Al12Nix非晶合金,考察了镍含量对合金非晶形成能力和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在镍含量比较低时,合金并不是完全的非晶合金,有部分晶体析出;而当镍的质量分数为10%时,所得到的非晶合金断裂强度和塑性应变分别达到1 679 MPa和7.56%,此时过冷液相区的宽度ΔT=84.64K,该组分的合金具有较强的非晶形成能力。  相似文献

The bulk Fe60CoxZr10Mo5W2B23-x (x= 1, 3, 5, 7, 9) amorphous rods with diameters of1.5 mm were successfully prepared by copper mold casting method with the low purity raw materials.The amorphous and crystalline states, and thermal parameters, such as the glass transition temperature (Tg), the initial crystallization temperature (Tx), the supercooled liquid region (ΔTx = TxTg), the reduced glass transition temperature Trg (Tg/Tm, Tm: the onset temperature of melting of the alloy, and Tg/T1, T1 : the finished temperature of melting of the alloy) were investigated by X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis. Glass forming ability of Fe60CoxZr10Mo5W2B23-x (x=1, 3, 5, 7, 9)bulk metallic glasses has been studied. According to the results, the alloy (x=7) with the highest Trg (Tg/T1 =0. 607, Tg/T1 =0.590) value, has the strongest glass forming ability among these alloys because its composition is near eutectic composition.The wide supercooled liquid region over 72 K indicates the high thermal stability for this alloy system.This bulk metallic glass exhibits quite high strength (Hv 1020). The success of production of the Febased bulk metallic glass with industrial materials is of great significance for the future progress of basic research and practical application.  相似文献
