为了提高激光中心波长检测的精确度,提出了基于正交干涉原理的静态干涉系统,由两个相互垂直的棱镜组成产生二维平面上的光程差分布,以面阵CCD取代线阵CCD,对平面上的正交干涉条纹数据进行采集.在计算分析莫尔干涉仪的光程差分布的基础上,计算干涉图像中干涉条纹的拼接及傅氏变换等,最终得到光谱分辨率.由MATLAB仿真软件分析结果可知,静态莫尔干涉系统可以产生的光程差最大为234μm,比等尺寸的傅里叶干涉体高约一个数量级.实验标定用的光谱仪选用LAB SPAKR 750A型光谱仪,针对中心波长为635 nm的半导体激光器进行测量,结果显示中心波长位置基本一致,但在中心波长附近的光谱细节上莫尔干涉优于传统干涉具. 相似文献

针对大气湍流光束漂移,设计了一套使用莫尔条纹进行检测的系统,该系统具有检测微小长度和角度的特点,它是将光束漂移的微小角度借助条纹的方式进行放大。分析大气湍流条件下可能获得的最大条纹宽度,然后将条纹宽度和现有较好的CCD分辨率作比较。在CCD分辨率不足的情况下,采用莫尔条纹细分技术,通过适当的电路,将条纹的光信号转换成电信号,使相位变化转换为脉宽的变化,并在形成的方波中内插高频脉冲,通过测量脉冲数目可进一步实现高倍率细分,从而达到较高的分辨率,理论上系统的检测精度可达到0.025μrad。 相似文献

随着中长焦距光学元件在光学遥感、高功率激光器和天文望远镜等系统中的广泛应用,对这类光学元件焦距的高精度测量提出要求。在双光栅干涉焦距测量技术的基础上,提出了一种新的改进算法。该算法通过Moiré条纹倾斜角度与待测元件焦距之间的函数关系得到焦距计算公式,并利用入射平面波时Moiré条纹的理想状态优化了该计算公式,解决了Moiré条纹倾角基准线的确定问题,提高了Moiré条纹角度求解精度。采用2块周期为20 μm的朗奇光栅搭建了长焦距测量装置。实验测得的透镜焦距为36.690 m,测量重复精度达0.382‰。 相似文献

本文提出一种基于双圆光栅径向剪切干涉仪的三维位移测量方法,其测量原理是径向剪切干涉仪所形成的莫尔条纹不仅由二维平面内位移决定,轴向位移会在+1和–1级莫尔条纹之间产生一个特定的相移.首先,基于标量衍射理论对双圆光栅径向剪切干涉仪的+1和–1级莫尔条纹强度分布进行推导,建立了三维位移量与莫尔条纹强度分布的精确解析关系;其次,在频谱分析的基础上,利用半圆环滤波器进行空间滤波,实现+1和–1级莫尔条纹的同时成像;然后,提出了从莫尔条纹图中定量提取三维位移的算法,并通过数值模拟进行验证;最后,实验结果验证了该方法测量平面内位移的最大绝对误差为4.8×10–3 mm,平均误差为2.0×10–4 mm,轴向位移的最大绝对误差为0.25 mm,平均误差为8.6×10–3 mm.该方法具有装置简单、测量精度高、非接触、瞬时测量等特点,可实现三维位移的同时测量. 相似文献

针对莫尔条纹测量扭转变形方案,分析了双光栅在光学系统存在焦距误差时对扭转角测量精度的影响。通过在传统的莫尔条纹测量扭转角理论公式的基础上引入焦距对于光栅像的缩放效应,推导出含有焦距因子的扭转角测量模型。由模型可知,随着光学系统焦距差异的增大,对应的扭转角也会随之发生较大变化。特别当光栅夹角在小角度范围(1°~3°)内变化时尤为明显,最终影响到扭转变形的测量精度。在设计的实验中,利用2个已知焦距的光学系统,通过采集莫尔条纹图像进行扭转角精度分析,验证了该文提出的理论。 相似文献

Dynamic generation of plasmonic Moiré fringes using a phase engineered optical vortex (OV) beam is experimentally demonstrated. Owing to the unique helical phase carried by an OV beam, the initial phase of surface plasmon polaritons (SPPs) emanating from a metallic grating can be adjusted dynamically by changing the phase hologram displayed on a spatial light modulator. Plasmonic Moiré fringes are readily achieved by overlapping two SPP standing waves with certain angular misalignment, excited by the positive and negative topological charge components, respectively, of a cogwheel-like OV beam. The near-field scanning optical microscopy measurement result of SPP distributions has shown a good agreement with the numerical predictions. 相似文献

A fusion-spliced optical fiber is examined with a laser sheet of light. A CCD camera is used to record the transverse interference pattern from the fiber. The buckling on the fiber material in one direction of the spliced point is distinct inside the transverse interference pattern. The refractive index profile inside the fiber core, obtained at different illumination directions, is calculated using a new method showing the change in the refractive index due to fusion splicing of the fiber. A simple theoretical model is introduced to simulate the anomalous behavior in the transverse interference fringes due to a slight change of the optical parameters. 相似文献

Moiré pattern noise in Scanning Transmission X-ray Microscopy (STXM) imaging introduces significant errors in qualitative and quantitative image analysis. Due to the complex origin of the noise, it is difficult to avoid Moiré pattern noise during the image data acquisition stage. In this paper, we introduce a post-processing method for filtering Moiré pattern noise from STXM images. This method includes a semi-automatic detection of the spectral peaks in the Fourier amplitude spectrum by using a local median filter, and elimination of the spectral noise peaks using a Gaussian notch filter. The proposed median-Gaussian filtering framework shows good results for STXM images with the size of power of two, if such parameters as threshold, sizes of the median and Gaussian filters, and size of the low frequency window, have been properly selected. 相似文献

Interferometry for measuring the shape of large aspherical surfaces is reported. The interference fringe pattern between the parallel reference beam and the reconstructed wavefront from the master zone plate which is drawn by an electron-beam drawing machine is recorded on a hologram plate with off-axis optical arrangement. The hologram plate used as the standard element is reconstructed by the conjugate beam in a modified Twyman-Green interferometer. Insufficient parallelism of commercial hologram plates can be compensated by this method. It is also easy to make replicas. Some experimental results are also presented. 相似文献
