为了提高卫星探测器蜂窝板的动态性能,将蜂窝板中的蒙皮和支撑结构采用复合材料设计。对蒙皮和支撑结构设计了六种复合材料铺层方案,并与常用的铝材结构进行分析对比,利用大型通用有限元分析软件ABAQUS,通过对复合材料件及蜂窝板整体结构的动态性能分析,研究铺层角度对蒙皮、支撑结构及整体蜂窝板刚度的影响,确定了最佳方案,满足航天飞行器基频设计要求。研究工作为蜂窝板的结构优化设计提供了理论依据,对同类航空结构的设计也有很好的借鉴作用。  相似文献

基于有限元软件ANSYS建立复合材料起落架舱门参数化有限元模型,基于三明治夹芯板理论将蜂窝芯层等效为均质的厚度不变的层板,以蜂窝夹芯高度与复合材料面板各铺层厚度为设计变量,以铺层板、蜂窝夹芯的强度,结构稳定性以及结构刚度为约束函数,以结构质量最轻为目标函数,基于ANSYS优化模块首先选择零阶法进行优化得到粗略解,其次选择一阶梯度优化法进一步对夹层结构进行优化设计,得到最优蜂窝芯子厚度、蒙皮各铺层厚度.  相似文献

传感器飞机是一种集情报、监视和侦察功能于一体的未来先进无人机。一体化机翼作为传感器飞机飞行和探测的关键结构,其主要功能是作为雷达天线和为飞行器提供升力及操纵能力。文中初步设计了一种双梁式后掠一体化机翼构型,蒙皮分区域采用玻璃纤维和碳纤维面板蜂窝夹层结构,主承力骨架采用铝合金材料。对初始机翼构型的力学性能分析表明,其静强度和稳定性不能满足最大设计载荷下的使用要求。因此对机翼结构进行了局部尺寸缩放、纤维铺层调整以及骨架传力路径改善等优化设计,分别量化给出了各优化途径对机翼性能提升的效果。综合3种优化途径得到改进设计的一体化机翼,在结构重量增加很小的情况下,强度和稳定性得到了明显提高,满足设计要求。该设计和分析结果可供其他传感器飞机一体化机翼设计参考。  相似文献

在复合材料机翼蒙皮的设计中,上蒙皮的稳定性和面内刚度问题一直被重点关注.为研究蒙皮铺层参数对稳定性和面内刚度的影响,文中建立了基于粒子群算法的权重理想点法的多目标优化模型,并对机翼蒙皮层合板在不增加结构质量的前提下进行蒙皮刚度和稳定性的多目标优化设计.提出的权重理想点法可以使多目标问题更灵活和简洁地转化为单目标优化问题.针对层合板优化的特点,在标准粒子群算法中引入自适应惯性权重和变异策略,提高了优化精度.最后对4种蒙皮层合板进行了优化计算,得到的数据对工程实际设计机翼蒙皮层合板铺层参数有参考价值.  相似文献

由于机翼为主承力结构,蒙皮修理主要采用机械连接修理方式。本文针对民机复合材料机翼上蒙皮壁板结构的离散源损伤开展了修理方案设计、试验验证及分析研究。首先,根据损伤类型和上蒙皮壁板的传载特性,设计了机械连接金属补片修理方案,并制造了包括损伤和损伤修理两类试验件,进行了试验验证,修理后承载能力提高了133%,能够满足一般民机复合材料机翼蒙皮设计许用应变的要求。但该修理方法使得试验件修理区域较原结构刚度偏大,造成试验件修理区域承载高于两侧长桁。另外,修理补片会造成试验件提前出现载荷偏心弯曲。虽然修理补片的刚度和强度还有待进一步优化,但该修理方法依然可为今后民机复合材料机翼修理方案的设计提供参考。  相似文献

从工程实际出发,提出了一种针对连续纤维增强复合材料蒙皮的三级优化设计方案。能够从铺设角、铺层比例、铺层厚度、铺层块形状及位置以及铺层次序等多个方面给出层合板的设计参数。在设计过程中.加入了一系列与实际加工制造非常吻合的制造性约束,使复合材料层合板构件的优化设计结果具有非常好的可制造性。运用该方法对某型飞机复合材料机翼前缘蒙皮进行了优化设计,取得了良好的设计结果。  相似文献

针对具有进油孔的有限长滑动轴承油膜力求解问题,采用变分原理和分离变量法,求得了有限长滑动轴承油膜压力分布的近似解析表达式。将油膜压力分布的近似解析表达式在油膜存在区域上进行积分,即得到了油膜力。将提出的计算有限长滑动轴承油膜力方法与无限长轴承模型、有限元方法的计算结果进行了比较,发现了提出的方法与有限元方法的计算结果很接近。最后,研究了进油孔位置和进油压力对油膜存在区域、油膜力等的影响,研究结果表明进油孔位置和进油压力对油膜存在区域和油膜力有较大的影响。  相似文献

针对实际电网存在着大量的三绕组变压器,但国际上一些著名商业软件,如BPA仿真软件、Matpower这一权威潮流计算开源软件,均只提供双绕组变压器模型,限制了其在具有三绕组变压器的电力系统中的应用的问题,潮流计算是自主开发的电力系统各种应用软件的核心模块,因此依托国际权威开源程序进行二次开发,是一种较好的选择。对Matpower要求的数据格式进行了归纳,对变压器的一般的等值电路及带理想变压器的等值电路和带标幺值的等值电路进行了分析研究,提出了三绕组变压器转换为双绕组等效模型的建模方法,使得原先只适应双绕组变压器的潮流计算软件可以适用于三绕组变压器电网的潮流计算;最后以Matpower软件为例进行了案例计算,并用PSASP仿真软件进行对比验证。研究结果证明,所提出的建模方法是有效的。  相似文献

A computer simulation model for the contact between longitudinally-oriented rough surfaces has been formulated. This model closely duplicates the actual surf ace contact deformation behavior by taking into account the elastic interactions between the asperities. There were no assumptions made about the shapes, or any deformation behavior of the asperities, except for their obeying the laws of elasticity. The plastic deformations on the high asperity peaks were taken into account by setting a ceiling on their contact pressures at the material hardness value. The simulations used real surface profiles which were digitized from unworn circumferentially ground steel surfaces. Each pair of these profiles was mathematically combined to form an equivalent rough profile pressing against an infinitely rigid flat and having the appropriately adjusted elastic modulus. A total of 28 different pairs of profiles were used in the simulations. Each contacting pair was subjected to 30 different load levels and the local contact pressures and deformations were calculated. The contact simulations yielded some important mathematical relationships between parameters, such as the real area of contact, average gap, and average asperity load through statistical curve fitting. Two analytical functions were generated to relate the average load to average gap and the real area of contact to load.  相似文献

The strength of composite plate with different hole-shapes is always one of the most important but complicated issues in the application of the composite material. The holes will lead to mutations and discontinuity to the structure. So the hole-edge stress concentration is always a serious phenomenon. And the phenomenon makes the structure strength decrease very quickly to form dangerous weak points. Most partial damage begins from these weak points. According to the complex variable functions theory, the accurate boundary condition of composite plate with different hole-shapes is founded by conformal mapping method to settle the boundary condition problem of complex hole-shapes. Composite plate with commonly hole-shapes in engineering is studied by several complex variable stress fimction. The boundary integral equations are founded based on exact boundary conditions. Then the exact hole-edge stress analytic solution of composite plate with rectangle holes and wing manholes is resolved. Both of offset axis loadings and its influences on the stress concentration coefficient of the hole-edge are discussed. And comparisons of different loads along various offset axis on the hole-edge stress distribution of orthotropic plate with rectangle hole or wing manhole are made. It can be concluded that hole-edge with continuous variable curvatures might help to decrease the stress concentration coefficient; and smaller angle of outer load and fiber can decrease the stress peak value.  相似文献

针对电站锅炉风险等级评价问题,将模糊综合评价技术应用到电站锅炉风险等级评价中。开展了电站锅炉失效影响因素及模糊评价因素的重要程度分析,建立了一套科学合理适于在线评价的电站锅炉风险评价体系,提出了模糊综合评价技术与改进的模糊层次分析法相结合的模糊风险评价方法,利用改进的模糊层次分析法计算了指标体系中各层指标权重。对某一台电站锅炉的实际运行工况影响子因素进行了模糊风险评价,采用模糊合成算子进行模糊综合运算得到电了站锅炉运行工况影响子因素的评价向量。研究结果表明:电站锅炉的运行工况影响子因素的风险评价等级为第6级,失效可能性等级为小,该电站锅炉运行工况良好。  相似文献
