To investigate the aeroelastic stability of a folding wing effectively, a parametric aeroelastic analysis approach is proposed. First, the fixed interface component modal synthesis is used to derive the structural dynamic equation for a folding wing, in which the elastic connection is considered. The unsteady aerodynamic model is established by the doublet lattice method (DLM), and the aeroelastic model is achieved from integration of the DLM with the component modal analysis. The generalized aerodynamic influence coefficient matrix is established by modes kept and constraint modes of each component. The aeroelastic stability of a folding wing is investigated based on the Gram matrix in control theory. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified via comparison with traditional flutter eigenvalue analysis for both extended and folded configurations. The proposed method identifies coupled modes and improves computational efficiency when compared to classical aeroelastic stability analysis methods, such as the pk method.  相似文献

The paper presents the application of computational aeroelasticity (CA) methods to the analysis of a T-tail stability in transonic regime. For this flow condition unsteady aerodynamics show a significant dependency from the aircraft equilibrium flight configuration, which rules both the position of shock waves in the flow field and the load distribution on the horizontal tail plane. Both these elements have an influence on the aerodynamic forces, and so on the aeroelastic stability of the system. The numerical procedure proposed allows to investigate flutter stability for a free-flying aircraft, iterating until convergence the following sequence of sub-problems: search for the trimmed condition for the deformable aircraft; linearize the system about the stated equilibrium point; predict the aeroelastic stability boundaries using the inferred linear model. An innovative approach based on sliding meshes allows to represent the changes of the computational fluid domain due to the motion of control surfaces used to trim the aircraft. To highlight the importance of keeping the linear model always aligned to the trim condition, and at the same time the capabilities of the computational fluid dynamics approach, the method is applied to a real aircraft with a T-tail configuration: the P180.  相似文献

The influences of steady aerodynamic loads on hunting stability of high-speed railway vehicles were investigated in this study.A mechanism is suggested to explain the change of hunting behavior due to actions of aerodynamic loads:the aerodynamic loads can change the position of vehicle system(consequently the contact relations),the wheel/rail normal contact forces,the gravitational restoring forces/moments and the creep forces/moments.A mathematical model for hunting stability incorporating such influences was developed.A computer program capable of incorporating the effects of aerodynamic loads based on the model was written,and the critical speeds were calculated using this program.The dependences of linear and nonlinear critical speeds on suspension parameters considering aerodynamic loads were analyzed by using the orthogonal test method,the results were also compared with the situations without aerodynamic loads.It is shown that the most dominant factors a ff ecting linear and nonlinear critical speeds are different whether the aerodynamic loads considered or not.The damping of yaw damper is the most dominant influencing factor for linear critical speeds,while the damping of lateral damper is most dominant for nonlinear ones.When the influences of aerodynamic loads are considered,the linear critical speeds decrease with the rise of cross wind velocity,whereas it is not the case for the nonlinear critical speeds.The variation trends of critical speeds with suspension parameters can be significantly changed by aerodynamic loads.Combined actions of aerodynamic loads and suspension parameters also a ff ect the critical speeds.The effects of such joint action are more obvious for nonlinear critical speeds.  相似文献

The aeroelastic stability of rotating beams with elastic restraints is investigated. The coupled bending-torsional Euler-Bernoulli beam and Timoshenko beam models are adopted for the structural modeling. The Greenberg aerodynamic model is used to describe the unsteady aerodynamic forces. The additional centrifugal stiffness effect and elastic boundary conditions are considered in the form of potential energy. A modified Fourier series method is used to assume the displacement field function and solve the governing equation. The convergence and accuracy of the method are verified by comparison of numerical results. Then, the flutter analysis of the rotating beam structure is carried out, and the critical rotational velocity of the flutter is predicted. The results show that the elastic boundary reduces the critical flutter velocity of the rotating beam, and the elastic range of torsional spring is larger than the elastic range of linear spring.  相似文献

The dynamic characteristics of a railway vehicle system under unsteady aerodynamic loads are examined in this study. A dynamic analysis model of the railway vehicle considering the influences of aerodynamic loads was established. The model not only considers the forced excitation effect of unsteady aerodynamic loads but also accounts for the effect of unsteady aerodynamic loads on the change of the wheel–rail contact normal forces as well as changes of the wheelset creep coefficients and creep forces/moments. Therefore, this model also considers the influences of unsteady aerodynamic loads on the self-excited vibration characteristics of the vehicle system. The time-history curves, phase trajectory diagrams, Poincaré sections, and Lyapunov exponents of the vehicle system running on a smooth straight track under unsteady aerodynamic loads were determined. The results show that when the critical speed is exceeded, the vehicle system usually performs quasi-periodic motion under unsteady aerodynamic loads, which is significantly different from the periodic motion under steady aerodynamic loads. In different cases, the amplitude and phase of motion are significantly different. The amplitude of the motions can be increased by more than 159%, and the difference of phase can be up to 173°. (The phase is almost reversed.) The dynamic responses of the vehicle system under unsteady aerodynamic loads contain abundant frequency components, including the frequency of the self-excited vibration, the frequency of the forced excitation, and combinations of their integer multiples. The vibration forms corresponding to the main harmonic components under unsteady and steady aerodynamic loads were compared, and the self-excited vibration component of the vehicle system under unsteady aerodynamic loads was identified. The variations in the critical speed with various parameter combinations were computed. The variation range of the critical velocity can reach 73%.

航空航天飞行器舵翼类结构的气动颤振是一种灾难性的动力学行为.在基于偶极子理论的气动弹性动力学模型中,气动载荷可表达为基于结构动力学响应的一种状态反馈的闭环控制力,控制律取决于翼型的几何参数、材料参数、结构动力学特性以及来流速度等多种条件,通常需通过实际飞行或风洞实验进行辨识与检验.在实验室条件下,以系统动力学响应的模态特征等效为前提,提出了一种基于人工主动控制的方式进行气动载荷下舵翼类结构自激颤振的特征值跟踪策略.建立并讨论了等效系统的非自伴随动力学微分方程及其特征方程的求解过程,并与通用软件的计算结果进行了对比,二者具有较好的一致性.通过优化搜索分别获得了位移和速度的最优反馈点、最优作动点位置及最优反馈增益系数,经对比计算拟合得到风速-位移增益曲线和风速-速度增益曲线,从而实现了由单点反馈、单点作动的集中力的闭环控制等效系统的真实气动力分布控制.仿真算例表明,由此预示的实验过程无需辨识和重构非定常气动力的时域波形,无需其他干预即可实现地面模拟实验,主动控制的效果满足预期,初步实现了自激颤振的特征值跟踪,为进一步推动主动控制模拟实验及颤振参数辨识提供了基础.   相似文献

Based on curve fitting of coefficients of three component forces of the Messina Straits Bridge, and the previously proposed semi-analytical expressions of flutter deriva-tives of flexible structure, the change of flutter derivatives of slender bridge cross-section with respect to its aerodynamic center, rotational speed and angle variation is studied using a parametric method. The calculated results are compared with the measured ones, and expressions of flutter derivatives of the Messina Straits Bridge are derived. The in-trinsic relationships existing in flutter derivatives are validated again. It is shown that the influence of the rotational speed on flutter derivatives is not negligible. Therefore, it provides an additional semi-analytical approach for analyzing flutter derivatives of the bridge with streamlined cross-section to get its aerodynamic information.  相似文献

主动控制翼板是一种新型桥梁气动措施。本文基于非定常气动力理论,推演了安装主动控制翼板后作用在整个桥梁主梁单位长度上气动力表达式,从增加系统扭转阻尼的角度,研究了翼板主动扭转振动参数的选取。在此基础上,对某大跨悬索桥方案进行了二自由度颤振分析,结果表明:合理选取翼板的主动扭转振动参数,主动控制翼板能够有效地提高该桥的颤振稳定性。  相似文献

Buffeting forces on bridge decks are commonly modelled by Sears’ function. However, it is well known that Sears’ function is reliable only for very streamlined bridge deck sections and that a complete model would require a suitable formulation of buffeting forces in time domain. In this paper, self-excited and buffeting loads are modelled by means of indicial functions. Corresponding aerodynamic admittance functions are numerically evaluated for rectangular sections and compared with experimental and analytical results. A complete time-domain model for cross-sections including vertical turbulence is presented. Numerical simulations are performed on a sample rectangular section. Comparison with experimental results and relevant flutter analyses are also discussed.  相似文献

We investigate a typical aerofoil section under dynamic stall conditions, the structural model is linear and the aerodynamic loading is represented by the Leishman–Beddoes semi-empirical dynamic stall model. The loads given by this model are non-linear and non-smooth, therefore we have integrated the equation of motion using a Runge–Kutta–Fehlberg algorithm equipped with event detection. The main focus of the paper is on the interaction between the Hopf bifurcation typical of aero-elastic systems, which causes flutter oscillations, and the discontinuous definition of the stall model. The paper shows how the non-smooth definition of the dynamic stall model can generate a non-smooth Hopf bifurcation. The mechanisms for the appearance of limit cycle attractors are described by using standard tools of the theory of dynamical systems such as phase plots and bifurcation diagrams.  相似文献

The dynamics and stability of a train of flexibly interconnected rigid cylinders travelling in a confined cylindrical “tunnel” subjected to fluid dynamic forces is studied theoretically. Each cylinder, which is coupled to other cylinders and supported by springs and dampers, has degrees of freedom in the lateral translational and rotational directions. The kinetic, dissipation, and potential energies of the system and the generalized forces associated with the fluid dynamic forces acting on the system, such as inviscid fluid dynamic forces, viscous frictional forces, and form drag, are obtained first. Then the equations of motion are derived in a Lagrangian framework. The principal aim of this study is to investigate the effect of the aerodynamic forces on the dynamics of a high-speed train running in a tunnel, or more generally of a train-like system travelling in a coaxial cylindrical tube. The results of this study show that the system loses stability by flutter and that viscous frictional drag has a considerable effect on stability of the system. In addition, the mechanism of instability of the system is clarified with the aid of a study of the modal shapes and energy considerations.  相似文献

发展了一种高效、高精度的超音速、高超音速非定常气动力计算 方法------基于定常CFD技术的当地流活塞理论. 运用当地流活塞理论计算非定常 气动力,耦合结构运动方程,实现超音速、高超音速气动弹性的时域模拟. 运用这 种方法计算了一系列非定常气动力算例和颤振算例,并和原始活塞理论、非定 常Euler方程结果作了比较. 由于局部地使用活塞理论假设,这种方法大大地克服 了原始活塞理论对飞行马赫数、翼型厚度和飞行迎角的 限制. 与非定常Euler方程方法相比,当地流活塞理论的效率很高.  相似文献

In this paper, aeroelastic modeling of aircraft wings with variations in sweep angle, taper ratio, and variable pre-twist angle along the span is considered. The wing structure is modeled as a classical beam with torsion and bending flexibility. The governing equations are derived based on Hamilton’s principle. Moreover, Peters’ finite state aerodynamic model which is modified to take into account the effects of the wing finite-span, the wing sweep angle, and the wing pre-twist angle, is used to simulate the aerodynamic loads on the wing. The coupled partially differential equations are discretized to a set of ordinary differential equations using Galerkin’s approach. By solving these equations the aeroelastic instability conditions are derived. The results are compared with some experimental and analytical results of previous published papers and good agreement is attained. Effects of the wing sweep angle, taper ratio, bending to torsional rigidity, and pre-twist angle on the flutter boundary in several cases are studied. Results show that these geometrical and physical parameters have considerable effects on the wing flutter boundary.  相似文献

The post-critical behavior of a cantilever beam with rectangular cross-section, under simultaneous action of conservative and non-conservative loads, is analyzed. An internally constrained Cosserat rod model is adopted to describe the dynamics of the beam in finite displacement regime. The bifurcation equations for simple buckling (divergence), simple flutter (Hopf) and double-zero (Takens-Bogdanova-Arnold) bifurcations are derived by means of the multiple time scales method. Due to the nilpotent eigenvalue at the double-zero critical point, the evaluation of the generalized Keldysh's eigenfunctions is required. Finally, some numerical results are shown and the bifurcation scenario of the beam is discussed.  相似文献

In this study, an improved nonlinear reduced-order model composed of a linear part and a nonlinear part is explored for transonic aeroelastic systems. The linear part is identified via the eigensystem realization algorithm and the nonlinear part is obtained via the Levenberg–Marquardt algorithm. The impulsive signal is chosen as the training signal for the linear part and the sinusoidal signal is used to determine the order of the linear part. The training signal for the nonlinear part is selected as the filtered white Gaussian noise with the maximal amplitude and frequency range to be designed via the aeroelastic responses. An NACA64A010 airfoil and an NACA0012 airfoil are taken as illustrative examples to demonstrate the performance of the presented reduced-order model in modeling transonic aerodynamic forces. The aeroelastic behaviors of the two airfoils are obtained via computational fluid dynamics to solve the Euler equation and the Navier–Stokes equation, respectively. The numerical results demonstrate that the presented reduced-order model can successfully predict the nonlinear aerodynamic forces with and without viscous flows. Moreover, the presented reduced-order model is capable of capturing the flutter velocity and modeling complex aeroelastic behaviors, including limit-cycle oscillations, beat phenomena and nodal-shaped oscillations at the transonic Mach numbers with high accuracy.  相似文献

A multi-parameter method based on multivariate spline function approximation and minimum state smoothing for modeling the generalized aerodynamic forces is proposed in order to reduce the cost of the aerodynamic computations in the solution of the coupled fluid–structure problem in turbomachinery. This method allows simultaneous variations of several parameters and provides the solutions of the coupled systems at arbitrary values of the parameters using the generalized aerodynamic forces computed at the few values of the parameters. This multi-parameter aerodynamic modeling method is applied to a large-chord blade, for which the two chosen parameters are the rotation speed and the inter-blade phase angle.  相似文献

This study focuses on numerically investigating the response dynamics of a pitch–plunge airfoil with structural nonlinearity under dynamic stall conditions. The aeroelastic responses are investigated for both deterministic and randomly time varying flow conditions. To that end, a pitch–plunge airfoil under dynamic stall condition is considered and the nonlinear aerodynamic loads are computed using a Leishman–Beddoes formulation. It is shown that the presence of structural nonlinearities can give rise to a variety of dynamical responses in the pre-flutter regime. Next, a response analysis under the presence of a randomly fluctuating wind is carried out. It is demonstrated that the route to flutter occurs via a regime of pre-flutter oscillations called intermittency. Finally, the manifestation of these stochastic responses is characterized by invoking stochastic bifurcation concepts. The route to flutter via intermittency is presented in terms of topological changes occurring in the joint-probability density function of the state variables.  相似文献

A quasi‐steady scheme for the analysis of aerodynamic interaction between a propeller and a wing has been developed. The quasi‐steady analysis uses a 3D steady vortex lattice method for the propeller and a 3D unsteady panel method for the wing. The aerodynamic coupling is represented by periodic loads, which are decomposed into harmonics and the harmonic amplitudes are found iteratively. Each stage of the iteration involves the solution of an isolated propeller or wing problem, the interaction being done through the Fourier transform of the induced velocity field. The propeller analysis code was validated by comparing the predicted velocity field about an isolated propeller with detailed laser Doppler velocimeter measurements, and the quasi‐steady scheme by comparison with mean loads measured in a wing–propeller experiment. Comparisons have also been made among the fluctuating loads predicted by the present method, an unsteady panel scheme and a quasi‐steady vortex lattice scheme.
