The SOD-like activities of copper salicylate encapsulated in neutral positively and negativelycharged liposomes were studied with cytochrome c method. The results showed that the SOD-like activity of coppersalicylate encapsulated in neutral liposomes was enhanced over 3 times more than that of copper salicylate in aqueoussolution. However, the activity decreased for copper salicylate encapsulated in positively and negatively chargedliposomes. It was also found that at experimental concentrations there was no regularity for the change of activity ofcopper salicylate encapsulated in negatively charged liposomes, and copper salicylate encapsulated in liposomes withmore negative charges could promote the dismutation of superoxide anion free radicals, however, so could coppersalicylate encapsulated in liposomes with fewer negative charges only in lower concentrations. 相似文献

Many species of the genus Phellinus possess beneficial properties, including antioxidant, immune-enhancing, and antimutagenic effects. Phenolic compounds and polysaccharides are two kinds of bioactive compounds; however, few studies have compared the differences between Phellinus igniarius and Phellinus linteus in their functional components, functional activities, and nutrient compositions. Herein, the proximate compositions and microelements of the fruiting body of P. igniarius and P. linteus were determined. The fruiting body of P. igniarius and P. linteus were extracted by boiling water [water extract of P. igniarius (WEPI) and P. linteus (WEPL)]. The contents of total phenolics and polysaccharides, as well as superoxide dismutase (SOD)-like and antimutagenic activities of WEPI and WEPL, were compared. We found that WEPI was rich in phenolics and polysaccharides and had higher SOD-like activity than WEPL. Nutrient compositions were mainly different in minerals, whereas anitmutagenicity was similar. All of these results suggested that P. igniarius has greater potential for the development of antioxidant and immunomodulating food products than P. linteus. 相似文献

目的制备具有类超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性的玉米功能短肽 ,并与SOD进行活性比较。方法以玉米蛋白粉为原料 ,采用酶水解的方法 ,经SephadexG 2 5分离 ,以TNBS法测定各组分的平均链长 ,用邻苯三酚自氧化法测定各组分的抗氧化活性 ,同时与SOD进行活性比较。结果含有 2~ 6个氨基酸残基的玉米功能短肽 ,对邻苯三酚自氧化具有较好的抑制作用 ,玉米功能短肽 (浓度 10mg ml)的抑制率为 2 1.78%。结论玉米功能短肽具有较好的类超氧化物歧化酶活性 相似文献

扇贝裙边糖胺聚糖的体外抗肿瘤活性及对荷瘤小鼠抗氧化作用的研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
目的:研究扇贝裙边糖胺聚糖(SS-GAG)的体外抗肿瘤活性及对荷瘤小鼠的抗氧化功能的影响。方法:用MTT法观察不同浓度的SS-GAG对体外培养的宫颈癌HeLa、人大肠癌LOVO、肺癌A549、神经胶质瘤U251等肿瘤细胞株增殖活性的影响;观察SS-GAG对小鼠接种S180后30d内的存活时间;通过黄嘌呤氧化酶法、硫代巴比妥酸显色法等多种生化方法观察SS-GAG对荷瘤小鼠血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响,并与对照比较。结果:与对照比较,SS-GAG可明显抑制HeLa、U251细胞生长,对LOVO、A549细胞生长也有一定的抑制作用;SS-GAG能显著延长S180腹水瘤小鼠的生存时间,提高荷瘤小鼠的T-AOC、SOD水平,降低MDA含量(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:SS-GAG可抑制肿瘤生长,并有一定的抗氧化作用。 相似文献
