<正>姜(Zinbier officinal Roscoe)又名生姜、干姜、姜皮,既是一种香辛调味品,又有一定的药用价值,具有健胃、驱寒、发汗、解毒等功效。生姜因效益高,收益快,市场需求大,近年产业发展较快[1]。在我国,姜主要分布于中部、东南部及西南部,喜温暖湿润的环境条件[2]。这几年由于海南省政府的大力宣传,生姜种植面积持续增长,土地连作程度加深,田间病原菌逐年累积,致使生姜斑点病的发生增多,影响生姜产量。笔者根据调查研究,结合当地情况提供一些防治措施,以供姜农参考。 相似文献

本研究建立了QuEChERS-液相色谱-串联四极杆质谱(LC-MS/MS)法测定姜油树脂、姜精油样品中噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、噻虫胺等8种农药残留,通过方法优化,选择乙腈-水-正己烷体系提取样品,QuEChERS方法净化提取液,在电喷雾离子源正离子模式下电离,多反应监测(MRM)模式下测定,并采用基质匹配标准曲线内标法进行定量分析。结果表明,8种农药在1~32μg/L浓度范围内的线性关系良好,相关系数(R2)均大于0.99,方法检出限和定量限分别为0.03~0.16、0.10~0.53 mg/kg; 3种不同加标水平下的回收率均在70%~119%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)均小于20%。采用该方法测定实际样品,其中,噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、噻虫胺阳性样本的检出率较高,分别为56%、58%、52%,残留量大于1 mg/kg的样本量占比分别为12%、16%、10%,最高残留量分别为2.16、1.92、2.01 mg/kg,其他5种农药的检出率均低于20%。基于实际样品中农药残留中位值评估干姜片、姜精油和姜油树脂中噻虫嗪、吡虫啉、噻虫胺的慢性膳食摄入风险,评估结果远小于100%,表明农... 相似文献

分析了国内外油液监测的现状及发展方向。针对在当今油液监测系统中油液监测设备种类繁多、在时间和空间上是离散的,特别是当进行综合油液监测数据分析时,许多数据尚需要手工输入等不足,开发了基于NT的油液监测自动数据采集系统,此系统由3个部分组成:数据采集、数据传输、数据管理。自动采集部分可以使数据按一定的格式自动导人数据库,避免了手工的输入;数据传输是基于NT的,能使各设备并行地工作;数据管理可以对库中的数据按照用户的要求进行综合分析并输出结果。试验证明:该系统可给油液监测带来更多的资源共享,提高了数据处理的准确性以及油液监测和分析的质量和效率。 相似文献

Cavalieri sections — and more recently Cavalieri slices, especially in combination with non-invasive scanning — are widely used to estimate volumes. Physical Cavalieri slices are also increasingly used to estimate neuron numbers via the optical fractionator. In either case, the prediction of the error variance is important to assess optimal sample sizes. The error variance consists of two components, one due to the variation among the true contents of sections or slices, and the other due to local or ‘nugget’ errors. The latter may arise for instance when estimating section areas by point counting, or when counting discrete particles in slices or disectors. In this paper, a fairly comprehensive set of prediction formulae is presented to separate both variance components. 相似文献

Direct integration of reverse engineering and rapid prototyping removes two intermediate steps of surface fitting from point
cloud data and STL file generation from CAD models. Therefore errors introduced due to surface fitting and triangulations
are eliminated and also the process of STL data validation and repair is avoided. Intermediate point based curve model (IPCM)
method is one of the promising approaches for direct integration of reverse engineering and rapid prototyping however this
approach has the limitation that it cannot handle objects, which result in multiple contoured slices. Moreover, IPCM based
method is implemented with layers of constant thickness slices, and adaptive slicing with this method is not attempted. The
present work is an attempt towards improving the capabilities of IPCM based method by overcoming the above-mentioned two limitations.
The new system developed here has been tested on many parts, which demonstrates the capability of the proposed system.

Genetically modified sunflower oil, so called ‘high oleic’ sunflower oil, is a promising and environmentally friendly fluid that possesses many advantages as a lubricating oil. It will be more usable if its performance as lubricating oil can be optimised by additives. In the present study, we have examined model friction modifiers under boundary lubrication conditions to understand their applicability to vegetable oils. Octadecanoic acid provides good lubricity. Octadecyl amine and octadecanamide are also acceptable, whereas octadecane thiol exhibits a negative effect on lubricity. 相似文献

Inlet temperature is one of the main inputs in all models for the analysis of fluid film bearing performance. At the same time, inlet temperature distribution and also oil velocity distribution at the inlet are the result of flow phenomena in the gap between the bearing pads. These phenomena are complex and in many cases further affected by any special arrangements of forced oil supply to the gap between pads. The reason for such arrangements is the more efficient introduction of externally cooled lubricant. Not many details are known about any flow phenomena in the gap between the pads and even less if the bearing is fitted with any kind of directed lubrication system. Contemporary tools of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) enable one to study the flow between bearing pads and even to build models of a whole hydrodynamic bearing. Preliminary results of modeling lubricant flow in the gap, in a bearing with a direct oil supply system will be presented in this paper. The effects of modified inlet oil temperature on some aspects of bearing performance are also presented. 相似文献
