In the present article, the authors have proposed a modified projective adaptive synchronization technique for fractional‐order chaotic systems. The adaptive projective synchronization controller and identification parameters law are developed on the basis of Lyapunov direct stability theory. The proposed method is successfully applied for the projective synchronization between fractional‐order hyperchaotic Lü system as drive system and fractional‐order hyperchaotic Lorenz chaotic system as response system. A comparison between the effects on synchronization time due to the presence of fractional‐order time derivatives for modified projective synchronization method and proposed modified adaptive projective synchronization technique is the key feature of the present article. Numerical simulation results, which are carried out using Adams–Boshforth–Moulton method show that the proposed technique is effective, convenient and also faster for projective synchronization of fractional‐order nonlinear dynamical systems. This article focuses on the problem of exponential synchronization for fractional‐order chaotic systems via a nonfragile controller. A criterion for α‐exponential stability of an error system is obtained using the drive‐response synchronization concept together with the Lyapunov stability theory and linear matrix inequalities approach. The uncertainty in system is considered with polytopic form together with structured form. The sufficient conditions are derived for two kinds of structured uncertainty, namely, (1) norm bounded one and (2) linear fractional transformation one. Finally, numerical examples are presented by taking the fractional‐order chaotic Lorenz system and fractional‐order chaotic Newton–Leipnik system to illustrate the applicability of the obtained theory. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This paper concentrates on the global synchronization of the fractional‐order multi‐linked complex network (FMCN) via periodically intermittent control. It should be stressed that periodically intermittent control is employed to the FMCN for the first time. Moreover, the network is defined on digraphs with different weights, and two situations on topological structure of the network are discussed, including each digraph being strongly connected, and the biggest one being strongly connected. Based on Lyapunov method and graph theory, some synchronization criteria are obtained under two situations. And, the obtained synchronization criteria have a close relationship with the order of fractional‐order derivative, coupling strength, control gain, control rate, and control period. Besides, for practicability, theoretical results are applied to studying the synchronization of fractional‐order multi‐linked chaotic systems, and some sufficient conditions are provided. For a special case, fractional‐order multi‐linked Lorenz chaotic systems, numerical simulations are given to indicate the feasibility of theoretical results and the effectiveness of control strategy.  相似文献

This article investigates the optimal synchronization of two different fractional‐order chaotic systems with two kinds of cost function. We use calculus of variations for minimizing cost function subject to synchronization error dynamics. We introduce optimal control problem to solve fractional Euler–Lagrange equations. Optimal control signal and minimum time of synchronization are obtained by proposed method. Examples show the optimal synchronization of two different systems with two different cost functions. First, we use an ordinary integer cost function then we use a fractional‐order cost function and comparing the results. Finally, we suggest a cost function which has the optimal solution of this problem, and we can extend this solution to solve other synchronization problems. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This paper is devoted to investigate synchronization and antisynchronization of N‐coupled general fractional‐order complex chaotic systems described by a unified mathematical expression with ring connection. By means of the direct design method, the appropriate controllers are designed to transform the fractional‐order error dynamical system into a nonlinear system with antisymmetric structure. Thus, by using the recently established result for the Caputo fractional derivative of a quadratic function and a fractional‐order extension of the Lyapunov direct method, several stability criteria are derived to ensure the occurrence of synchronization and antisynchronization among N‐coupled fractional‐order complex chaotic systems. Moreover, numerical simulations are performed to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed design.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel fractional‐integer integral type sliding mode technique for control and generalized function projective synchronization of different fractional‐order chaotic systems with different dimensions in the presence of disturbances is presented. When the upper bounds of the disturbances are known, a sliding mode control rule is proposed to insure the existence of the sliding motion in finite time. Furthermore, an adaptive sliding mode control is designed when the upper bounds of the disturbances are unknown. The stability analysis of sliding mode surface is given using the Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, the results performed for synchronization of three‐dimensional fractional‐order chaotic Hindmarsh‐Rose (HR) neuron model and two‐dimensional fractional‐order chaotic FitzHugh‐Nagumo (FHN) neuron model.  相似文献

Chaos synchronization is a procedure where one chaotic oscillator is forced to adjust the properties of another chaotic oscillator for all future states. This research paper studies and investigates the global chaos synchronization problem of two identical chaotic systems and two non‐identical chaotic systems using the linear active control technique. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory and using the linear active control technique, the stabilizing controllers are designed for asymptotically global stability of the closed‐loop system for both identical and non‐identical synchronization. Numerical simulations and graphs are imparted to justify the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed scheme. All simulations have been done by using mathematica 9. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This paper presents a novel synchronization scheme of multiswitching dual combination synchronization which is first of its kind. Multiswitching dual combination synchronization is achieved for 6 time‐delay chaotic systems. Asymptotically stable synchronization states are established by nonlinear control method and Lyapunov Krasovskii functional. To elaborate the proposed scheme, an example of time‐delay Rossler, Chen, and Shimizu Morioka systems is considered, where time‐delay Rossler system and Chen system are considered as drive systems and time‐delay Shimizu Morioka system is considered as response system. Theoretical analysis and computational results are in excellent agreement.  相似文献

The present article aims to study the projective synchronization between two identical and non?identical time?delayed chaotic systems with fully unknown parameters. Here the asymptotical and global synchronization are achieved by means of adaptive control approach based on Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional theory. The proposed technique is successfully applied to investigate the projective synchronization for the pairs of time?delayed chaotic systems amongst advanced Lorenz system as drive system with multiple delay Rössler system and time?delayed Chua's oscillator as response system. An adaptive controller and parameter update laws for unknown parameters are designed so that the drive system is controlled to be the response system. Numerical simulation results, depicted graphically, are carried out using Runge–Kutta Method for delay?differential equations, showing that the design of controller and the adaptive parameter laws are very effective and reliable and can be applied for synchronization of time?delayed chaotic systems. This article deals with the problem of synchronization of fractional‐order memristor‐based BAM neural networks (FMBNNs) with time‐delay. We investigate the sufficient conditions for adaptive synchronization of FMBNNs with fractional‐order 0 < α < 1. The analysis is based on suitable Lyapunov functional, differential inclusions theory, and master‐slave synchronization setup. We extend the analysis to provide some useful criteria to ensure the finite‐time synchronization of FMBNNs with fractional‐order 1 < α < 2, using Mittag‐Leffler functions, Laplace transform, and linear feedback control techniques. Numerical simulations with two numerical examples are given to validate our theoretical results. Presence of time‐delay and fractional‐order in the model shows interesting dynamics. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 412–426, 2016  相似文献

In this paper, a new fractional‐order chaotic system and an adaptive synchronization of fractional‐order chaotic system are proposed. Parameters adaption laws are obtained to design adaptive controllers using Lyapunov stability theory of fractional‐order system. Finally, reliability of designed controllers and risk analysis of adaptive synchronization problem are formulated and, risk of using the proposed controllers in presences of external disturbances are demonstrated. Also, risk of controllers are reduced using an optimizing method. Numerical examples are used to verify the performance of the proposed controllers.  相似文献

Synchronization and control of nonlinear dynamical systems with complex variables has attracted much more attention in various fields of science and engineering. In this article, we investigate the problem of impulsive synchronization for the complex‐variable delayed chaotic systems with parameters perturbation and unknown parameters in which the time delay is also included in the impulsive moment. Based on the theories of adaptive control and impulsive control, synchronization schemes are designed to make a class of complex‐variable chaotic delayed systems asymptotically synchronized, and unknown parameters are identified simultaneously in the process of synchronization. Sufficient conditions are derived to synchronize the complex‐variable chaotic systems include delayed impulses. To illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed schemes, several numerical examples are given. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 131–142, 2016  相似文献

In this article, a fuzzy adaptive control scheme is designed to achieve a function vector synchronization behavior between two identical or different chaotic (or hyperchaotic) systems in the presence of unknown dynamic disturbances and input nonlinearities (dead‐zone and sector nonlinearities). This proposed synchronization scheme can be considered as a generalization of many existing projective synchronization schemes (namely the function projective synchronization, the modified projective synchronization, generalized projective synchronization, and so forth) in the sense that the master and slave outputs are assumed to be some general function vectors. To practically deal with the input nonlinearities, the adaptive fuzzy control system is designed in a variable‐structure framework. The fuzzy systems are used to appropriately approximate the uncertain nonlinear functions. A Lyapunov approach is used to prove the boundedness of all signals of the closed‐loop control system as well as the exponential convergence of the corresponding synchronization errors to an adjustable region. The synchronization between two identical systems (chaotic satellite systems) and two different systems (chaotic Chen and Lü systems) are taken as two illustrative examples to show the effectiveness of the proposed method. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This article addresses the synchronization of nonlinear master–slave systems under input time‐delay and slope‐restricted input nonlinearity. The input nonlinearity is transformed into linear time‐varying parameters belonging to a known range. Using the linear parameter varying (LPV) approach, applying the information of delay range, using the triple‐integral‐based Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional and utilizing the bounds on nonlinear dynamics of the nonlinear systems, nonlinear matrix inequalities for designing a simple delay‐range‐dependent state feedback control for synchronization of the drive and response systems is derived. The proposed controller synthesis condition is transformed into an equivalent but relatively simple criterion that can be solved through a recursive linear matrix inequality based approach by application of cone complementary linearization algorithm. In contrast to the conventional adaptive approaches, the proposed approach is simple in design and implementation and is capable to synchronize nonlinear oscillators under input delays in addition to the slope‐restricted nonlinearity. Further, time‐delays are treated using an advanced delay‐range‐dependent approach, which is adequate to synchronize nonlinear systems with either higher or lower delays. Furthermore, the resultant approach is applicable to the input nonlinearity, without using any adaptation law, owing to the utilization of LPV approach. A numerical example is worked out, demonstrating effectiveness of the proposed methodology in synchronization of two chaotic gyro systems. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. This article investigates the chaos control problem for the fractional‐order chaotic systems containing unknown structure and input nonlinearities. Two types of nonlinearity in the control input are considered. In the first case, a general continuous nonlinearity input is supposed in the controller, and in the second case, the unknown dead‐zone input is included. In each case, a proper switching adaptive controller is introduced to stabilize the fractional‐order chaotic system in the presence of unknown parameters and uncertainties. The control methods are designed based on the boundedness property of the chaotic system's states, where, in the proposed methods the nonlinear/linear dynamic terms of the fractional‐order chaotic systems are assumed to be fully unknown. The analytical results of the mentioned techniques are proved by the stability analysis theorem of fractional‐order systems and the adaptive control method. In addition, as an application of the proposed methods, single input adaptive controllers are adopted for control of a class of three‐dimensional nonlinear fractional‐order chaotic systems. And finally, some numerical examples illustrate the correctness of the analytical results. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 211–223, 2015  相似文献

A note on phase synchronization in coupled chaotic fractional order systems   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The dynamic behaviors of fractional order systems have received increasing attention in recent years. This paper addresses the reliable phase synchronization problem between two coupled chaotic fractional order systems. An active nonlinear feedback control scheme is constructed to achieve phase synchronization between two coupled chaotic fractional order systems. We investigated the necessary conditions for fractional order Lorenz, Lü and Rössler systems to exhibit chaotic attractor similar to their integer order counterpart. Then, based on the stability results of fractional order systems, sufficient conditions for phase synchronization of the fractional models of Lorenz, Lü and Rössler systems are derived. The synchronization scheme that is simple and global enables synchronization of fractional order chaotic systems to be achieved without the computation of the conditional Lyapunov exponents. Numerical simulations are performed to assess the performance of the presented analysis.  相似文献

This article is concerned with the problem of synchronization between two uncertain complex‐variable chaotic systems with parameters perturbation and discontinuous unidirectional coupling. Based on the stability theory and comparison theorem of differential equations, some sufficient conditions for the complete synchronization and generalized synchronization are obtained. The theoretical results show that the two uncertain complex‐variable chaotic systems with discontinuous unidirectional coupling can achieve synchronization if the time‐average coupling strength is large enough. Finally, numerical examples are examined to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the analytical results. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Complexity 21: 343–355, 2016  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of projective synchronization of chaotic systems and switched chaotic systems by adaptive control methods. First, a necessary and sufficient condition is proposed to show how many state variables can realize projective synchronization under a linear feedback controller for the chaotic systems. Then, accordingly, a new algorithm is given to select all state variables that can realize projective synchronization. Furthermore, according to the results of the projective synchronization of chaotic systems, the problem of projective synchronization of the switched chaotic systems comprised by the unified chaotic systems is investigated, and an adaptive global linear feedback controller with only one input channel is designed, which can realize the projective synchronization under the arbitrary switching law. It is worth mentioning that the proposed method can also realize complete synchronization of the switched chaotic systems. Finally, the numerical simulation results verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this article, based on the stability theory of fractional‐order systems, chaos synchronization is achieved in the fractional‐order modified Van der Pol–Duffing system via a new linear control approach. A fractional backstepping controller is also designed to achieve chaos synchronization in the proposed system. Takagi‐Sugeno fuzzy models‐based are also presented to achieve chaos synchronization in the fractional‐order modified Van der Pol–Duffing system via linear control technique.
