[目的]优化以油酸甲酯为分散介质24%烟嘧·莠去津可分散油悬浮剂(OD)配方,并提高其物理稳定性。[方法]通过湿式超微粉碎法制备以油酸甲酯为分散介质24%烟嘧·莠去津OD,以悬浮率、乳化分散性能及制剂在冷热贮、常贮条件下的稳定性为指标,对配方中的分散剂、乳化剂等助剂进行筛选。[结果]乳化剂SR-08与农乳500#以1:2的比例复配,分散剂SD-208添加量为2.0%,增稠剂有机膨润土添加量为2.0%时,所制备OD各项指标达最优。[结论]油悬浮剂配方中选择合适的乳化分散剂等助剂可有效提高OD的稳定性。  相似文献

针对高电解质农药配方体系,开发相应的助剂解决方案,提高制剂稳定性。通过加入磷酸酯类增溶剂,提高助剂在高电解质配方体系中的溶解性,从而达到提高配方贮存稳定性的目的。利用此方法成功开发了基于草铵膦的复配悬浮剂产品22%精喹·草铵膦悬浮剂和25%乙羧·草铵膦悬浮剂,所制悬浮剂热贮和冷贮稳定性合格。试验结果表明,开发的助剂体系适用于不同的农药原药和剂型。  相似文献

介绍了湿法研磨粉碎工艺制备20%虱螨脲悬浮剂的方法。通过对润湿分散剂、增稠剂和防冻剂等助剂的筛选,确定了20%虱螨脲悬浮剂的最佳配方:20.0%虱螨脲、3.2%WJ985、1.8%农乳500#、4.0%乙二醇、0.25%有机硅类消泡剂、0.2%黄原胶、1.2%硅酸镁铝,水补足至100.0%。制得的悬浮剂悬浮率高,分散性良好,分解率低,热贮和低温稳定性合格。  相似文献

以偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂,在油酸甲酯体系中合成了烯丙醇聚氧乙烯醚、马来酸酐接枝聚醚、丙烯酸十二酯和苯乙烯共聚物聚羧酸分散剂。研究了聚合反应工艺,确定了反应条件和工艺参数。应用制备的聚羧酸分散剂按35%硝磺.莠去津油悬浮剂的标准进行了效果试验,结果表明:所制备的分散剂能够提高制剂的分散性、悬浮率和贮存稳定性等。  相似文献

在苯酐-尿素法基础上,采用氯化铵作为酸性助剂参与缩合反应工艺,制备酞菁蓝颜料。讨论了酸性助剂对酞菁蓝颜料的收率、质量及其在水基体系中的分散性、分散稳定性的影响。优化的缩合反应条件为:以氯化铵作为酸性助剂,苯酐的加入量为25%(摩尔分数),所得颜料的收率可达到98%,且颗粒疏松,色光鲜艳;同时该颜料在水基体系中更易研磨分散,颜料色浆颗粒细小且粒径分布均匀,贮存稳定性较优。  相似文献

以30%醚菌酯悬浮剂(SC)为例,采用湿式超微粉碎法,考察了不同结构的高性能分散剂与润湿剂搭配使用,在不同温度下贮存不同的时间对悬浮剂外观、细度、粘度、悬浮率、分散性的影响;将喷雾助剂有机硅表面活性剂作为一个助剂组分,应用于农药制剂配方中。结果表明,高性能表面活性剂在农药悬浮剂中合理应用,可使悬浮剂性能指标较优,较大降低表面张力。高性能的润湿剂、分散剂搭配使用,能获得协同效应,明显提高悬浮剂的物理稳定性,从而提高制剂质量。  相似文献

以不同淀粉醚和纤维素作为悬浮剂,研究其对钢坯高温防氧化涂料贮存稳定性的影响,最终选择纤维素250HBR或BR30000H作为悬浮剂。研究了悬浮剂的用量、不同贮存温度对高温防氧化涂料贮存稳定性的影响,并对含与未含悬浮剂的涂料的烧蚀率进行了对比。结果表明,悬浮剂对涂料的高温防氧化效果没有影响;当悬浮剂纤维素250HBR或BR30000H用量为0.26%~0.33%、贮存温度为5~25°C时,涂料的保质期可以延长至少15 d。悬浮剂的应用解决了钢坯生产需现场调配涂料的问题,可大幅提高生产效率,有利于钢坯高温防氧化涂料的大规模推广应用。  相似文献

The fabrication of pressureless sintered silicon nitride parts by low pressure injection moulding of aqueous slurries is described. A basic requirement for this process is the preparation of a stable suspension with high solids content and appropriate rheological properties. The temperature has also a determining role in the stability conditions of the slip. In this work the effect of temperature on the rheological behaviour of silicon nitride aqueous slips was studied taking into account slip parameters such as the type and concentration of deflocculant, pH, ageing, etc. Once the stability conditions were determined, the effect of a gelling agent (agarose) on the slip rheology was also studied in order to optimize the injection conditions. The rheological behaviour of slips containing 1 wt.% agarose was studied as a function of temperature as well as the influence of sintering aids. Injection moulding was performed at temperatures of 60–65°C and a pressure of 0.4 MPa. Final densities of about 90% theoretical are obtained after sintering at 1750°C in N2 flow.  相似文献

Inorganic ceramic membrane has the advantages of excellent thermal stability, mechanical strength, chemical resistance and fouling resistance. And it has been widely studied and applied in flue gas moisture recovery, gas purification and wastewater treatment. The support is the basis of preparation and application of inorganic ceramic membrane, and its performance determines the performance of the ceramic membrane to a certain extent. At present, extrusion is a common method used in the ceramic industry to prepare supports, which has the advantages of high production efficiency and good product uniformity. In this paper, the processes of preparing support by extrusion including mixing, vacuum pugging, aging, extruding and sintering are introduced in detail. In preparing support by extrusion, the product performance is easily affected by many factors, including the type of raw materials, raw material particles, extrusion parameters, pore-forming agents, sintering temperature, and sintering aids. Therefore, this paper also conducts a comparative and comprehensive study on the process parameters and influencing factors in the process of preparing ceramic membrane support by extrusion to obtain the support with the best performance. The main influencing factors that this paper focuses on are the types of raw materials, powder particles, water content, pore-forming agents, binders, sintering temperature, and sintering aids. The trends and mechanisms of these factors affecting the performance of the support are analyzed in detail.  相似文献

制备SiO2溶胶作为SiO2无机膜的涂膜液,以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、水为原料,乙醇(EtOH)为溶剂,N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)为添加剂,盐酸(HCl)为催化剂。先后用正交实验法和单因素实验研究了乙醇、水、DMF、pH值和配制温度对SiO2溶胶稳定性的影响,结果表明:pH值影响因素中占权重最大;其次为水,随着水量的增大溶胶的稳定时间明显变长,比值在12~14;随着乙醇含量的增加,溶胶稳定性的增长速率由快变慢,n(EtOH)/n(TEOS)保持在16~20;DMF对其影响不大;而配制温度的影响在单因素实验中得到体现。  相似文献

The rheological and casting parameters of 3-mol%-yttria-stabilized tetragonal zirconia polycrystalline (Y-TZP) powder obtained by a wet-chemical coprecipitation route have been studied. Colloidal stability has been studied through zeta potential measurements. An organic surfactant has been used as deflocculant. Viscosity, casting rate, and green densities have been determined for suspensions with 28.2, 33.6, and 40.3 vol% solids content. Relative density, grain size, and t -ZrO2 evolution versus temperature and soaking time are also reported.  相似文献

Abstract

Using the same clay, 28 concentrated clay suspensions were prepared with varied solids volume fractions and deflocculant contents. T he apparent viscosity of each suspension was determined at a range of shear stresses to produce flow curves. A functional relationship was derived based on the K rieger equation, describing the combined effect of solids volume fraction, deflocculant content, and shear stress on suspension viscosity when suspension behaviour is shear thinning. Intrinsic viscosity, a K rieger equation parameter, may be considered to be independent of deflocculant content. In contrast, intrinsic viscosity decreases significantly as shear stress rises, tending asymptotically to a constant value at high shear. Maximum solids volume fraction, the other K rieger equation parameter, rises as shear stress and suspension deflocculant content increase.  相似文献
