制备EPDM/聚烯烃简单共混型热塑性弹性体。研究了聚合物种类、橡塑比、二元和三元共混对共混物力学性能的影响。结果表明,部分结晶性EPDM共混物的力学性能比无定形EPDM共混物好,部分结晶性EPDM与LDPE(低密度聚乙烯)共混物的拉伸强度大于两者的加和值,而其它二元共混物的拉伸强度均低于两共混单元的加和值;用LDPE部分替代PP,或用氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)部分替代结晶性EPDM进行三元共混,能改善部分结晶性EPDM/PP共混物的某些性能。 相似文献

采用过氧化物硫化体系制备了硅橡胶(VSR)与聚氨酯(TPU)质量比为50/50的VSR/TPU热塑性弹性体。考察了VSR的硫化条件,研究了抑制剂4-羟基2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶氧(TEMPO)用量对VSR/TPU体系动态硫化过程及性能的影响。结果表明,当Hakke流变仪转速为110 r/min、硫化温度为180℃、硫化剂2,5-二甲基-2,5双(过氧化叔丁基)己烷用量为1.0份(质量,下同)、抑制剂TEMPO用量为0.3份时,制备的VSR/TPU热塑性弹性体具有较精细的相态,分散相VSR在TPU连续相中分散较均匀,热塑性弹性体的拉伸强度及扯断伸长率分别达到4.4 MPa及291%,流变性能较好,压缩永久变形最小。 相似文献

Two types of electric elastomers were prepared by dispersing a uniform mixture of starch particles and silicone oil into 107 silicone rubber in the absence and presence of a curing electric field, respectively. The elastic modules were tested with dynamic mechanical analysis with the round disk compression clamp. The results indicate that the storage modulus sensitivity attains a maximum value of 0.55 at a mass ratio of 1 between silicone oil and 107 silicone rubber with the given starch concentration. When the mass ratio is 1 and the starch concentration is 10 wt%, the storage modulus of the A-elastomer without the electric field is 37.1 kPa, while that of the B-elastomer with the electric field is 127.9 kPa. The storage modulus sensitivity attains a maximum value of 2.44. 相似文献

通过机械共混法制备了氟橡胶(FKM)/甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)弹性体,研究了二者的质量比对共混弹性体力学性能、耐油性能和动态力学性能的影响.结果表明,当FKM/MVQ(质量比,下同)为80/20时,共混弹性体具有较好的综合力学性能.随着FKM所占比例的增加,共混弹性体的耐油性能提高.当振动频率为1 Hz时,共混弹性体中MVQ相的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)比MVQ的Tg提高了约5.0 ℃,而FKM相的Tg改变不大;当FKM/MVQ为60/40时,随着振动频率由1 Hz增大到50 Hz,FKM相的Tg升高了12.9 ℃,而MVQ相的Tg变化不大. 相似文献

This article describes the effects of silicone rubber (SR) networks on the actuating behavior of acrylate rubber (AR)‐based dielectric actuators. SR chains were diffused into a swollen AR networks in the presence of a co‐solvent, and then the silicone chains were chemically crosslinked in an attempt to form an interpenetrating polymer network. The presence of SR in the AR network was confirmed by various instrumental analyses including attenuated total reflectance‐Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, and thermogravimetric analysis. The total crosslink density based on a swelling method and tensile properties increased with modification time. The Maxwell stresses were also determined using a pure‐shear specimen. They increased in a parabolic fashion with the applied voltage, and depended on the type of compliant electrode and SR used. POLYM. ENG.
