为了解决对轴类零件深埋裂纹的检测和裂纹扩展预测问题,提出了一种基于计算机断层成像(CT)的深埋裂纹的检测和裂纹扩展预测方法,用于轴类零件的性能评定及故障诊断。轴类零件经工业CT扫描得到CT图像序列,运用Canny算法提取其边缘轮廓,然后采用矢量化处理边缘,最后运用有限元理论,有效地预测裂纹扩展。结果证明根据轴类零件工业CT数据可以快速并精确地检测裂纹,并预测裂纹的扩展,实现对轴类零件的性能评定及故障诊断。 相似文献

研究了废旧轴类零件的改型再制造可加工性评价及加工成本评估的问题。根据轴的特征,提取零件轴线及轴各端面信息,利用这些信息,与待加工零件的3维模型进行形状对比,从几何形状的角度评价其再加工其他零件可行性。根据对比结果,确定加工方法,并评价加工成本,根据加工成本选择出最优废旧零件作为加工新零件的毛坯,试验表明本文提出的算法切实可行,并在改型再制造中具有较好的应用价值。 相似文献

采用一种自适应阈值范围的Hough变换来检测阶梯轴零件中的直线。对传统的Hough变换进行了改进,快速、高精度地实现了对阶梯轴类零件轮廓直线的提取。结果显示:运用改进的Hough变换可有效提取轴类零件的轮廓直线,效果明显比传统Hough变换要好,为进一步的轴类零件尺寸测量奠定了基础。 相似文献

In a free state, nonrigid parts can take on different shapes compared to their design model. Such behavior of nonrigid parts introduces particular challenges to engineers during the geometric and dimensional requirements specification and inspection steps. Given that the choice of inspection method is guided by the requirement specification type, this paper presents two sections dealing, respectively, with the specification and the inspection method used for nonrigid parts. Accordingly, this paper proposes a categorization of the particular specification methods used for the geometric dimensioning and tolerancing of nonrigid parts under the American Society of Mechanical Engineers and International Organization for Standardization standards, as well as a review of the available approaches for the fixtureless inspection method of these parts. Typical applications of each specification method, as well as the advantages and drawbacks of their use, are proposed as general guidance. The rotating accuracy of a machine tool spindle directly affects the roundness of machined parts. Commonly, a precision arbor and one or two probes are used to inspect the spindle axis error motion. When the spindle error motion is in the same order of magnitude as the accuracy of the reference arbor, it is desirable to separate the roundness error of the reference arbor from the spindle error. One of the methods used is the three-probe method. This paper presents an exact geometric model and error analysis for the conventional three-probe method. The exact model is used to show that there is an approximation error in the commonly used governing equations of the three-probe method. To reduce inaccuracy in the converted axis motion and arbor contour, the reference arbor accuracy should be at least ten times better than that of the axis motion. It is also shown that the mounting error of the probes should be less than one-fiftieth of the size of the axis motion and the arbor size. The exact geometric model developed in this paper can also be extended to analyze the accuracy of other spindle inspection or roundness measurement methods. 相似文献

We propose a method for designing inspection plans of small size for use in form error evaluation of parts from batch or mass production using coordinate measuring machines. The method exploits a priori information coming from large sample inspection of one or a few parts of the lot. It is based on a regression model fitted to the large sample. The model is used twice. First, it provides the dominant pattern of the surface. Then, the deviations from the model that are relevant to form error are captured by weighting the points of the convex-hull of the large sample with the regression residuals. Based on two case studies, we show that the method provides a good accuracy in the estimation of straightness and flatness with very few measurement points. Comparative results also indicate that the method outperforms both the typical sampling schemes used in industry (random sampling, latin hypercube sampling), which do not exploit a priori information, and a recently proposed method using the same kind of a priori information. 相似文献
