为了研究Gd3+、C4+离子掺杂Ti O2粉体的光催化活性,选取不同Gd3+、C4+加入量、煅烧温度、气氛等因素,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备Gd3+-C4+掺杂Ti O2复合粉体;通过X射线衍射、显微图像观察、表面及孔隙度分析等手段对复合粉体的物相、形貌及光催化活性进行表征。结果表明:Gd3+-C4+掺杂Ti O2复合粉体在N2气氛中经550℃煅烧2 h后,粉体分散较好,Ti O2仍为锐钛矿结构;当Gd3+与C4+的物质的量比为0.06时,复合粉体在太阳光下照射3 h后,对罗丹明B的降解率可达90%。  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了纯TiO2,1%Sm3+或2%Gd3+单掺杂和1%Sm3+/2%Gd3+共掺杂TiO2复合粉体,采用XRD和SEM/EDAX等技术进行表征。以对亚甲基蓝的光催化降解为目标反应,评价了TiO2复合粉体的光催化活性,探讨了Sm3+/Gd3+共掺杂、亚甲基蓝初始浓度和粉体投加量对TiO2粉体光催化活性的影响机制。结果表明,Sm3+/Gd3+共掺杂可以显著提高TiO2粉体的光催化活性;Sm3+/Gd3+共掺杂在TiO2粉体中产生协同作用,抑制了TiO2由锐钛矿相向金红石相转变,使TiO2粒径尺寸减小,增大了TiO2的晶格畸变。当亚甲基蓝初始浓度为4mg/L和粉体投加量为2g/L时,TiO2复合粉体的光催化活性最高,对亚甲基蓝光催化降解率达99.71%;降解亚甲基蓝反应符合Langmuir-Hinshelwood动力学方程。  相似文献

采用硬脂酸法制备出Sn4+-TiO2复合光催化剂,用透射电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪对粉体的粒径、物相、形貌和热稳定性进行了表征.通过粉体对苯酚的降解情况对其光催化活性进行了测试,结果表明,与纯TiO2相比,Sn4+-TiO2的光催化活性有较大提高,当SnO2的掺入量为摩尔比5.0%时催化活性最高.  相似文献

采用化学共沉淀法一次煅烧制备红色荧光粉Ca0.68Mg0.2SiO3∶0.12Eu3+的基质材料,借鉴表面扩散原理对红粉进行铕元素掺杂。用X射线衍射仪、荧光分光光度计和扫描电子显微镜对试样的晶体结构,发光性能及表面形貌进行了表征,进而研究了PEG的添加量对粉体形貌及发光性能的影响。结果表明:制得的基质粉末为CaSiO3,并含有少量的CaMg(SiO3)2,PEG的添加对样品结构有一定影响。与此同时可有效提高粉体的分散度和分布均匀性,改善粒子的形貌,荧光粉的发光强度随PEG的添加量增加出现了先增加后减小的趋势,这是因为PEG的量过多,影响了Eu3+及Mg2+取代Ca1、Ca2、Ca3格位,尽管晶体结构趋于完整,也不利于样品的发光。PEG的最佳添加量为样品质量的1%,此时粉体粒子直径约1.3~1.5μm,为类球状,PEG的添加大大提高了荧光粉的发光强度。  相似文献

用超声溶剂热法制备了磁性纳米ZnxCo1-xFe2O4空心微球,采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)对其结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明,所制备的ZnxCo1-xFe2O4空心微球均为标准的立方结构,说明锌的掺杂并不影响产物的晶型,但对产物的粒径影响较大。所制备的CoFe2O4空心微球的平均粒径为50 nm左右,但Zn0.5Co0.5Fe2O4空心微球的平均粒径为200 nm左右;用振动样品磁强计(VSM)以及网络矢量分析仪测试了微球的磁性能和吸波性能,结果显示,微球的饱和磁化强度随锌含量的增加先略微增大后减小,而矫顽力随锌含量的增加单调递减。当x=0.3时微球的磁性和吸波性能都为最佳。  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了尖晶石型铁氧体CoFe2-xCrxO4的系列样品,通过XRD、SEM对纳米颗粒的结构、形貌进行了表征。结果表明,所合成的样品均为尖晶石型,只是最高衍射峰的位置发生偏移,使得样品的结构从正交晶系向单斜晶系转变;未掺杂样品CoFe2O4的形貌呈立方颗粒状,粒径均匀,边长约为1μm,掺杂后的样品CoFeCrO4颗粒为圆球状,尺寸为100~200nm,且有明显团聚现象。通过测定样品对甲基橙的降解情况研究了其光催化活性,结果表明,经过B位Cr3+掺杂的CoFe2-xCrxO4样品,光催化活性明显提高。  相似文献

以La(NO3)3、Fe(NO3)3.9H2O和Co(NO3)2.6H2O为原料,采用柠檬酸络合法制备了纯LaFeO3和掺杂Co3+的LaFeO3纳米粉体,通过XRD和SEM等手段对样品进行表征,以硝基苯为目标降解物,考察催化剂的光催化降解活性。研究表明:煅烧温度为800℃时制备的LaFeO3样品对硝基苯溶液的脱色率达47.02%;而采用Co3+的掺杂增强了LaFeO3的光吸收特性,对LaFeO3的光催化性能有较大促进作用,且掺杂量为5%时效果最好,光降解时间1h时,对硝基苯的降解率可达76.26%。  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同Zn含量掺杂的SrTiO_3光催化剂(Zn-SrTiO_3),通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子镜显微(SEM)和荧光光谱(PL)对其进行了表征,用亚甲基蓝(MB)光催化降解实验评价了其光催化活性。结果表明,SrTiO_3经Zn掺杂后仍然保持了钙钛矿结构,Zn~(2+)进入SrTiO_3晶格对Sr2+进行了替位掺杂,导致晶格畸变;热处理温度升高,样品发生热团聚;适量的Zn掺杂,能有效降低光生电子和空穴的复合几率,提高SrTiO_3的光催化活性;当掺杂量n(Zn)∶n(Sr)=1.5∶100,热处理温度900℃时制备的样品光催化活性达95.5%,明显优于同等条件下纯SrTiO_3活性58.5%,样品具有较高的光催化活性和良好的稳定性。  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte.
