以有限元分析软件ANSYS为基础,建立了大型炭块平面铣床主轴的有限元模型。进行了模态分析,得出了主轴前5阶固有频率与相应的振型;进行了谐响应分析,得到了主轴的频率位移响应曲线。分析结果表明:主轴在工作情况下不会发生共振,其危险截面在前支承处,为主轴的设计改进提供了理论依据。 相似文献

在ANSYS中建立了轴承-转子系统的实体模型,采用Solid185和Solid95单元进行了网格划分,得出了转子系统的固有频率和振型,通过改变油膜刚度获得了转子系统固有频率随油膜刚度的变化规律。结果表明支承刚度对转子系统的动力特性有很大的影响,在进行高速旋转机械动力学设计时,轴承与转子设计必须一起协调进行,轴承刚度的动态特性不容忽视。 相似文献

针对异步风力发电机转子及端部风扇进行了建模和动特性有限元分析计算.首先对风力发电机转子的运动方程进行了描述,说明了转子临界转速的理论定义.进而分别对转子和转子端部风扇建立了有限元模型,并采用分块兰索斯法对转子和风扇的前四阶固有频率和振型进行了求解,最后针对求解结果进行了分析,指出了误差决定因素.所述方法和所得结果对于风电运行人员具有参考价值. 相似文献

This paper uses new deductions of the equation of motion and obtains new modes of change that differ from the authors’ previous research. The blade-bending, shaft-torsion and ring-bending coupled vibration influence of a single-disk rotor whose blade subsystem was coated with a ring is investigated. In the last two years, the authors adopted two methods, the assumed mode method and finite element method, and compared both parties results. This article continues that work. In this paper, the phenomena of ring joint coupling vibrations are different and interesting. The authors defined two new types, the shaft-blade-ring (SBR) and blade-ring (BR) modes. These two coupling modes can be mutually affected by the shaft, blade, and ring, and no single subsystem predominates. The new change rules of natural frequencies of rotors with two to 15 blades and those of mode shapes are discussed. The influence of the ring thickness and rotational speed are also studied in this paper. 相似文献

The stability and coupling dynamic behavior of a journal active electromagnetic bearing rotor system are analyzed. The gyroscopic effect is considered in the rotor model. The system equations are formulated by combining equations for rotor motion and decentralized proportional integral differential (PID) controllers. A method combining the predictor-corrector mechanism and the Netwon-Raphson method is presented to calculate the critical speed at the corresponding Hopf bifurcation point of the system. For periodic motions, a continuation method combining the predictor-corrector mechanism and shooting method is presented. Nonlinear unbalanced periodic motions and their stability margins are obtained using the shooting method and established continuation method for periodic motions. With the change of control parameters, the system local stability and bifurcation behaviors are obtained using the Floquet theory. The numerical examples show that the schemes not only significantly save computing cost, but also have high precision. 相似文献
