Abstract A new type of gold nanoparticles–attached indium tin oxide electrode was made. By SEM and EDS, the as‐prepared gold nanoparticles–modified ITO electrode was characterized. This modified electrode has been used for the determination of pirarubicin (THP) in urine by cyclic voltammetry. Compared to a bare ITO electrode, the modified electrode exhibited a marked enhancement in the current response. Liner calibration curves are obtained in the range 5×10?9mol/L~1.5×10?6 mol/L with a detection limit of 1×10?9 mol/L. The percentage of the recoveries ranged from 99.3% to 106.3%. The practical analytic utility of the method is illustrated by quantitative determination of THP in urine. 相似文献

Abstract A multi‐walled carbon nanotubes modified glassy carbon electrode (MWNTs/GCE) was fabricated, and the electrochemical behaviors of acetaminophen (ACOP) were investigated on the MWNTs/GCE. The results showed that MWNTs exhibited excellent electrocatalytic effects on the reaction of ACOP by accelerating the electron transfer rate. Cyclic voltammetry (CV) was used to explore the electrochemical redox mechanism of ACOP on the MWNTs/GCE and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) was taken to determine ACOP in samples, respectively. The results showed that the oxidative peak currents were linear with the concentration of ACOP in the range of 4.0×10?7–1.5×10?4 mol l?1 with the detection limit 1.2×10?7 mol l?1. The MWNTs/GCE showed satisfactory stability, selectivity, and it can be used to quantify ACOP in effervescent dosage real samples. 相似文献

A copper hexacyanoferrate modified ceramic carbon electrode (CuHCF/CCE) had been prepared by two-step sol-gel technique and characterized using electrochemical methods. The resulting modified electrode showed a pair of well-defined surface waves in the potential range of 0.40 to 1.0 V with the formal potential of 0.682 V (vs. SCE) in 0.050 mol·dm^-3 HOAc-NaOAc buffer containing 0.30 mol·dm^-3 KCl. The charge transfer coefficient (a) and charge transfer rate constant (ks) for the modified electrode were calculated. The electrocatalytic activity of this modified electrode to hydrazine was also investigated, and chronoamperometry was exploited to conveniently determine the diffusion coefficient (D) of hydrazine in solution and the catalytic rate constant (kcat). Finally, hydrazine was determined with amperometry using the resulting modified electrode. The calibration plot for hydrazine determination was linear in 3.0 × 10^-6--7.5 × 10^-4 mol·dm^-3 with the detection limit of 8.0 × 10^-7 molodm^-3. This modified electrode had some advantages over the modified film electrodes constructed by the conventional methods, such as renewable surface, good long-term stability, excellent catalytic activity and short response time to hydrazine. 相似文献

Abstract A glassy carbon electrode surface was modified with an electropolymerized film made of pyrrole and β‐cyclodextrin 1∶1, in a 0.1 M LiClO4 solution using cyclic voltammetry. The resulting modified electrode (Ppy/β‐CD) exhibits interesting electrocatalytic activity toward the electrochemical oxidation of neurotransmitters such as dopamine (DA) and norepinephrine (NE). Well‐resolved and reversible cyclic voltammograms (CVs) were obtained for these organic compounds in a 0.1 M H2SO4 solution. The effect of the pH on the voltammetric response of DA and NE was also investigated inside the range of pH 2.8–8.4. The oxidation current of norepinephrine increase linearly with the concentration inside the range of 4×10?7 M–2×10?6 M. The oxidation current of dopamine also followed the same trend range of 2×10?6 M–10?5 M. The detection limit was 6×10?6 M for (DA) and 8×10?7 M for (NE). As an example, the relative standard deviation for 1×10?5 M of DA was 2.056%. The diffusion coefficients D for the molecules studied were determined by means of the measurement of the effect of the scan rate on the CVs of the neurotransmitters. All the results showed that the electron transfer was predominantly diffusion controlled at the conducting polymer/solution interface. Interference phenomenon due to ascorbic acid (AA) toward the neurotransmitters was also investigated. The novel modified electrodes presented capability to resolve perfectly the AA and neurotransmitters oxidation peaks. This performance could be achieved even at a concentration 20 times higher than the neurotransmitters. Finally, the newly fabricated Ppy/β‐CD film exhibits interesting analytical performances compared with other systems in the literature, such as higher sensitivity, rapid response, good mechanical stability and reproducibility. 相似文献

研究了在镍离子注入修饰电极和0.05mol/LTris-0.5mol/LNaCl缓冲溶液(pH=7.1)中,米托蒽醌(MX)与DNA作用的电化学.在37℃恒温1.5h条件下,MX与DNA形成一种非电活性的结合物,使MX峰电流降低,其结合比n(MX):n(DNA)=2:1,结合常数为1.61×1012,电子转移系数为0.41,电极反应速率常数0.33s-1.加入DNA后,MX峰电流降低,据此,可以测定DNA. 相似文献

氨甲蝶呤在0.1mol/LHAc-NaAc(pH=4.96)缓冲溶液中,用Co/GC离子注入修饰电极进行伏安测定,得到一良好的还原峰,峰电位为-0.95V(vs.SCE).峰电流Ip与氨甲蝶呤的浓度在2.2×10-7~8.8×10-6mol/L范围内呈线性关系。检出限为1.1×10-8mol/L.建立了测定氨甲蝶呤的新方法,可用于实际样品的测定,回收率在98.9%~106.2%之间。用线性扫描和循环伏安法研究了体系的电化学行为及电极反应机理。实验表明,氨甲蝶呤的还原为不可逆吸附过程,并伴随两个电子和两个氢离子参与电极反应。用俄歇电子能谱(AES)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等表面分析技术对Co离子注入修饰电极的表面元素组成及深度分布等进行测定,表明Co离子确被注入到玻碳表面。扫速对催化效率的影响实验证明体系存在催化作用。 相似文献
