Novel crownophanes with three pyridine moieties (pyridinocrownophanes 4 and 5) were prepared by means of intramolecular [2+2] photocycloaddition of vinylpyridine derivatives. In the liquid-liquid extraction of heavy metal cations, 4 and 5 exhibited high efficiency toward Ag+. Comparing the high extractability and complexing stability constant for Ag+ to those of the corresponding pyridinocrownophanes 2 and 3 and observing the 1H NMR spectra in the presence of Ag+, the ethereal oxygen atoms and the three nitrogen atoms were found efficiently and cooperatively to act as ligating sites.  相似文献

A new series of crown compounds crownopaddlanes 3a-c bearing three cyclobutane rings were prepared by means of intramolecular [2+2] photocycloaddition of styrene derivatives. The yield of crownopaddlane 3b possessing five ethereal oxygen atoms was remarkably high 52% with the addition of sodium borofluoride in the photoreaction system. As this template effect suggests, 3b showed extraordinarily high Na+-selectivity with high efficiency on the liquid-liquid extraction of alkali metal picrates, though 3a having four ethereal oxygen atoms did not extracted any cations in this system. The high Na+-selectivity of 3b was further clarified by the equilibrium stability constants (log Ka) for Na+ (5.85) and K+ (2.91) in acetonitrile solution. The complexation of 3b to Na+ cation was also examined by X-ray crystallography. Crownopaddlane 3c bearing six ethereal oxygen atoms also efficiently and selectively extracted alkali metal cations, compared with conventional 18-crown-6 derivatives.  相似文献

The benzene and quinoxaline fused Δ2-1,2,3-triazolines 1a and 1b were synthesized in good yields using Knoevenagel condensation and intramolecular 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition as two of the key reactions. Photolysis (254 nm) of Δ2-1,2,3-triazoline 1a or 1b in acetonitrile led to the homolytic cleavage of nitrogen that generated diethyl diazomalonate 7, highly reactive intermediates aziridines 8a,b, and isoindoles B. The latter two species subsequently underwent rearrangement to give the nitrogen extrusion products 9a,b, and polymers. Furthermore, the reactive intermediates were trapped by dienophiles to give the corresponding cycloadducts. Subsequent rearrangement of the N-bridged cycloadducts gave N-substituted pyrrolo[3,4-b]quinoxalines 12b and 15b in 6% and 9% yields, respectively. Irradiation of 1a in the presence of fumaronitrile led to the isolation of cycloadduct 16a with retention of stereochemistry. Thermal reaction of 1b gave more nitrogen extruded product 9b (58-63% yield) than that by photolysis (5-23% yield), which implied that zwitterionic intermediate might be involved in the former.  相似文献

Three new ditopic receptors 3a-c based on thiacalix[4]arene of 1,3 alternate conformation possessing two different complexation sites have been designed and synthesized for both soft and hard metal ions. The imino nitrogens bind soft metal ion (Ag+/Pb2+/Cu2+) and the crown moiety binds K+ ion. The preliminary investigations show that 3a-c behave as ditopic receptors for Ag+/K+, Pb2+/K+, and Cu2+/K+ ions, respectively. In all the three receptors it was observed that the formation of 3a·Ag+/3b·Pb2+/3c·Cu2+ complex triggers the decomplexation of K+ ion from crown moiety and acts as a gateway, which regulates the binding of alkali metal to crown moiety. Thus, allosteric binding between metal ions ‘switch off’ the recognition ability of crown ether ring.  相似文献

The cationic manganese tricarbonyl complexes containing η6-2-methylhydroquinone (2a), η6-2,3-dimethylhydroquinone (3a), η6-2-t-butylhydroquinone (4a), η6-tetramethylhydroquinone (5a) and η6-4,4′-biphenol (6a) are readily deprotonated to the corresponding neutral (η5-semiquinone)Mn(CO)3 (2b-6b) and anionic (η4-quinone)Mn(CO)3 (2c-5c) complexes. The X-ray structures of 2b-6b feature strong intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions that result in the formation of supramolecular organometallic networks. Significantly, the substitution pattern at the semiquinone ring affects the stereochemistry of the hydrogen bonding interactions. NMR spectra of 2b, 3b and 5b reveal dynamic hydrogen bonding in solution.  相似文献

Biscrown ethers 2a-c and 3a-c arranged at a cyclobutane ring were prepared by intermolecular [2+2] photocycloaddition of vinylated benzocrown ethers. The complexing behavior of 2a-c toward alkali metal cations was evaluated by ESI-MS analysis, liquid-liquid extraction, and the comparison of complexing stability constant. An intramolecular sandwich-type 1:1 (host/guest) complexation was observed by ESI-MS analysis in the competitive system where 2a-Na+, 2b-K+, and 2c-Cs+ were formed selectively. In the liquid-liquid extraction, however, 2a hardly extracted any cation, while both 2b and 2c efficiently extracted larger cations such as K+, Rb+, and Cs+. It was found that the complexing stability constant of 2a-Na+ is lower than that of benzo-15-crown-5-Na+ though extraordinarily high values were obtained for 2b-K+ and 2c-Cs+ complexes compared with those of 18-crown-6-K+ and dibenzo-24-crown-8-Cs+ complexes, respectively. Hence, the excellent complexing ability was achieved by using the cyclobutane ring, which strongly preorganized two benzocrown-ether moieties for the larger alkali metal cations.  相似文献

Pyrazinedicyanoethylthiotetrathiafulvalene, (pzdc-TTF) (1a), an extended TTF fused with a pyrazine moiety and also a dithiolene ligand precursor, was synthesized through a cross-coupling with triethyl phosphite between pyrazine-1,3-dithiole-2-thione (I) and 4,5-bis(2-cyanoethylthio)-1,3-dithiole-2-one (III). This reaction also yields to dipyrazine TTF derivative (1b) and 2,3,6,7-Tetrakis(2-cyanoethylthio)TTF (1c), resulting from the self-coupling reactions of the thione (I) and ketone (III). The crystal structure of 1a is composed by pairs of head to head donor stacks of pzdc-TTF molecules along b in opposite orientations. Single crystals of 1b revealed a new polymorph with a face-to-face π-stacking motif. The electrochemical properties of 1a studied by cyclic voltammetry (CV) in DMF, shows two single electron oxidation processes typical of TTF-based donors; one pair of asymmetric redox waves centered at 627 mV versus Ag/Ag+ is ascribed to the couple [pzdc-TTF]+/[pzdc-TTF]2+, and one pair of quasi-reversible redox waves centered at 430 mV is ascribed to the couple [pzdc-TTF]0/[pzdc-TTF]+.  相似文献

New pyridine-phosphine chalcogenide ligands, tris[2-(2-pyridyl)ethyl]phosphine sulfide 1a and tris[2-(2-pyridyl)ethyl]phosphine selenide 1b, react with zinc(II) and cadmium(II) chlorides in EtOH at room temperature to afford complexes of compositions 2ZnCl2·2L (2, L = 1a) and 3CdCl2·2L (3a,b, L = 1a,b) in high yields. The solid-state structure of complexes 2, 3 has been proved by X-ray analysis data. Complex 2 is a centrosymmetric dimer, where two atoms of zinc are bonded by two bridging pyridine-phosphine sulfide ligands through N atoms. Complexes 3a,b exist as polymeric chains with each bridging ligand acting as a chelate N,S- or N,Se-donor to one cadmium(II) center and as a pyridine N-donor to the next cadmium(II) center.  相似文献

Palladium complexes of N-phenyl-2-pyridylamine (4) and dipyridylamine substrates (7, 11) have been studied. Due to the coordination ability of the pyridine-nitrogen atoms, the pyridyl substrates, 4, 7, 11 were subjected to Pd(OAc)2 complexations and a number of N-aryl-2-pyridylamine Pd complexes (13-17) were isolated and characterised, in particular by NMR and ESI-MS. A new method for the preparation of the acetato-bridged six-membered ring palladacycle complex (13) of 4 is reported. The dipyridyl amines 7, 11 formed cis/trans bis-dentate acetato-bridged dimeric Pd2Lig2(OAc)2 (14a,b/16a,b) and Pd3Lig2(OAc)4 complexes (15a,b/17a,b). The N-aryl-2-pyridylamine substrates (4, 7, 11) were prepared by oxidative nucleophilic substitution, by 1,3-cycloaddition reaction or by Buchwald amination.  相似文献

A series of novel tripodal ligands 3a-d, based on a mesitylene anchor, containing aza-thioethers as donor atoms and coupled with 4-(4/3/2-nitrophenyl)azophenol or 4-(2-chlorophenyl)azophenol have been synthesized as chromogenic receptors, which are highly selective for silver(I). The complexation behavior of 3a-d with various metal ions has been evaluated by UV-vis spectrometry in dioxane/water (1:9/v:v) solution at 25 °C. The UV-vis spectra show that the complexation of 3a-c with Ag+ have pronounced bathochromic shifts accompanied by a unique color change in the solution from yellow to red, which is visible with the naked eye. The ligands do not show any significant change on addition of other metal ions like Li+, Na+, K+, Sr2+, Ca2+, Cd2+, Zn2+, Hg2+, Pb2+, Ni2+, and Cu2+ and thus are highly specific and selective for Ag+ in the aqueous medium.  相似文献

Synthetic, structural and catalysis studies of two silver complexes namely, {[1-(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)-3-(N-phenylacetamido)imidazol-2-ylidene]2Ag}+Cl1b, supported over an amido-functionalized N-heterocyclic carbene ligand, and [1-(i-propyl)-3-(benzyl)imidazol-2-ylidene]AgCl 2b, supported over a non-functionalized N-heterocyclic carbene ligand, are reported. Specifically, 1b, a cationic complex bearing 2:1 NHC ligand to metal ratio, was obtained from the reaction of 1-(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)-3-(N-phenylacetamido)imidazolium chloride 1a with Ag2O in 52% yield. The corresponding 1a was synthesized by the alkylation reaction of 1-(2,4,6-trimethylphenylimidazole) with N-phenyl chloroacetamide in 73% yield. The other silver complex 2b, a neutral complex bearing 1:1 NHC ligand to metal ratio, was obtained from the reaction of 1-(i-propyl)-3-(benzyl)imidazolium chloride 2a with Ag2O in 42% yield. The 2a was synthesized by the alkylation reaction of 1-(i-propylimidazole) with benzyl chloride in 45% yield. The molecular structures of the imidazolium chloride, 1a, and the silver complexes, 1b and 2b, have been determined by X-ray diffraction studies. The silver complexes, 1b and 2b, successfully catalyze bulk ring-opening polymerization (ROP) of l-lactides at elevated temperatures under solvent-free melt conditions producing moderate to low molecular weight polylactide polymers having narrow molecular weight distributions.  相似文献

1-Boraadamantane (1) and 2-ethyl-1-boraadamantane (1(2-Et)) react with bis(trialkylstannyl)ethynes (3), R3Sn-CC-SnR3 with R=Me (a), Et (b), in a 1:1 molar ratio by 1,1-organoboration under very mild conditions to give the 4-methylene-3-borahomoadamantane derivatives 4a,b and 7a,b, respectively, which are dynamic at room temperature with respect to deorganoboration. The compounds 4a,b react further with 3a,b by 1,1-organoboration to the tricyclic butadiene derivatives 5a,b. Attempts to crystallise 4a afforded the product of hydrolysis, the diboroxane 6a which was characterised by X-ray structural analysis. All products were characterised in solution by 1H-, 11B-, 13C- and 119Sn-NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Competitive chlorination of p-substituted triarylbismuthanes 1 [(p-XC6H4)3Bi; a: X = OMe, c: Cl, d: CO2Et, e: CF3, f: CN, g: NO2] and trimesitylbismuthane (2,4,6-Me3C6H2)3Bi 1h by sulfuryl chloride was carried out against 1b (X = H) and the effect of these substituents on the formation of triarylbismuth dichlorides 2 was studied. The relative ratios 2/2b decreased with increasing electron-withdrawing ability of the substituents (2a/2b = 53/47, 2c/2b = 33/67, 2d/2b = 35/65, 2e/2b = 29/71, 2f/2b = 16/84, 2g/2b = 0/100, 2h/2b = 46/54), indicating a lowering of reactivity of the lone pair on the bismuth atom. Pd-Catalyzed degradation of 2a-g and their difluorides 3 giving biaryls 4 was promoted by the electron-withdrawing p-substituents in the equatorial aryl groups but suppressed by the more electronegative fluorine atoms in the apical positions. This is in fairly good accord with the stability of the trigonal bipyramidal geometry. The 13C NMR study of 1-3 showed that the signals due to the ipso carbons (C1) attached to the bismuth atom shift downfield with increasing electron-withdrawing nature of the p-substituents. No such tendency was observed in other aromatic ring carbons. The electronic effect on the C1 atoms, similar to that on the chlorination of 1 and degradation of 2 and 3, indicates the significant participation of the C1 atoms in these reactions through the Bi-C1 bonds.  相似文献

Reaction of 3-acyl-4-methoxy-1-methylquinolinones 2a,b with hydroxylamine has been investigated under different experimental conditions. Whereas compound 2a gives rise selectively and exclusively to the regioisomeric isoxazolo[4,5-c]- or isoxazolo[4,3-c]quinolin-4(5H)one (compound 3a or 4a, respectively), reaction of 2b always led to a mixture of the required isoxazole together with the oxazole derivative. Structural elucidation of all products has been independently achieved by multinuclear (13C and 15N) magnetic resonance spectroscopy.  相似文献

The condensation in one step of a series of salicylaldehydes and 2-amino-5-nitrophenol with 1-naphthylboronic acid, 2-naphthylboronic acid, and o-tolylboronic acid to give the corresponding boronates 1a-3a, 1b-3b and 1c-3d, is reported. The X-ray crystal structures of 1a, 2b and 3b allowed determining the α- and β-angle between the stilbene skeleton and the aryl or naphthylboronic fragments; these values are indicative of different conformations for the aryl moieties around the (B-C) boron-carbon bond which could potentially modulate the electronic properties on the boron stilbene compounds. All compounds were characterized by 1H, 11B and 13C NMR spectroscopy, UV, IR and mass spectrometry. Second- and third-order non-linear optical characterizations were also performed by EFISH and THG Maker Fringe techniques, respectively. Compounds 3a-3d containing an -N(Et)2 donor group gave the best NLO response in second- and third-order.  相似文献

The reaction of salicylaldehyde (1), o-aminophenols (2a-2f), and di-n-butyltinIV oxide (3) to give six di-n-butyltinIV compounds (4a-4f) was achieved in good yields. All compounds were characterized by 1H, 13C, 15N, 119Sn NMR, mass spectrometry, IR, elemental analysis and in the case of compounds 4a, 4b, 4d and 4e by X-ray diffraction analysis. Compound 4a crystallized with trigonal bipiramidal (TPB) geometry surrounding the tin atom while 4b and 4e crystallized as dimeric molecules joined by two O?Sn bonds with distorted octahedron (DOC) geometry. The X-ray structure of 4d presents one cocrystallized monomeric TBP with one dimeric DOC molecule. Correlations of σHammett vs. spectroscopic values were found for 4a-4b and 4d-4f, indicating the substituents in the aromatic ring derived from o-aminophenol serve as modulators of the O?Sn supramolecular interaction. The O?Sn bond formation is selective for the five-membered ring oxygen atom.  相似文献

Mononuclear complexes of the type, M(CO)4[Se2P(OR)2] (M = Mn, R = iPr, 1a; Et, 1b; M = Re, R = iPr, 3a; Et, 3b) can be prepared from either [-Se(Se)P(OiPr)2]2 (A) or [Se{-Se(Se)P(OEt)2}2] (B) with M(CO)5Br. O,O′-dialkyl diselenophosphate ([(RO)2PSe2]-, abbreviated as dsep) ligands generated from A and B act as a chelating ligand in these complexes. Upon refluxing in acetonitrile, these mononuclear complexes yield dinuclear complexes with a general formula of [M2(CO)6{Se2P(OR)2}2] (M = Mn, R = iPr, 2a; Et, 2b; M = Re, R = iPr, 4a; Et, 4b). Dsep ligands display a triconnective, bimetallic bonding mode in the dinuclear compounds and this kind of connective pattern has never been identified in any phosphor-1,1-diselenoato metal complexes. Compounds 2b, 3b, and 4 are structurally characterized. Compounds 2b and 3b display weak, secondary Se?Se interactions in their lattices.  相似文献

Two binuclear complexes [CpM(Cl)CarbS]2 (Cp = η5-C5Me5, M = Rh (1a), CarbS = SC2(H)B10H10, Ir (1b)) were synthesized by the reaction of LiCarbS with the dimeric metal complexes [CpMCl(μ-Cl)]2 (M = Rh, Ir). Four mononuclear complexes CpM(Cl)(L)CarbS (L = BunPPh2, M = Rh (2a), Ir (2b); L = PPh3, M = Rh (4a), Ir (4b)) were synthesized by reactions of 1a or 1b with L (L = BunPPh2 (2); PPh3 (4)) in moderate yields, respectively. Complexes 3a, 3b, 5a, 5b were obtained by treatment of 2a, 2b, 4a, 4b with AgPF6 in high yields, respectively. All of these compounds were fully characterized by IR, NMR, and elemental analysis, and the crystal structures of 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 4a, 4b were also confirmed by X-ray crystallography. Their structures showed 3a, 3b and 5a, 5b could be expected as good candidates for heterolytic dihydrogen activation. Preliminary experiments on the dihydrogen activation driven by these half-sandwich Rh, Ir complexes were done under mild conditions.  相似文献

In HF-SbF5, with or without H2O2, a source of ‘OH+’ equivalent, quinidine 1a yields three ethers, the preferred conformation of the substrate favoring the observed cyclization. Under similar conditions, quinidine acetate 1b, epiquinidine 2a, and its acetate 2b give fluorhydrins with or without rearrangement in different amounts according to the nature of the substrate and the acidity. At low acidity, epiquinidine 2a yields selectively a sole nonrearranged fluorhydrin 10a. Quinidine acetate 1b, at high acidity, yields only rearranged fluorhydrins 8b and 9b.  相似文献
