利用可适应设计理论和方法,文章对传统振动料斗进行了再设计,即机械解耦合和数字化控制耦合,提出了一种更具适应性振动料斗产品平台构造,以适应系列工件和不同材料工件的最佳的输送要求.分析了可适应振动料斗产品平台的解耦式机械结构和工作原理,通过解耦,实现了扭转振动和直线振动的独立控制.通过理论分析和仿真,给出了振动料斗的工作面运动轨迹和振动角的工作空间.在此基础上,成功研制了钕铁硼磁片振动供料器,满足了其对高速、低破损、低噪音等性能要求.  相似文献

Modular design is an important elemental technique in life cycle design for improving, e.g., maintainability, upgradability, reusability, and recyclability. Appropriate modular structure differs according to applied life cycle options; e.g., while the modular structure for recycling should be based on material kinds, the structure for upgrading should be based on functions to be obsolete. This paper proposes a method for determining modular structure by aggregating various attributes related to a product life cycle and evaluating geometric feasibility of modules. This paper also illustrates the prototype system that implements the proposed method and a case study of a printer.  相似文献

This paper defines open-architecture products (OAPs), a new class of products comprising a fixed platform and modules that can be added and swapped. Customers can adapt OAPs to their needs by integrating modules into the platform. Manufacturers will produce these platforms, while new small companies and customers will develop the modules, thus increasing employment and causing the economy to flourish. At the same time OAPs will provide consumers with the product they desire. Challenges include developing new OAP design software for non-professional designers and new assembly systems to facilitate economical assembly of a large number of product variants.  相似文献

为了使机床超声检测附件产品族实现在线超声检测功能,需要设计数据采集系统。数据采集系统的设计包括硬件设计和软件设计。其中硬件设计主要包括数据采集卡和超声波探伤仪的选择;软件部分设计以LabVIEW为平台,采用产品族模块化的设计思想开发了数据采集系统。最终设计出由CTS23型探伤仪和AC6684A/D卡为硬件、以LabVIEW为软件处理部分的数据采集系统。该数据采集系统可应用于机床,实现超声检测附件产品族的在线检测功能。  相似文献

Current concepts to achieve product commonality follow static approaches. To achieve economies of scale, standards are defined across the product program. However, these standards typically need to be compromised at new product introductions due to unforeseen innovations and economies of scale decrease over time. Accordingly platform standards need to be re-defined.This paper presents an approach for adaptive product platforms. Degrees of freedom in product and process design are managed pro-actively based on functional and technological models. This way adaptivity towards product innovation can be ensured. 针对淬火机床制造企业普遍存在的开发能力薄弱、设计周期长、制造困难、成本高昂等问题,在分析现有模块划分方法的基础上,对淬火机床的模块化设计进行研究。通过基于参数的设计结构矩阵DSM描述淬火机床功能部件之间的关系。以模块的高内聚性、模块间低耦合性为划分原则,利用层次分析法AHP确定相关性指标权重,构建功能部件综合结构相关矩阵。结合层次聚类法,通过MATLAB软件作出谱系聚类图,以获得划分方案,实现淬火机床的快速开发。通过模块化设计,可以缩短淬火机床研发周期,实现大批量生产条件下的个性化生产,快速响应市场和用户的多样化需求,使其适应日益激烈的市场竞争。  相似文献

To cope with the intense global competition that is characterized by high product variety and short life cycles, manufacturers need to share manufacturing systems across products and product generations. Co-evolution of product families and assembly systems is proposed as a novel methodology for the joint design and reconfiguration of product families and assembly systems over several product generations. The co-evolution methodology capitalizes on the opportunities for design and assembly system reuse that are offered by modular product architectures and reconfigurable assembly systems. As a result, co-evolution can lead to reduced product development costs and increased responsiveness to market changes.  相似文献

Modular product architectures are used by many firms today to achieve a high degree of product differentiation whilst reducing cost through economies of scale. At the same time, the firms are increasing architecture lifetimes to 10 years or more, which brings up new challenges for the development process. Uncertainties regarding future product features need to be anticipated when designing the architecture to minimize modification efforts. Nevertheless, existing approaches for designing modular product architectures are mainly based on static requirements and thereby neglect the dynamics of the market that influence future product features. This paper aims at presenting a method utilizing scenario-planning and simulations in the product range planning process to determine future product features and their uncertainties as a basis for the product architecture design. Possible feature specifications are derived from product environment scenarios and linked to the factors influencing the scenarios, to calculate their expected values and deviations.  相似文献

In this paper, the modular combination of artificial neural nets is considered. A modular approach to combining can be contrasted with an ensemble-based approach in that it implies individual modules, each responsible for some specialist aspect of a task, as opposed to each approximating the same function. It is possible to characterize modular systems in terms of (i) reasons for the task decomposition, (ii) the method for accomplishing the decomposition and (iii) the relationship between the modules. These characteristics are considered in brief outlines of the papers in the issue. Reasons for task decomposition include the exploitation of specialist capabilities of individual nets, performance improvement, and making the system easier to understand and modify. Task decomposition may be either automatic (based on the blind application of a data partitioning algorithm) or explicit (based on prior knowledge of the task or the specialist capabilities of the modules), and the relationship between the modules may be successive, cooperative or supervisory.  相似文献

为了解决在超级电容串联模组产品检测过程中参数识别少、检测效率低的问题,研制超级电容串联模组自动检测台。通过SolidWorks软件,完成自动检测台整体的机械设计;通过CX-programmer平台,完成PLC自动控制系统编写,实现对电容模组分压、压差、总压和内阻参数的检测和不合格品筛选以及自动放电的功能;最后对自动检测台进行了实际运行试验。结果表明:该检测台可以有效完成电容模组参数的检测,同时可实现不合格品筛选和自动放电的功能,具有自动化程度高、使用方便、效率高等特点。  相似文献
