For calculation of phase equilibria of the system seed oil/CO2, an equation of state published in the literature has been fitted to experimental data of that system. The results thus obtained
are of only limited use in designing a supercritical extraction process. The experimental investigation of the mass transfer
kinetics is much more significant. Mechanical processing of the oil seed’s cell wall structure has been shown to be of great
importance. The best specific yields were achieved with material that had been mechanically pre-deoiled and thereby broken
open. Yields are increased considerably by use of the gas mixture CO2/propane or other special gas mixtures or by the addition of refrigerants. However, the extraction times achieved in batch
operation, together with the mass product nature of oil seed, make a continuous supercritical extraction essential if operation
is to become economic relative to the conventional hexane extraction. To this end, the energetics of the process have been
calculated, and practical possibilities for continuous operation are discussed.

COSMO-SAC模型是计算无限稀释活度因子的一种有效方法,只需知道分子结构,即可进行有机物或离子液体的无限稀释活度因子计算。COSMO-SAC模型中最耗时的计算步骤是产生σ-图谱(σ-profile)的量子化学计算。利用Materials Studio软件中的DMol3模块,建立了包含32种离子液体阴离子和191种离子液体阳离子的σ-图谱数据库。利用σ-图谱数据库和COSMO-SAC模型,针对离子液体液液萃取过程,提出了离子液体萃取剂的计算机辅助分子设计方法。以乙醇-乙酸乙酯体系为研究对象,选择了适宜的离子液体萃取剂,采用乙醇-乙酸乙酯-离子液体三元体系的液液平衡文献数据进行了验证。 相似文献

Gas–liquid membrane contactors frequently suffer from wetting of the microporous membrane. Stabilization layers at the liquid side of the membrane potentially prevent this wetting. We applied such stabilized membranes to the separation of olefins and paraffins using AgNO3 solutions as absorption liquid. The stabilization material requires permeation of olefins at minimum counter transport of water. Appropriate selection of the top layer material is crucial in this application. This report describes the selection of potential top layer materials. Dense films of the selected materials were prepared and used to determine ethylene and ethane permeabilities, to perform pervaporation experiments with water and a 3.5M solution of silver nitrate in water, and to determine the swelling behavior of the dense films in water and in a 3.5M silver nitrate solution. Based on the characterization experiments, ethylene propylenediene terpolymer is the most appropriate candidate with the highest potential for application in a gas–liquid membrane contactor for the separation of paraffins and olefins. It has a relatively high olefin permeability (46.4 Barrer) and a corresponding low water vapor permeability and low swelling tendency in a 3.5M silver nitrate solution (1490 Barrer and 0.14 wt %, respectively). © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
