Synthesis and Structural Characterization of a Hetcrobimctallic Molybdenum-Copper-Sulfur Compound [Et_4N]_2 CMoCu_3S_4 (S_2CNEt_2)_3]

<正> The title compound crystallizes in orthogonal space group P212121with α= 12. 848 (5), b =13. 227 (3), c = 29. 519(8) A ,Z = 4 , V= 5016. 5 A3 and Dc = 1. 483g/cm3. 4940 independent reflcctiions were collected on a CAD4 diffractometer with MoKa radiation in the range of 1°<0<25°,of which 3559 reflections having intensities I >3σ(I) were used for structure determination. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by the least-squares method to final discrepancy factors R=0. 071 and Rw - 0. 075. The anion of the title compound can be described as a slightly distorted MoS42-tetrahedron coordinated by three [CuS2CNEt2] units ,with the four metal atoms lying approximately in a plane.

Synthesis of Quinoxalinophenazine Derivatives and Reaction of 3,12-Dimethylbenzo[a]quinoxalino-[2,3-c]phenazine with Mercury(Ⅱ) Bromide: Spectral and Structural Characterization

A new series of quinoxalinophenazine derivatives were synthesized in good yields by the reaction of 2,3-dibromonaphthalene-1,4-dione with different aryl-1,2-diamines in DMF as solvent at 120~130℃ or under reflux conditions. 3,12-dimethylbenzo[a]quinoxalino[2,3-c] phenazine with bidentate character reacts with mercury(II) bromide to give suitable crystals. All products were confirmed by IR, 1H and 13 C NMR, and the metal complex by single-crystal X-ray method. The crystal(C24H16Br2HgN4, Mr = 720.82) belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 10.186(6), b = 10.421(6), c = 11.470(7) , α = 98.670(7), β = 95.069(7), γ = 109.831(7)o, V = 1119.4(12) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 2.139 Mg/m3, μ = 10.46 mm-1, F(000) = 676, R = 0.043 and wR = 0.115 for 3982 observed reflections with I 2σ(I).

Synthesis and Structural Characterization of Alkali Metal Guanidinates

Reactions of 1,3-diisopropylcarbodiimide with alkali metal amides, MN（SiMe3）2 （M=Li or Na） in hexane or THF produced the alkali metal guanidinates { （i-PrN）2C [N（SiMe3）2]Li }2 （1） and { （i-PrN）2C[N（SiMe3）2]Na（THF） } 2 （2） in nearly quantitative yields. Both complexes 1 and 2 were well characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, ^1H and ^13C NMR spectra, and X-ray diffraction. It was found that the guanidinates adopt different coordination modes in these complexes.     

Hydrothermal Synthesis,Structural Investigation and Characterization of an Organic-inorganic Hybrid, [Co(BⅡM)_3]_2H[BW_(12)O_(40)]·7H_2O

An organic-inorganic hybrid based on α-Keggin-typed [BW12O40]5- anionic cluster, [Co(BⅡM)3]2H[BW12O40]·7H2O(BⅡM = 2,2′-biimidazole), was hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by thermogravimetric analysis, IR and UV spectra. The title compound crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 12.3490(10), b = 33.270(3), c = 18.9660(16) β = 105.9950(10)°, V = 7490.5(11) 3, C36H50BCo2N24O47W12, Mr = 3905.80, Dc = 3.451g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 18.886 mm-1, F(000) = 6972, Z = 4, S = 1.004, the final R = 0.0404 and wR = 0.0914 for 14683 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). The compound consists of two isolated [Co(BⅡM)3]2+ cations and one [BW12O40]5- anion, in which each Co2+ ion is coordinated by six N atoms from three BⅡM ligands displaying a regular CoN6 octahedron. These components are finally linked together via N–H···O(polyoxometalate and water) hydrogen bonds into a two-dimensional framework. Full investigation of the intermolecular interactions by Hirshfeld surface and fingerprint plots clearly indicates that there are rare W–Oterminal···πimidazole ring interactions which cooperate with the classical N–H···O hydrogen bonds to stabilize the structural packing.

Coexistence of metamagnetism and single chain magnet behavior in a Fe~Ⅲ_2Co~Ⅱ layer compound

A cyanide-bridged Fe~Ⅲ_2Co~Ⅱ double zigzag chain, {[Fe~Ⅲ(bipy)(CN)_4]_2Co～Ⅱ(btab)_2}n [bipy=2,2′-bipyridine, btab=4,4′-(1,3-phenylene)-bis-4H-1,2,4-triazole](1), was obtained with tetracyanometalate precursors and CoII ions. The chains were further linked by the ditopic btab ligands to a layer. Magnetic property studies demonstrate that 1 shows both metamagnetism with a critical field Hc=400 Oe and single-chain magnet behavior.

Synthesis and Structural Characterization of a Cyano-bridged 1-D Lanthanum(Ⅲ)-iron(Ⅲ) Complex [La(DMSO)_5(H_2O)](μ-CN)_2[Fe(CN)_4]·H_2O

A new lanthanumⅢ-ironⅢ complex [La(DMSO)5(H2O)](μ-CN)2[Fe(CN)4]·H2O 1 (DMSO=dimethylsulfoxide) has been prepared by a facile approach,ball-milling method,and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic,space group P21/n with a= 9.7125(3),b=21.5336(7),c=14.3804(5),β=93.242(3)o,C16H34FeLaN6O7S5,Mr=777.55,V =3002.8(2)3,Z=4,Dc=1.720 g/cm3,S=1.053,μ(MoKα)=2.278 mm–1,F(000)=1564,R= 0.0490 and wR=0.1270. The crystal structure analysis of 1 reveals a slightly distorted square-antiprism eightfold-coordinated La(Ⅲ) ion and a 1-D zigzag chain structure extending through the Fe-CN-La-NC-Fe linkages. The [La(DMSO)5(H2O)](μ-CN)2[Fe(CN)4] species are held together via hydrogen bonds to form a three-dimensional framework.     

Synthesis and Structure Characterization of a Manganese(Ⅱ) Complex With Eight Coordination Geometry: [Mn(O_2CMe)_2(phen)_2]

The title compound [Mn(O2CMe)2(phen)2] (phen = 1,10-phenanthroline) 1 has been synthesized and structurally determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of orthor- hombic, space group Pbcn, with a = 12.554(4), b = 10.168(3), c = 17.704(5) , V = 2259.7(12) 3, Z = 4, C28H22MnN4O4, Mr = 533.44, Dc = 1.568 g/cm3, F(000) = 1100, Rint = 0.0242, T = 293(2) K and μ = 0.631 mm–1. The final R = 0.0687 and wR = 0.1960 for 2046 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The structure of the complex consists of one Mn(II) core coordinated by two bidentate-bound CH3COO- groups and two η2-phen groups forming an eight-coordinate geometrical configuration.     

Synthesis, Crystal Structural Characterization and Electrochemical Properties of a 1D Tape-like Polymer of Cobalt Adamantanedicarboxylate： [Co_2（adc）_2（py）_4（H_2O）]_n

The new complex, [Co2(adc)2(py)4(H2O)}n 1 (adc = 1,3-adamantanedicarboxylate, py = pyridine), has been hydrothermally synthesized as polymeric solid, and characterized by X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectra and thermogravimetric analysis. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 18.932(4), b = 19.779(4), c = 12.352(3) , β = 112.03(3)o, V = 4288(2) 3, Z = 4, GOF = 0.998, R = 0.0518 and wR = 0.1074. X-ray single-crystal analysis reveals that 1 presents a 3D simple parallel rod-like supramolecular array constructed by 1D tape-like polymeric motif through aromatic π-π stacking interaction. Electrochemical investigation shows that 1 exhibits appreciable electrocatalytic activity for the reduction reaction of nitrite.

Synthesis and Crystal Structure of a New Complex {[Co~(Ⅲ)L_2]·[Co~(Ⅱ)(H_2O)_6]_(0.5)·2.25H_2O}_4 (H_2L = N-(2-Hydroxyphenyl)salicylidenimine)

The reaction of Co(OAc)2·4H2O with the Schiff base H2L in a methanol solution affords the red crystals of {[CoIIIL2]·[CoII(H2O)6]0.5·2.25H2O}4 1 (H2L = N-(2-hydroxyphenyl) sali-cylidenimine). The molecular and crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/n, C104H114Co6N8O37, Mr = 2421.61, a = 10.625(3), b = 16.335(4), c = 15.265(4) , β = 102.990(4)o, V = 2581.6(11) 3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.558 g/cm3, μ = 1.034 mm-1, F(000) = 1252, R = 0.0414 and wR = 0.1167 for 5889 reflections. The Co(III) atom is six-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms and four oxygen atoms of two tridentate L ligands. The abundant hydrogen bonding interactions extend the complex into a one-dimensional supra-molecular framework. The uncoordinated water molecules act as space-fillers and consolidate the whole architecture through the hydrogen bonding interactions.
