用正电子湮没技术研究Zr对Ni3Al缺陷态的影响 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
本文用正电子湮没技术(PTA)研究了含不同Zr量多晶Ni3Al的e^+寿命谱,结果表明:在Ni3Al中加入Zr,一部分Zr原子进行原子替位,晶格发生畸变,导致基体中正电子寿命(τ1)增长;另一部分在晶界偏聚的Zr调整了晶界结构,使平均寿命(τ)下降,当Zr量为1.2at-5时,缺陷态的寿命τ2显著增长,表明有自由体积较大的缺陷组态生成。 相似文献

测量Zn单晶、Al单晶、铸态Zn60Al40合金以及冷轧Zn、Al、Zn60Al40的符合正电子湮没辐射多普勒展宽谱和寿命谱.结果表明,单晶Zn和铸态Zn60Al40合金的商谱在约17.4×10-3 m0c处出现一个峰,主要是正电子与Zn中3d电子湮没的作用;当Zn原子和Al原子形成Zn60Al40合金时,Zn原子和Al原子间主要以金属键结合;轧制Al的商谱明显低于单晶Al的商谱,冷轧Zn60Al40合金商谱略低于铸态Zn60Al40合金商谱;而单晶Zn和轧制Zn的商谱几乎重叠;Al、Zn金属和Zn60Al40合金经冷轧后,由于样品中产生了缺陷,而导致正电子平均寿命增加,轧制Al的增幅最大,轧制Zn60Al40合金的增幅次之,而轧制Zn的增幅最小. 相似文献

用正电子湮没Doppler展宽能谱仪测量了不同成分近等原子Ti-Ni合金的不同温度淬火和1000℃淬火又经不同温度退火、以及不同温度强制时效后Ti-51.0at%Ni合金试样的线形S参数。结果表明:(1)淬火曲线高温部分和退火曲线低温部分的S参数变化符合单空位机制;(2)正电子湮没技术可探测出Ti-Ni合金沉淀相的温度区间;(3)缺陷量是Ti-51.0at%Ni双向记忆合金元件性能的一个重要控制因素。 相似文献

The behuviour of B atoms added to mono-and poly-crystalline Ni_3AI alloys has been investi-gated hy positron annihilation technique(PA T).If the additive of B was less than 1.37 at-%,some of B atoms solid-solutioned interstitially into matrix and distorted the lattice,thus thelifetime (τ) of positron (e~+) Or matrix dilated:the others of them segregated on vacancy-likedefects and formed "filling effect",thus the mean lifetime (τ)and S parameters decreased.If Badded was increased up to 2.22 at-%,more defects having larger free volume were inducedby horide eutectic occurred along grain boundaries and grain interior,thus the τ invacancy-like defects.τ and S parameters increased remarkably. 相似文献

The “order-disorder” model was adopted to calculate the lattice vacancies related to the com- position change in Ni_3Al alloys.A great deal of vacancies,i.e.,the non-stoichiometric vacan- cies,may exist in the Ni_3Al alloys containing Al over stoichiometry,i.e.25 at.-%.This was confirmed by the positron annihilation technique.Therefore,the influence of Al content on the enhancing behaviour of B towards the ductility of Ni_3Al alloys can be understood by the interaction of non-stoiehiometric vacancies and B atoms. 相似文献

本文报道了铝当量为19-23at.-%的一系列铸造Ni_3Al基合金的显微组织和塑性及其与合金元素间关系的研究结果。表明,Hf、Ti和Zr显著地改变初生Ni_3Al(γ’)相的形态和分布并细化其尺寸,而Nb、W和Ta则不具有上述作用,在显微组织被细化的合金中,形成韧性的γ’-γ-γ’界面,消除了本质弱化的γ’-γ’脆性界面,初生相的尺寸可以控制在几十微米,表现出良好的塑性,尤其是中温塑性有较大改善。另外,组织细化的合金在无Cr时仍有可观的塑性,Cr对改善中温塑性有益,这可能是由于它改变合金中的γ相的数量和分布的结果。 相似文献

Investigation was made of the ductility and microstructure of a series of cast Ni_3Al-base al-loys,with 19—23 at.-% Al and other alloying elements.An obvious improvement onmorphology,distribution,amount and size of primary Ni_3Al(γ')intermetallic compound wasapproached by such alloying elements such as Hf,Ti and Zr,but no more by Nb,W and Ta.The formation of ductile γ'-γ-γ' boundaries in the alloys with refined primary γ'-phase caneliminate the weakened nature of brittle γ'-γ' boundaries,and reduce the size of primaryγ'-phase to tens of μm.Thus,the ductility of the alloys,especially at intermediate tempera-tures may be markedly improved.In addition,an alloy free from Cr is still significantlyductile,and only its structure is refined.The availability of Cr to improve the intermediatetemperature ductility seems to be due to the change of amount and distribution of γ-phase. 相似文献

研究了Ni-23Al-0.5Zr-0.1B和Ni-17Al-8Cr-0.5Zr-0.1B(at.-%)在应力作用下表面氧化成分的变化。结果表明,在拉应力作用下氧化膜中的Ni含量明显增加。分析和计算发现由于Ni和Al具有不同的氧化体积膨胀,在拉应力作用下Ni在氧化表层的富集可以减小氧化表面的弹性形变能,降低体系自由能。 相似文献
