针对目前已有的微博意见领袖识别模型存在的不足以及意见领袖在线检测方法研究的缺乏,提出一种基于特定话题的微博意见领袖在线检测方法。对某一话题进行约一周的微博意见领袖在线检测实验,结果表明该方法能够在线收集与指定话题有关的微博信息并且能够动态计算出参与该话题讨论的用户的影响力,从而检测出其中的意见领袖。  相似文献

针对中文微博目前已有的意见领袖识别模型存在的不足,提出一种特定话题转播网络中的意见领袖检测方法.识别模型通过转发关系建立信息传播网络,以用户自身权威值和转发用户的支持力来评价用户的影响力.通过对微博两周以来特定话题下意见领袖的检测实验,结果表明该方法能够有效地识别特定话题下的意见领袖.  相似文献

当前的影响力分析算法大多基于网络拓扑结构或用户交互信息,然而单一方面的方法会使挖掘结果出现较大的偏差,目前缺乏全面准确的影响力挖掘方法。本文通过对传统PageRank算法进行扩展,提出一种面向新浪微博的基于用户交互度连接属性的TCRank算法;其次设计了3种微博意见领袖特征指标,并对其加权求和用于意见领袖候选集的精化操作;同时提出一种基于卷积神经网络模型的情感支持度的意见领袖抽取算法,对意见领袖候选集进行最终排名。最后,通过实验验证所提出算法的有效性。  相似文献

随着Web2.0技术的发展,微博网络已成为当前互联网中非常流行的网络应用,以即时性、碎片化、聚合性为特点的信息传播特性受到广大用户的欢迎。意见领袖在信息传播过程中发挥了重要的推动作用,有效地识别网络意见领袖,对于提高信息传播效果和可控性具有重要的现实意义。根据微博网络特点,提出一种基于多重链接的微博网络节点权重计算方法,根据节点权重计算结果并排序来识别意见领袖。采用T-Test、Kendall-tau和Spareman Rank三种统计学检验标准对不同的意见领袖识别算法进行对比实验,同时还对算法的准确率和召回率以及计算时间进行了实验。实验结果表明,从意见领袖识别能力、准确率和召回率以及计算时间等综合指标来看,该方法更具优势。  相似文献

使用微博用户互动数据构建的社交时序网络,通过用户互动强度优化权重分配改进PageRank算法,计算网络快照中各节点影响力,引入网络快照的记忆效应参数,得到动态的意见领袖识别算法。F-Measure值的对比实验结果表明,该算法的准确率优于PageRank算法、HITS算法;记忆效应衰减率的不同取值对该意见领袖动态识别算法准确率有显著影响,为网络舆情的动态监管提供了一种方法和手段。  相似文献

意见领袖是网络社区中积极的信息传播者和信息引导者,对其影响力的评估是社交网络分析的一项重要内容。针对现有算法对用户动态行为分析和动态内容影响考虑欠缺而不能客观反映真实情况的问题,提出一种基于用户影响力和PageRank的意见领袖发现算法,综合考虑用户自身影响力、用户动态行为影响度和用户行为给动态内容带来的真实影响。通过从知乎网络社区收集的大规模数据实验结果表明,该算法更具合理性并能有效地提高网络社区意见领袖的识别准确度。  相似文献

在微博网络中,消息的传播与意见领袖的影响力密切相关.然而,意见领袖在消息动态传播过程中所表现出的影响力难以量化衡量,这对意见领袖影响力的评估和消息传播趋势的预测带来了巨大挑战.针对这一问题,提出一种基于消息传播的微博意见领袖影响力建模与测量分析方法.在分析消息传播模式的基础上,采用动态有向图描述消息在微博网络中的传播过程;发现该过程可近似分解为由各个意见领袖所驱动的子过程,根据对意见领袖影响力属性特征的分析发现,该子过程可以由指数截断的幂律衰减函数来描述.对模型中各个参数进行估计,可以定量地衡量意见领袖在消息传播过程中的初始影响力、影响力衰减指数及其影响力持续时间等指标.结合新浪微博数据的分析结果显示:消息的传播范围与传播过程中参与传播的意见领袖的数量呈弱相关;虽然意见领袖的初始影响力与其粉丝数量的大小正相关,但影响力衰减指数的大小以及影响力持续时间的长短与粉丝数量几乎无关.最后,采用所建模型对真实微博消息的传播趋势进行预测,结果表明,所提模型能够较好地对热门消息的传播趋势进行预测,这对微博中公众舆论的控制及广告定点投放具有重要意义.  相似文献

意见领袖对网络舆情的产生和发展有着重要的指引作用,挖掘和识别网络社区中的意见领袖有重要的现实意义。结合聚类算法和分类算法的优势,提出一种基于话题内容分析的兴趣团体发现方法,以有效识别出兴趣团体。并通过分析用户回帖情感倾向来计算用户间链接的权重。在此基础上,提出了一种新的LeaderRank意见领袖发现算法,通过实验证明该算法能有效提高意见领袖挖掘的准确度。  相似文献

利用社交网络大数据进行用户影响力分析,有助于识别网络环境中影响力强的用户以实现其社会和商业价值。传统方法无法高效处理海量社交网络数据,定量准确地分析用户影响力。为解决该问题,本文提出一种基于PageRank算法的改进的用户影响力评价模型,综合考虑了用户连接程度和活跃程度,并以支持大规模并行图计算的Spark GraphX为工具,快速高效地实现了微博用户影响力的定量分析与评价。实验结果表明,本文所提方法效率更高,得到的用户影响力结果更接近真实情况。  相似文献

为提高微博话题中关键人识别的准确性, 提出了一种基于个人属性特征的用户影响力分析方法——PBF方法。该方法利用信息传播特征对用户影响力进行度量, 结合个人属性特征对其进行回归分析, 找出最能反映用户影响力的属性特征, 进而利用这些特征对用户影响力进行预测。实验结果表明, PBF方法的识别效率要明显高于RNF方法, 有效提高了关键人识别的准确性。  相似文献

Abstract This paper starts with some reflections on the policy considerations and priorities which are shaping European Commission (EC) research programmes. Then it attempts to position the current projects which seek to capitalise on information and communications technologies for learning in relation to these priorities and the apparent realities of the marketplace. 融合集成方法已经广泛应用在模式识别领域,然而一些基分类器实时性能稳定性较差,导致多分类器融合性能差,针对上述问题本文提出了一种新的基于多分类器的子融合集成分类器系统。该方法考虑在度量层融合层次之上通过对各类基多分类器进行动态选择,票数最多的类别作为融合系统中对特征向量识别的类别,构成一种新的自适应子融合集成分类器方法。实验表明,该方法比传统的分类器以及分类融合方法识别准确率明显更高,具有更好的鲁棒性。  相似文献

为了设计一种具有低成本、低功耗、易操作、功能强且可靠性高的煤矿井下安全分站,针对煤矿安全生产实际,文章提出了采用MCS-51系列单片机为核心、具有CAN总线通信接口的煤矿井下安全监控分站的设计方案;首先给出煤矿井下安全监控分站的整体构架设计,然后着重阐述模拟量输入信号处理系统的设计过程,最后说明单片机最小系统及其键盘、显示、报警、通信等各个组成部分的设计;为验证设计方案的可行性与有效性,使用Proteus软件对设计内容进行仿真验证,设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有瓦斯、温度等模拟量参数超标报警功能和电机开停、风门开闭等开关量指示功能;仿真结果表明:设计的煤矿井下安全监控分站具有一定的实际应用价值.  相似文献

Development of software intensive systems (systems) in practice involves a series of self-contained phases for the lifecycle of a system. Semantic and temporal gaps, which occur among phases and among developer disciplines within and across phases, hinder the ongoing development of a system because of the interdependencies among phases and among disciplines. Such gaps are magnified among systems that are developed at different times by different development teams, which may limit reuse of artifacts of systems development and interoperability among the systems. This paper presents control charts models and the necessary simulation software for the location of economic values of the control parameters. The simulation program is written in FORTRAN, requires only 10K of main storage, and can run on most mini and micro computers. Two models are presented - one describes the process when it is operating at full capacity and the other when the process is operating under capacity. The models allow the product quality to deteriorate to a further level before an existing out-of-control state is detected, and they can also be used in situations where no prior knowledge exists of the out-of-control causes and the resulting proportion defectives.  相似文献

Going through a few examples of robot artists who are recognized worldwide, we try to analyze the deepest meaning of what is called “robot art” and the related art field definition. We also try to highlight its well-marked borders, such as kinetic sculptures, kinetic art, cyber art, and cyberpunk. A brief excursion into the importance of the context, the message, and its semiotics is also provided, case by case, together with a few hints on the history of this discipline in the light of an artistic perspective. Therefore, the aim of this article is to try to summarize the main characteristics that might classify robot art as a unique and innovative discipline, and to track down some of the principles by which a robotic artifact can or cannot be considered an art piece in terms of social, cultural, and strictly artistic interest. In modern service-oriented architectures, database access is done by a special type of services, the so-called data access services (DAS). Though, particularly in data-intensive applications, using and developing DAS are very common today, the link between the DAS and their implementation, e.g. a layer of data access objects (DAOs) encapsulating the database queries, still is not sufficiently elaborated, yet. As a result, as the number of DAS grows, finding the desired DAS for reuse and/or associated documentation can become an impossible task. In this paper we focus on bridging this gap between the DAS and their implementation by presenting a view-based, model-driven data access architecture (VMDA) managing models of the DAS, DAOs and database queries in a queryable manner. Our models support tailored views of different stakeholders and are scalable with all types of DAS implementations. In this paper we show that our view-based and model driven architecture approach can enhance software development productivity and maintainability by improving DAS documentation. Moreover, our VMDA opens a wide range of applications such as evaluating DAS usage for DAS performance optimization. Furthermore, we provide tool support and illustrate the applicability of our VMDA in a large-scale case study. Finally, we quantitatively prove that our approach performs with acceptable response times.  相似文献

Although there are many arguments that logic is an appropriate tool for artificial intelligence, there has been a perceived problem with the monotonicity of classical logic. This paper elaborates on the idea that reasoning should be viewed as theory formation where logic tells us the consequences of our assumptions. The two activities of predicting what is expected to be true and explaining observations are considered in a simple theory formation framework. Properties of each activity are discussed, along with a number of proposals as to what should be predicted or accepted as reasonable explanations. An architecture is proposed to combine explanation and prediction into one coherent framework. Algorithms used to implement the system as well as examples from a running implementation are given.  相似文献

Discrepant technological events or situations that entail a problem, a misunderstanding or a difficulty with the Information Technology (IT) being employed, are common in the workplace, and can lead to frustration and avoidance behaviors. Little is known, however, about how individuals cope with these events. This paper examines these events by using a multi-method pragmatic approach informed by coping theory. The results of two studies – a critical incident study and an experiment – serve to build and test, respectively, a theoretical model that posits that individuals use a variety of strategies when dealing with these events: they experience negative emotions, make external attributions, and adopt engagement coping strategies directed at solving the event, eventually switching to a disengagement coping strategy when they feel they have no control over the situation. Furthermore, users’ efforts may result in ‘accidental’ learning as they try to overcome the discrepant IT events through engagement coping. The paper ends with a discussion of the results in light of existing literature, future opportunities for research, and implications for practice.  相似文献
