针对多资源约束的车间调度问题,将启发式算法和自适应GA优化方法结合起来,提出了混合自适应GA方法,建立了多资源约束的车间优化调度模型.根据启发式调度算法中优先规则对调度目标的影响,设计了新的编码规则.采用正弦函数作为自适应因子,使得交叉概率和变异概率随群体的适应度自动改变,提高了运算的效率,克服了启发式算法和普通GA的缺陷.通过实例仿真并与其他算法比较结果表明,混合自适应GA算法可以很好的解决作业车间在机床、刀具等多种生产资源约束下的优化调度,并在评价指标上较其他算法更优. 相似文献

为应对未来高比例新能源接入带来的挑战,需充分挖掘不同类型调度资源的可调潜力。为此,提出了一种考虑需求响应的源-荷-储多时间尺度优化调度策略,旨在通过源-荷-储参与电网协同优化调度,提高系统运行的经济性和可靠性。首先,分析了不同类型可调资源的特性,构建了多时间尺度滚动调度总体框架,将整体调度分为日前调度和日内调度2个阶段;其次,基于多场景随机规划方法,建立了以系统总运行成本最小为目标的日前、日内优化调度模型,并在保证系统可靠运行的前提下对模型进行求解;最后,采用改进IEEE-30节点系统进行仿真分析,验证了所提策略的可行性和有效性。 相似文献

Huaihe River is one of three major rivers in China with a large population and developed e-conomy. By the 1970s, the water quality of Huaihe River was deteriorating daily and more than a hundred serious pollution accidents of water quality happened and caused the inestimable losses in the production,life and health of residents along the river and terribly damaged the ecological system of the river. Through the continuous large-scale treatment for more than 10 years, the deterioration of water quality in Huaihe River has been basically inhibited. Nevertheless, the water pollution in Huaihe River is, on the whole, still very serious for many reasons, including special climatic conditions, terrible lack of water resource, obsolete industrial structure and unsound management system for the river, etc. This essay deeply analyzes the rea-sons why the water pollution of Huaihe River is "chronic" and puts forward the corresponding countermea-sures for how to continuously improve the water quality of the river. In the end, this essay argues that it still takes 30-50 years or even a longer period, even if every measures are implemented smoothly and strictly,to actually make the water of Huaihe River clean and gradually restore its normal ecological and environ-mental functions. 相似文献

多微电网并网方式主要有单独并网方式和联合协调并网方式,这2种并网方式下微电网内部的微电源工作状态不同导致发电成本不同。为了减少发电成本,在满足相关微电源约束条件的前提下,建立一种考虑经济性的多微电网能量优化调度模型和单微电网的优化调度模型。由于传统人工鱼群算法精度低,收敛速度慢,提出一种基于模拟退火算法改进的人工鱼群(the artificial fish swarm algorithm based on simulated annealing algorithm,SA_AFSA)算法,该算法克服了传统鱼群算法的缺点。结合具体算例,通过该算法来求解单微电网和多微电网经济性优化调度问题,并比较2种并网方式下的发电成本。实验结果表明,在仅考虑经济性的前提下,多微电网联合协调并网的发电成本低于单微电网单独并网。 相似文献

The increased flood risk linked to global warming affects the safety of cascade reservoirs, with direct effects on the stable operation of power systems. In this article, an optimal scheduling framework for hydro-thermal power systems considering the flood risk of cascade reservoirs is presented. First, the extreme value theory-based peak over threshold model is adopted to build a generalized Pareto distribution of extreme flood inflow for a single reservoir. Then, the Copula function is used to build a joint probability distribution function of extreme inflow for cascade reservoirs during a flood period. Based on the superior performance of the conditional value at risk (CVaR) in characterizing the tail risk of the cascade reservoir spillway safety margin, a CVaR constraint for cascade reservoir flood prevention is proposed, and a scheduling model for hydro-thermal power systems considering the flood prevention risk of head-dependent cascade reservoirs is presented. Secondly, Rockafeller and Uryasey reformulation and sample average approximation are employed to transform the proposed model with a CVaR constraint into a convex solvable optimization model. Finally, a modified IEEE 14-node system is used to verify the better performance of the proposed model than that of the models with the chance constraint and with the independent normal distribution of extreme flood inflow. The impacts of flood prevention confidence level and Monte Carlo sample size on the optimal scheduling results are analysed quantitatively. 相似文献

With the growing amounts of multi-micro grids, electric vehicles, smart home,
smart cities connected to the Power Distribution Internet of Things (PD-IoT) system,
greater computing resource and communication bandwidth are required for power
distribution. It probably leads to extreme service delay and data congestion when a large
number of data and business occur in emergence. This paper presents a service scheduling
method based on edge computing to balance the business load of PD-IoT. The architecture,
components and functional requirements of the PD-IoT with edge computing platform are
proposed. Then, the structure of the service scheduling system is presented. Further, a novel
load balancing strategy and ant colony algorithm are investigated in the service scheduling
method. The validity of the method is evaluated by simulation tests. Results indicate that
the mean load balancing ratio is reduced by 99.16% and the optimized offloading links can
be acquired within 1.8 iterations. Computing load of the nodes in edge computing platform
