以光学级聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为基材,分别添加不同比例的球形二氧化硅光扩散剂A和光扩散剂B,研究了光扩散剂含量、球形粒子大小及粒径分布对材料的透光率、雾度及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,在光学级PMMA中添加球形二氧化硅光扩散剂能获得良好的光扩散材料。当平均粒径为2μm,添加质量分数为0.4%时,试样的透光率为88.0%,雾度可达90.1%,有效光扩散系数可达79.3%,不仅能明显提高PMMA的拉伸强度,而且对弯曲强度,缺口冲击强度的影响也不大,具有很好的实际应用价值。 相似文献

wetting agent, bath age, and current density on the propensity for microvoiding at solder–copper interfaces after annealing
at 125°C for 40 days. It was found that the amount of microvoiding is greatly affected by bath age, wetting agent, brightener,
and their interactions. Time-of-flight secondary-ion mass spectroscopy and glow discharge spectroscopy allowed us to establish

Failures like open circuit are always encountered in PCBs (printed circuit boards) due to defects in the blind vias. In this paper, systematic analysis such as macro and micro observation was carried out on cracking blind vias in PCB used for mobile phones. The predominant cracking mechanism of sulfur segregation in form of CuxS, which was generated by the excessive use of brightener additive, was proposed for the first time. Meanwhile, grain coarsening in copper deposition led by inappropriate current density was the other main cause for ductility decreasing in the plating layer. Complementarily, microcrack propagation was explained based on the finite element method (FEM) results of stress distribution after thermal cycling. Finally, suggestions and countermeasures were addressed, which were of importance for reference to the structural integrity and electrical reliability of blind vias in PCB during process and service. 相似文献

Nevertheless, this high flexibility makes the production scheduling and acquisition of relevant data quite complicated. Therefore, there is a strong demand for a universal and flexible tool for production scheduling capable of increasing the utilization of resources and that supports a decision-making process for the selection of production orders. In this paper, a flexible and adaptive scheduling tool (FAST) to develop an adaptable, fault-tolerant, and scalable scheduling system for a manufacturing environment is presented.
