树脂基复合材料因其比强度比刚度高、可设计性好、阻尼减振性能优异、易于整体化成型等优点已成为新型航空发动机重要的结构材料。本文选取风扇叶片、包容机匣、声衬和衬套等典型航空发动机部件,介绍了树脂基复合材料在国外民用航空发动机的应用状况。之后论述了树脂基复合材料在航空发动机结构优化、经济性、环保性等方面的优势。基于微纳材料混杂技术、3D打印技术和超材料技术分析了航空发动机树脂基复合材料发展的新趋势。最后从"设计-材料-工艺-评价"角度就未来树脂基复合材料在我国民用航空发动机应用发展提出了一些思考。  相似文献

聚酰亚胺纤维增强树脂基复合材料的研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以聚酰亚胺纤维为增强体,环氧树脂、双马来酰亚胺树脂、氰酸酯和聚酰亚胺树脂为基体,通过模压成型法制备了4种聚酰亚胺纤维增强的树脂基复合材料。研究了4种基体树脂低聚物的固化行为和流变性能,并表征了4种相应树脂基复合材料的热学、力学、介电性能以及纤维与树脂之间的界面性能。结果表明:4种基体树脂低聚物最低黏度都低于15Pa·s,显示了良好的成型工艺性,环氧树脂基复合材料的力学性能最好,弯曲强度、弯曲模量和层间剪切强度分别达到716MPa、54.9GPa和56.5MPa;聚酰亚胺树脂基复合材料的耐热等级最高,玻璃化转变温度大于300℃;氰酸酯树脂基复合材料的介电性能最优,介电常数在低频段低于3.3。  相似文献

石英纤维增强聚酰亚胺树脂基复合材料具有比强度高、比刚度大、结构可设计性等很多优点,将在武器装备结构件领域广泛应用。对石英纤维增强聚酰亚胺树脂基复合材料的室温及高温拉伸性能进行了研究;对石英纤维增强聚酰亚胺树脂基复合材料的室温及高温拉-拉疲劳特性进行了研究。结果表明,复合材料的拉伸强度及弹性模量随着测试温度的升高而降低,并且在300℃时保留率分别是68%和80%。在相同应力水平下,复合材料的室温疲劳寿命比高温疲劳寿命高。在高温下,由于树脂软化,复合材料的经纱裂纹减缓。通过疲劳断裂的断口形貌和疲劳寿命变化,对复合材料损伤机制进行评估。  相似文献

树脂基复合材料具有比强度和比模量高、疲劳性能和耐腐蚀性能好等优点,已经成为航空发动机冷端部件的应用和发展趋势。国外航空发动机用树脂基复合材料研究起步较早,已经在多型发动机的风扇叶片、风扇机匣、外涵机匣、短舱等部件得到成熟应用,并朝着结构形式更优、材料性能更好、制造成本更低、自动化程度更高的方向发展。国内树脂基复合材料发展基础良好,但与国外相比在发动机上应用比例不高,需要进一步提升设计、材料、制造、实验技术水平及工程化能力。本文重点论述国外航空发动机复合材料构件的结构、材料和工艺发展现状,分析发展趋势,从建立航空发动机用复合材料体系、加强应用研究和设计牵引、推进预研成果转化和自动化技术应用等方面提出相关建议。  相似文献

NITE(nano-infiltration and transient eutectic)工艺作为一种制备碳化硅纤维增强碳化硅基(SiCf/SiC)复合材料的新方法,具备周期短、工艺简单、生产成本低等优点,制备出的复合材料基体致密、孔隙率低、不含残余硅,适用于1400℃及以上高温长时服役环境应用。目前,日本、美国等国家基于其成熟的第三代碳化硅纤维,对该技术开展了较为深入的研究,并在核能工业热交换器、航空发动机燃烧室衬套等领域进行了应用验证。本文针对NITE工艺从基本概念、工艺流程、制备的SiCf/SiC复合材料和构件考核验证及前景展望四方面进行综合阐述,以期为国内该工艺的发展及应用提供一定程度的参考。  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method for inserting several triangulated surfaces into an existing tetrahedral mesh generated by the meccano method. The result is a conformal mesh where each inserted surface is approximated by a set of faces of the final tetrahedral mesh. First, the tetrahedral mesh is refined around the inserted surfaces to capture their geometric features. Second, each immersed surface is approximated by a set of faces from the tetrahedral mesh. Third, following a novel approach, the nodes of the approximated surfaces are mapped to the corresponding immersed surface. Fourth, we untangle and smooth the mesh by optimizing a regularized shape distortion measure for tetrahedral elements in which we move all the nodes of the mesh, restricting the movement of the edge and surface nodes along the corresponding entity they belong to. The refining process allows approximating the immersed surface for any initial meccano tetrahedral mesh. Moreover, the proposed projection method avoids computational expensive geometric projections. Finally, the applied simultaneous untangling and smoothing process delivers a high‐quality mesh and ensures that the immersed surfaces are interpolated. Several examples are presented to assess the properties of the proposed method.  相似文献

A four-ball tester was used to evaluate the anti-wear performance of three kinds of organomolybdemun compounds in the engine oils, i. e., molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate (MoDDP), molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate ( MoDTC), and sulphur and phosphorus freeorganomolybdeum (Molybdate). The results indicate that a low concentration of MoDDP doesn' t improve the anti-wear properties of the commercial engine oils, but a high concentration of MoDDP can obviously improve the anti-wear properties and the load-carrying capacity of the engine oils. MoDTC doesn' t improve the antiwear properties of the engine oils, but worsens the anti-wear properties of the oils. A flow calorimeter for enthalpy increment measurements on condensed gases is presented. A better knowledge of the properties of the liquefied natural gas is needed, and therefore a liquid loop has been designed for our flow calorimeter. The fluid loop in the calorimeter is designed in order to avoid the two-phase region, since two phases would give compositional disturbances in the measurements. The avoidance of the two-phase region is made possible by increasing the pressure of the test fluid after the measurement section, then heating the fluid at super-critical pressure past the critical point. Finally, the fluid is throttled to the low-pressure gas state at the inlet condition of the compressor that circulates the fluid. To perform the pressure increase, a new cryogenic pump has been designed. To evaluate the new equipment, measurements were taken on liquid ethane over the temperature range 146–256 K at pressure between 0.9 and 5.1 MPa.  相似文献

Surface characterization and microstructure studies are performed on chemical vapor deposited (CVD) tungsten coating. There is about 2 μm thickness diffusion layer of tungsten in the molybdenum substrate. The thermal shock test shows tungsten coating has good adhesion with molybdenum substrate, but the elements of oxygen and carbon in the tungsten coating have the bad affection to the adhesion. The result of high-temperature diffusion experiment is the diffusion rate from molybdenum substrate to tungsten coating is faster.  相似文献

We studied a combined effect of the cryoprotectants both of lipid and carbohydrate origin at the presence of DMSO or without it on cell viability and the RNA synthesis in the embryonic mollusc and echinoderm cell cultures obtained at different developmental stages. Cryoprotective properties of exogenous lipids correlated with their thermotropic behavior. Lipid extracts from marine hydrobiontes, which thermal transitions are characterized by relatively small part of calorimetric thermogram area lying at temperatures above 0 °C (6–18%), were found to possess a considerable cryoprotective activity. The results are discussed in relation to the prediction of the cryoprotective activity of lipid extracts for marine animal cells. In addition, it was found that marine invertebrate cells can be cryopreserved without DMSO at the presence of trehalose and lipid extracts of some marine hydrobiontes.  相似文献

Pure silver is used extensively in the preparation of high-temperature superconductor wires, tapes, films, and other configurations in which the silver not only shields the superconducting material from the surrounding materials, but also provides a degree of flexibility and strain relief, as well as stabilization and low-resistance electrical contact. Silver is relatively expensive, but at this stage of superconductor development, its unique combination of properties seems to offer the only reasonable means of achieving usable lengths of conductor. In this role, the low-temperature physical (electrical, thermal, magnetic, optical) and mechanical properties of the silver all become important. Here we present a collection of properties data extracted from the cryogenic literature and, to the extent possible, selected for reliability.  相似文献
