通过现场对比实验 ,研究了镁钙质和镁质中间包涂料对钢液洁净度的影响。结果表明 :( 1)两种涂料对钢液均有明显的脱氧作用 ,其脱氧率与钢液的原始全氧含量有关 ,原始氧含量越高 ,脱氧率越大 ;( 2 )对铝镇静钢而言 ,镁钙质涂料有比镁质涂料更好的脱氧效果 ,脱氧率能高出 5 %~ 15 % ;而对硅镇静钢 ,两种涂料对钢液的脱氧效果几乎没有差别 ;( 3)两种涂料对铝镇静钢和硅镇静钢均没有明显的脱硫作用。  相似文献

简单介绍了汽车内饰材料中VOC(挥发性有机化合物)的来源、各国针对汽车内饰材料中VOC制定的相关标准及VOC的检测方法。从选择新型低VOC、低雾化值的原料和在聚氨酯材料中使用具有降低VOC功能的添加剂等方面详细论述了降低汽车内饰件用聚氨酯材料VOC的主要手段。最后指出,开发可持续汽车内饰材料是减少汽车内饰件VOC的一个重要发展方向。  相似文献

Conclusions Hydrated magnesium oxide slurry produced from vacuum filters is unsatisfactorily handled by transportation with belt conveyers and augers.By mechanical blending the slurry into a constant volume it can be transmitted in the homogeneous liquid state, and in this form can be pumped with a gear pump.The expansion of the production of magnesium oxide from brine makes it necessary to use pumping equipment with a capacity of 30–40 m/h. Conclusions Magnesite refractories from Rapna magnesia are of high quality.Tests on periclase — spinel wares from Rapna magnesia in the crowns of Marten's furnaces working under intensified conditions showed that their wear was 15 to 17% lower than that of regular periclase — spinel bricks.It was shown that, by the use of periclase — spinel bricks from Rapna magnesia in the crown of a Marten's furnace working with an oxygen jet, it will be possible to lengthen the run of the furnace by 16–21%.Translated from Ogneupory, No. 7, pp. 1–6, July, 1969.  相似文献

Recently with the aim of increasing the stability of converter linings there has been extensive use of a new class of synthetic magnesia modifiers that are added directly to the converter melt during steel melting. The chemical composition of modifiers and method for their preparation are provided. The basis of the magnesia modifiers is MgO oxide and its compounds. Modifier properties (density, open porosity) are studied in relation to a change in specimen heating and the mineral composition of modifiers of different chemical composition, and the change in the structure of modifier specimens during heating is examined. A number of powders derived from MgO calcined at various temperatures within the range 770–1770 K was submitted to the treatment usually used in preparation of the batches to welding process (hot-pressing in the presence of liquid salt phase).Changes in powders characteristics during this treatment have been discussed based on results of sedimentation analysis and specific surface area measurements (BET method).The samples made of these powders with and without salt addition (CaCl2LiCl eutectic mixture) were examined using mercury porosimetry and SEM. It has been shown that powder characteristics and the presence of liquid salt phase essentially influence the results of densification process. Sharp differences have been discovered in apparent densities and total amounts of open pores between the samples hot-pressed with and without salt additions. The former reached densities of about 85% theoretical and the latter were usually lower than 50%.  相似文献
