K2TiO3催化酯交换合成甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
以K2TiO3为催化剂,甲基丙烯酸甲酯和二甲氨基乙醇为原料催化合成了甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯,考察了影响反应的因素。实验结果表明,K2TiO3多相催化剂用于催化合成甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯,催化活性高,反应条件温和,操作方法简便。当K2TiO3用量为反应物总质量的1.0%、n(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)∶n(二甲氨基乙醇)=3∶1、反应时间6 h、反应温度98~110℃时,二甲氨基乙醇转化率为94.4%,甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯的收率为92.8%,选择性为98.3%。K2TiO3催化剂重复使用5次后,DMA的选择性仅下降3.1%。 相似文献

Terpolymers of N‐cyclohexylmaleimide, methylmethacrylate, and acrylonitrile (AN) at different AN feed content were synthesized by suspension polymerization. The thermal properties of the terpolymers such as glass transition temperature (Tg) and Vicat softening temperature (TVicat) were determined by torsion braid analysis and Vicat softening temperature tester, respectively. The value of Tg and TVicat decreased with increasing AN feed content. Thermogravimetric analyses were carried out with the results that the incorporated AN units enhanced the thermal stability of the resulting polymers and a second degradation step appeared with the addition of AN. The mechanical properties (tensile strength and impact strength) of the terpolymers were also detected and the results show that the tensile strength and impact strength of terpolymers increase with increasing AN feed content. The rheological results illustrated that the terpolymers showed rheological behavior similar to that of pseudoplastic liquid. The apparent shear viscosity decreased with the increasing of AN feed content. The flow power index n increased with increasing AN feed content. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. N‐cyclohexylmaleimide (ChMI) and styrene (St) were polymerized with methyl methacrylate (MMA) at different St feed content by suspension polymerization method. The glass transition temperatures (Tg) of the terpolymers were detected by torsional braid analysis (TBA). Two transition peaks in TBA curves of the terpolymers with a high St content illustrated that these terpolymers have a heterogeneous chain structure and the phase separation occurred. The lower transition temperature, Tg1, was assigned to the random St‐MMA components, and the higher transition temperature, Tg2, was assigned to the St‐ChMI units‐rich segments. Thermogravimetric analyses (TGA) revealed that all the terpolymers showed a two‐step degradation process. The tensile strength of the terpolymers decrease with increasing St content while the impact strength tended to increase slightly. The rheological behavior of the terpolymers was also detected. The result illustrated that the terpolymers showed rheological behavior similar to that of pseudoplastic liquid. The apparent shear viscosity decreased with the increasing of St content. 以β-二硫代二丙酸二甲酯和烯丙基胺为原料,通过酰胺化反应合成了N,N′-二烯丙基二硫代二丙酰胺(ALPD),用红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱对ALPD结构进行了表征。探讨了反应物摩尔比、催化剂用量、β-二硫代二丙酸二甲酯滴加时间、反应时间对ALPD产率的影响;考察了ALPD的抑菌性能。结果表明,烯丙基胺为0.3mol,n(烯丙基胺)∶n(β-二硫代二丙酸二甲酯)=3∶1,催化剂三乙胺为2.5 mL,β-二硫代二丙酸二甲酯的滴加时间为2.5 h,反应时间为48 h,产率为88.4%。ALPD对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌质量浓度分别为0.125 0、0.062 5 g/L。ALPD中的双键可以通过聚合反应引入到大分子结构中。 相似文献

以二苯胺为起始原料,经两步反应合成了有机电致发光材料N,N′ 双(3 甲基苯基) N,N′ 二苯基联苯胺(TPD)。通过优化实验得到最佳的合成工艺为:二苯胺在20℃下,以V(冰醋酸)∶V(水)=1∶4为溶剂,加入重铬酸钾进行反应得N,N′ 二苯基联苯胺,分离提纯后,再加入18 冠 6相转移催化剂,以邻二氯苯为溶剂在氮气保护下与间碘甲苯进行乌尔曼反应,在200℃下反应20h,产物经柱层析和重结晶提纯。TPD收率为85%,较文献提高5%,w(TPD)=99 92%。并用元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振对产物的结构进行了表征。 相似文献

二乙醇胺与乙酰乙酸甲酯反应合成了硼酸酯键合剂原料N,N-二羟乙基乙酰乙酰胺。通过均匀设计与SPSS软件处理实验数据,确定了N,N-二羟乙基乙酰乙酰胺收率与各反应因素的回归方程;最佳反应条件为:n(乙酰乙酸甲酯)/n(二乙醇胺)=1.3,催化剂w(ZnAc2.2H2O)=0.25%(以二乙醇胺的质量计,以下同),反应温度140℃,反应时间2.5 h,减压蒸除未反应原料得产物。在该条件下,N,N-二羟乙基乙酰乙酰胺收率达84.9%。以N,N-二羟乙基乙酰乙酰胺制备的硼酸酯键合剂BA-5-2在5 L高能丁羟四组元推进剂装药实验中的应用结果显示:推进剂常温、高温各项力学性能指标均高于发动机设计要求15%,高温黏附指数φ=1.037,其综合力学性能优于醇胺类键合剂LAB-303B、二乙醇胺硼酸酯键合剂BAG-5及海因三嗪类键合剂BA603。 相似文献

The innate immune system's interaction with bacterial cells plays a pivotal role in a variety of human diseases. Carbohydrate units derived from a component of bacterial cell wall, peptidoglycan (PG), are known to stimulate an immune response. Nonetheless, access to modified late-stage peptidoglycan intermediates is limited due to their synthetic complexity. A method to rapidly functionalize PG fragments is needed to better understand the natural host–PG interactions. Here methyl N,O-hydroxylamine linkers are incorporated onto a synthetic PG derivative, muramyl dipeptide (MDP). The modification of MDP maintained the ability to stimulate a nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells (NF-κB) immune response dependent on the expression of nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-containing protein 2 (Nod2). Intrigued by this modification's maintenance of biological activity, several applications were explored. Methyl N,O-hydroxylamine MDP was amendable to N-hydroxylsuccinimide (NHS) chemistry for bioconjugation to fluorophores as well as a self-assembled monolayer for Nod2 surface plasmon resonance analysis. Finally, linker incorporation was applicable to larger PG fragments, both enzymatically generated from Escherichia coli or chemically synthesized. This methodology provides rapid access to PG probes in one step and allows for the installation of a variety of chemical handles to advance the molecular understanding of PG and the innate immune system. 相似文献

本文探讨了萃取酯化法自甲基丙烯酰胺硫酸盐制取甲基丙烯酸甲酯的可行性。在带搅拌的塔式反应器中,以环己烷为萃取剂,进料的摩尔比为甲基丙烯酰胺:甲醇:水:环己烷=1:2:3:0.7,反应温度363K,物料停留时间为5小时时,酯收率可达86%,比同样条件下,不加萃取剂时的酯收率增加了13%。 相似文献
