In order to explore the effect of condensed spinning method on the yarn properties, the pure cotton yarn with 28. 1, 18. 5 and 14. 7 tex was spun by four kinds of condensed spinning methods based on traditional ring spinning such as four, roller lattice apron compact spinning, compact siro spinning, complete condensed spinning and low torque spinning. The breaking strength, breaking elongation, hairiness and evenness of the pure cotton yarn were tested and analyzed, and the reasons for the influence of four kinds of condensed spinning methods on yarn performance were explored. The experimental results show that the characteristics of the yarn structure by different condensed spinning methods will influence the inner properties of the yarn. The yarn spun with compact siro spinning has the highest strength, the yarn spun with complete condensed spinning has the most beneficial hairiness. The yarn quality of the low torque yarn is better under the effect of the false twister. It has the best evenness, and the yarn spun with compact siro spinning has the lowest total hairiness. © 2018 China Silk Association. All rights reserved.  相似文献

Energy storage luminous polyester fiber is a new functional and environmentally friendly material, whose application in the market is becoming wider and wider. In order to further improve the performance of luminous polyester fiber and broaden its market applicability, luminous polyester staple fiber is blended with silk staple fiber in this study. By giving full play to the advantages of silk fiber, we enhance the afterglow strength and mechanical properties of luminous polyester, and improve the appearance effect of luminous polyester staple yarn. The silk is blended with luminous staple fiber, according to different addition ratios, and then spun into blended yarn through the processes of blowing,carding, intermediate drawing, roving, and spinning. After an analysis of the process and properties of blended silk and luminous polyester yarn, the results indicate that when the content of silk staple fiber in the blended yarn is less than 8% , the luminous intensity, mechanical properties and evenness of the luminous staple fiber yarn are improved. © 2021 China Silk Association. The fancy yarn has become a research hotspot al home and abroad because of its special appearance and rich color changes.In order to enrich the variety of fancy yarns, based on Siro spinning, this paper used rubber-covered back roller with grooves on its surface to spin new Siro fancy yarns and explained the spinning mechanism of new Siro fancy yarns.With the spinning parameters and materials being the same, a test was carried out on a TH 598 J ring throstle, and new Siro fancy yams and ordinary Siro yams were spun separately.The longitudinal structure of the yarns were observed and analyzed, and their linear density, tensile property, evenness and hairiness index were tested and compared.The test results showed that the longitudinal appearance of the yams showed floral changes.There was little difference between ordinary Siro yarns and the new Siro fancy yarns in breaking strength, elongation at break, evenness and hairiness. © 2021 China Silk Association. The experimental material uses doubling and twisting yarn worsted fabric of wool and bamboo charcoal filament attached to new green environmental fiber. It selects tensile property, antiwrinkle performance, moisture permeability and UV protection performance in particular. The result is all new products have better tensile property and moisture permeability compared with wool and bamboo charcoal filament interlacing fabric. Moisture permeability of doubling and twisting yarn fabric increases and UV protection performance falls off gradually when weight and weave is equation of all fabric. It also gets No. 1 sample has optimal performance in four properties when the content of bamboo charcoal filament is 29.5% ,the twist is 58.5 twist/10 cm, the weave is plain, the square meter gram weight is 144 g/m2 by product performance rank method.  相似文献

The blended yarn was produced by 15% milk protein fiber and 85% wool. To ensure the dyeing effect, the milk protein fiber and wool were dyeing with soft water respectively. Before spinning, it should pretreat the milk protein fiber with 1% (owf) antistantic agent and 0. 9% (owf) hair oil, to match the moisture at 13% -14%. Gilling put 6 word needle comb and the antistatic coating rubber roller, which speed was low. Roving compaction should slant small, while roving areas after the distance should be appropriately amplification.  相似文献

This paper mainly discuses how to use semi-worsted system to produce machine-made carpet yarn which can be suitable for different carpet machines processing and meet the high quality requirement of machine-made carpet yarn. Semi-worsted processing includes blending, carding, gilling, spinning and doubling etc. By the study and analyses on semi-worsted processing, the advantage of low production cost, short processing, high processing yield and adaptability of semi-worsted are introduced. Blending can mix different materials evenly in order to avoid streaks, stains and dyeing problem on carpet; carding is the role of carding fiber blocks into a single fiber and further blending more evenly; gilling is making sliver carded into suitable size which is matching different yarn count of spinning delivery by drafting and gilling; spinning and doubling is just drafting and twisting to different yarn which can satisfy for different yarn specification for carpet machines processing.  相似文献

In order to know the performance of the new regenerated protein and cellulose composite fiber, to prepare for the production of textiles, the appearance, infrared spectrum, thermal properties and tensile properties of the new regenerated protein and cellulose composite fiber were tested and analyzed. The results showed that; the surface morphology and microstructure of the new regenerated protein and cellulose composite fiber which protein content was 10% were similar to viscose fiber, there were a lot of typical characteristics of viscose fiber in the new regenerated protein and cellulose composite fiber. The characteristic peak of protein can be found in the infrared spectrogram. Compared with the ordinary viscose fiber, the new regenerated protein and cellulose composite fiber had not effect on surface morphology and tensile properties. The protein powder particles may increase the fiber fineness unevenness, improve the thermal stability of the fiber in a certain extent. Tensile properties of the new regenerated protein and cellulose composite fiber decreased and rigidity increased.  相似文献

Leno and lace are two kinds of special fabrics respectively born in the East and the West. Although the origin and weaving method of the fabrics are different, they have many similarities and occupy an important position in the history of textile. Based on the historical documents analysis, one can find that the origin of both fabrics is related to mesh-shaped capture tools and their appearance is featured by perforated appearance. With the aesthetic style of elegance, elaboration and grace, both fabrics symbolize noble identity in the upper class. The aesthetic orientation of leno and lace are usually related to the female, and they are the media for the female to hide or express their right and desire. So, the paper expatiates on cultural connotation of leno and lace from their origin, aesthetic tendency and the female spirit they represent. © 2017 China Silk Association. In this paper, the effects of volume percent of glutaraldehyde in chitosan solution on porous structure, hydrophily, mechanical properties and pure water flux of PSF superfine fibrous membrane which was pretreated by oxygen plasma, and then padded with cross-linked chitosan solution. Results show that the pore size decreases obviously, but the hydrophilicity and pure water flux improve significantly after the treatment. The optimum volume percent of glutaraldehyde is 0.40%. In this condition, the treated membrane still has high porous structure, and the average pore diameter is 2. 62 μm. The mechanical properties improve obviously. The membranes also change from hydrophobic property into hydrophilic property. The pure water flux is (1 624. 7±189.5) L/(m2 • h). © 2017 China Silk Association. All rights reserved.  相似文献

According to two different spinning methods of sirofile spun and ring spun, the paper designed and developed 8 varieties of yarn while each method include four groups of different blending ratio. By testing their performance, the results showed that, the performance of the yarn by siro spinning was relatively stable while the weak section of strength was much less than the ring spun. Meanwhile the yarn hairiness was also better than the ring spun. Along with the increase of the content of hemp, the yarn on strength, evenness, hairiness and yarn faluts such as comprehensive performance of the overall trend was down. When the hemp content increased from 10% to 15%, all aspects of the index of the yarn changed smoothly. And when the hemp content increased to 20%, the comprehensive index of the yarn was still good, but the indicators of the yarn defects became worse.  相似文献

Due to the long period of nomadic, migration and mixed living state, there were few written records about the clothing style in quite a long time, regardless of the unofficial history. No kind of clothing and pattern could be found before the Qing dynasty. This paper takes the epic of She minority " Gao Huang Ge" and fragmented historical data as the clue and depends on investigation records (such as "Alien races Picture of Qing Dynasty") about the She minority in Qing dynasty and the early Republic of China, clothing style in the pictures and the clothing collected by Fujian and Zhejiang Museum to sort out and analyze these materials from the perspective of sociology and costume design. This paper mainly focuses on the performance of three elements and "legacy of ancestors" in the clothing, proposes and summarizes the concept and characteristics of typical style of She minority clothing. © 2017 China Silk Association. In this paper, the rib fabric woven by ultra high molecular weight polyethylene filament and twisting was directly used as the base fabric. Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene filament was paved on the rib layer by using the method of multi-pipeline interval conveying, and PET-PA6 bicomponent orange petal fiber spunlace fabric was coated to prevent fiber drift. Then, composite reinforced nonwovens were prepared through spunlace. The experimental results show that: the tensile property, softness and drapability of reinforced nonwovens are between knitted fabric and the common nonwovens, and stab-resistance is better than the two; knitted fabric has greatly improved large elastic stiffness of the ordinary nonwovens; the density of the rib-layer fabric determines the composite effect and the properties of the final product. This product is mainly applied to stab-resistant and bulletproof clothing. Relative to the cascading binding or gluing, spunlaced composite method makes the total thickness of stab-resistant layer reduce 4 mm, and makes the quality decrease by around 1 kg. 文章基于空间洛伦兹曲线的集中化指数,对1991—2019年中国蚕茧生产和2001—2019年广西蚕茧生产集中化时空演进趋势进行了分析。结果表明,中国蚕茧生产的集中化程度经历了“下降—上升”类“V”形变化,蚕茧生产的区域分布发生了明显变化,蚕茧生产由江苏、浙江等传统蚕茧产区向广西、云南等地区转移。广西蚕茧生产集中化指数总体上呈现出“上升—相对稳定—上升”阶段,蚕茧生产区域也发生了变化,蚕茧生产向河池、南宁、柳州、来宾、贵港、百色6市集中。综上,文章分析了政策因素、资源因素、技术因素、经济因素、市场因素和生态因素对蚕茧生产主产区转移的影响,并提出相应建议。  相似文献

The individual differences among the female breast shape, the movement state and design elements of bra structure will result in the match problem during bra choice. Because online bra can't be tried on, how to enhance the satisfaction of bra consumption experience has become an urgent problem. In this paper, an idea of bra recommendation system based on breast shape is put forward. On the basis of establishment of databases of breast shape and bra products, the matching rule between the design elements and breast shapes are obtained through the evaluation experiment of bra pressure comfort and shaping effect. Then the bra recommendation system are designed and implemented. Finally, the personalized products are recommended through the link with the online mart. The realization of this system can not only promote the satisfaction of buying and dressing experience but also provide references for design and production of bra enterprises. © 2018 China Silk Association. 纱罗是中国古代应用广泛的代表性丝绸品种之一,考古发现的纱罗织物品种丰富、结构多变,其特殊的绞经结构作为古代纺织技艺高水平的代表是现代传承的重点,也是创新发展的基础。本文以出土及传世纱罗实物为研究对象,从工艺和组织结构的角度对古代纱罗织物的品种进行系统研究,旨在建立中国古代纱罗织物品种体系,以探究其结构特征、演变规律,及其体现出的时代特色和社会需求。研究发现:中国古代纱罗织物大致以单层组织类品种为主,重组织类仅在明代盛行一时。其品种演变大致呈现出由简至繁,又由繁至简的发展规律,其演变本质是不断优化工艺和结构,以满足现行社会的需求。  相似文献
