Assembly of [Ag(CN)2]^- units with M(Ⅱ)-diamine complex cations [Cu(LN-N)2]^2+, where LN-N represents L2-diaminopropane (pn) and ethylenediamine (en), afforded two complexes, [Cu(pn)2][Ag2(CN)4] (1) and [Cu(en)2][Ag3(CN)5] (2), which were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-Vis and ESR spectra. Single crystal X-ray analyses show that these complexes have 2D and 3D architectures through silver-silver interactions and other weak interactions. The luminescence behaviors of the two complexes were also studied by means of emission spectra.  相似文献

4-Morpholinoacetophenone thiosemicarbazone, MAPT, and its nickel(Ⅱ) and copper(Ⅱ) complexes have been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis, magnetic susceptibility, spectral methods (FT-IR, ^1H NMR) and cyclic voltammetry. Electrochemical behaviors of the complexes have been studied by cyclic voltammetry in DMF media showing metal centered reduction processes for both of them. The redox properties, nature of the electrode processes and the stability of the complexes were discussed. [Cu(MAPT)2]Cl2 complex shows Cu(Ⅱ)/Cu(Ⅰ) couple and quasi-reversible wave associated with the Cu(Ⅲ)/Cu(Ⅱ) process. The reduction/oxidation potential values depend on the structures of complexes. Also, the antimicrobial activities of these complexes were determined against S. aureus, E. coli and B. subtilis.  相似文献

Cis-dioxo-metal complex ( NH3CH2CH2NH2 ) 2.5 [ Mo0.5^(V)W0.5^(VI)O2 ( OC6H4O ) 2] 1 was obtained by the reaction of tetra-butyl ammonium hexamolybdotungstate with 1, 2-dihydroxybenzene in the mixed solvent of CH3OH, CH3CN and ethylenediamine,and characterized by X-ray diffraction, UV-vis and EPR analysis. Compared with its analogous complexes (NH3CH2CH2NH2)3[Mo^(V)O2(OC6H40)2] 2 and (NH3CH2CH2NH2)2[W^(VI)O2(OC6H4O)2] 3, the results show that tungsten(VI) is less active in redox than molybdenum (VI) and that the change of the valence induced by substitution of W(VI) for Mo(V) in EMO2(OC6H40)2]n- does not influence the coordination geometry of the complex anion in which the metal center exhibits distorted octahedral coordination with cis-dioxo catechol. The responses to EPR of complexes 1 and 2 are active but complex 3 is silent,and the UV-vis spectra exhibited by the three complexes are obvious different because of the different electronic configuration between the central Mo(V) and W(VI) ions in the complexes.It is noteworthy that complexes 1 and 2 have the similar EPR signal to flavoenzyme, suggesting that the three complexes have the same coordination geometry feature with the co-factor of flavoenzyme.  相似文献

Two supramolecular complexes [Zn(tacd)2](C6H8O4)·6H2O(1) and [Cu(tacd)2]Cl2·4H2O(2) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, TGA and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal structure showed that the metal ions in complexes 1 and 2 had similar coordination circumstance. But for the complex 2, it formed a novel two-dimensional supramolecular network with 12-membered rings and four-membered rings via hydrogen bond interaction. The thermal gravimetric analyses indicated that the two complexes had similar steps of weight-loss. On the basis of experiment, the two complexes were calculated by DFT-B3LYP/6-31G(d) in Gaussian 03. The results of calculation are in good agreement with the experiment.  相似文献

Three hexakis(imidazole)metallo complexes of Co, Cd and Ni were synthesized and spectroscopically characterized. The crystal and molecular structures have been determined by X-ray crystallography analysis. The metal ions have an octahedral geometry with the MN6 chromophore. The electrochemical experimental results indicate that both [Co(Im)6]C12·2HCl·2H2O (1) and [Ni(Im)6]C12·4H2O (3) [Im=imidazole] could interact with DNA mainly by intercalation.  相似文献

The complexes [Pt2L2(μ-dppm)](ClO4)2 (1) and {[Pt2L2(μ-dppm)Li(CH3CN)2](ClO4)3}n (2), where HL is 6-[4-(diethoxyphosphorylmethyl)phenyl]-2,2′-bipyridinyl and dppm is bis(diphenylphosphino)methane, have been synthesized and characterized. In complex 1 the platinum(Ⅱ) center adopts a distorted square planar coordination geometry. The polymer 2 exhibits a "stairstep" configuration with one-dimensional Pt(Ⅱ)N^N^CPO- Li(Ⅰ)-OPC^N^ NPt(Ⅱ) mixed-metal units which are linked through dppm. Both complexes have metal-metal interaction with Pt- Pt distances of 3.325(2) and 3.1432(9) A, respectively, and display strong metal-metal-to-ligand charge-transfer (MMLCT) triplet state emission. The density-functional-theory calculation was used to interpret the absorption spectra of the complexes.  相似文献

The oxalato-bridged dicopper(II) complexes [Cu2(μ-ox)(LRR)2(H2O)2(ClO4)2] (1),[Cu2(μ-ox)(LRR)2(CH3COCH3)2(ClO4)2](1a),[Cu2(μ-ox)(LSS)2(H2O)2(ClO4)2] (2) and [Cu2(μ-ox)(LRR)(LSS)2(CH3COCH3)2(ClO4)2] (3) [LRR = (8R,10R)-(-)-[4,5]-pineno2,2′-bipyridine,LSS = (8S,10S)-(+)-[4,5]-pineno-2,2′-bipyridine;ox2= oxalate] were first prepared.A possible mechanism for the formation of the chial dicopper(II) complexes was proposed.Based on elemental analysis,conductance measurement,UV-Vis spectra,CD spectra and X-ray single-crystal diffraction,the oxalato-bridged structures of 1 and 2 were deduced to adopt two Cu(II) ions and the bridged oxalate lying in the nearly same plane.The crystal structures of 1a and 3 reveal that the coordination geometry around each Cu(II) ion is an elongated and distorted octahedron and two axial solvent molecules and two perchlorate ions are anti to each other respectively in both binuclear molecules.The solution CD spectra of 1 and 2 in the visible d-d range show very weak Cotton effects with peaks at 588 and 779 nm,which are approximately of mirror image,suggesting the optical activities may be derived from the vicinal effects of the chiragenic centers at the pinene group of LRR and LSS,respectively.Complex 1 has been characterized by variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility and the data was least-square fitted to the Blenaey-Bowers equation.The exchange integral J was found to be -338.41(4) cm-1,indicating a strong antiferromagnetic interaction between two copper(II) ions.  相似文献

Their compositions and structures were characterized by elemental analyses, conductitivies, IR, MS and NMR spectra. Four new ternary complexes: [Cu(IP)(L-Val)(H2O)]ClO4·1.5H2O(1), [Cu(IP)(L-Leu)(H2O)]ClO4(2), [Cu(IP)(L-Tyr)(H2O)]ClO4·H2O(3) and [Cu(IP)(L-Trp)(H2O)]ClO4·1.5H2O(4) have been synthesized and character/zed by elementa/analysis, molar conductivity, infrared absorption spectroscopy, electronic absorption spectroscopy and cyclic voltammetry, where IP=imidazo[4,5-f][1,10] phenanthroline, L-Val=L-valinate, L-Leu=L-leucinate, L-Tyr=L-tyrosinate and L-Trp=L-tryptophanate. Complex 3 was structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction method, which crystallizes in orthorhornbic space group P21212 in a unit cell of dimensions a=3.0567(4) nm, b=0.74079(9) nm, c= 1.06198(13) nm, V=2.4047(5) nm^3, Z=4,μ=0.1084 cm^-1. The SOD-like activities of catalytic disrnutation of superoxide anions (O2^-· ) by the complexes were determined by means of modified nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) photoreduction. The IC50 values of complexes 1, 2, 3 and 4 are 0.072, 0.147, 0.429 and 0.264 μmol·L^-1, respectively  相似文献

Three novel copper(II) complex [Cu2(bpa)(μ‐PhCO2)](ClO4)2 ( 1 ), [Cu2(bpa) (μ‐pyz)](ClO4)2 ( 2 ), and [Cu(Hbpa)](ClO4)2·2CH3CN ( 3 ) have been synthesized by the reaction of Hbpa with Cu(ClO4)2·6H2O in the presence and absence of exogenous ligands (where Hbpa = N, N'‐bis(picolinidene‐N‐oxide)‐2‐hydroxy‐1, 3‐diamino‐propane). Molecular structures of these compounds have been elucidated by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. 1 and 2 are both binuclear complexes in which two copper atoms are linked by the endogenous alkoxide oxygen and the exogenous benzoate and pyrazolate ligands, respectively. 3 consists of a one‐dimensional polymeric structure, in which Hbpa functions as a bridging mode.  相似文献

Two novel five‐coordinate zinc(II) complexes with the tripod ligand tris(N‐methylbenzimidazol‐2‐ylmethyl)amine (Mentb) and two different α,β‐unsaturated carboxylates, with the composition [Zn(Mentb)(acrylate)] (ClO4)·DMF·1.5CH3OH ( 1 ) and [Zn(Mentb)(cinnamate)](ClO4)·2DMF·0.5CH3OH ( 2 ), were synthesized and characterized by means of elemental analyses, electrical conductivity measurements, IR, UV, and 1H NMR spectra. The crystal structure of two complexes have been determined by a single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction method, and show that the ZnII atom is bonded to a Mentb ligand and a α,β‐unsaturated carboxylate molecule through four N atoms and one O atom, resulting in a distorted trigonal‐bipyramidal coordination [τ( 1 ) = 0.853, τ( 2 ) = 0.855], with approximate C3 symmetry.  相似文献

The synthesis of the Mannich base N,N′‐tetra(antipyryl‐4‐methyl)‐1,2‐ethanediamine (TAMEN) ( 1 ), its crystal structure as well as the synthesis and the crystal structure of the copper complex [Cu(TAMEN)](ClO4)2·H2O·DMF ( 2 ) are reported. C50H56N10O4·2C2H5OH (TAMEN·2EtOH) crystallizes with triclinic symmetry, space group , lattice parameters: a = 877.3(1), b = 1078.1(1), c = 1433.3(2) pm, α = 71.93(1), β = 82.16(1), γ = 84.54(1)° and Z = 1. The copper complex [Cu(TAMEN)](ClO4)2·H2O·DMF also crystallizes with triclinic symmetry, space group , lattice parameters: a = 1279.2(2), b = 1485.6(2), c = 1513.6(2) pm, α = 98.04(1), β = 101.24(1), γ = 94.66(1)° and Z = 2. The copper(II) atom is six‐coordinate with an elongated pseudo‐octahedral geometry due to a strong Jahn‐Teller effect.  相似文献

The pendant‐armed ligands L1 and L2 were synthesized by N‐alkylation of the four secondary amine groups of the macrocyclic precursor L using o‐nitrobenzylbromide (L1) and p‐nitrobenzylbromide (L2). Nitrates and perchlorates of CuII, NiII and CoII were used to synthesize the metal complexes of both ligands and the complexes were characterized by microanalysis, MS‐FAB, conductivity measurements, IR and UV‐Vis spectroscopy and magnetic studies. The crystal structures of L1, [CuL1](ClO4)2·CH3CN·H2O, [CuL2](ClO4)2·6CH3CN, [CuL2][Cu(NO3)4]·5CH3CN·0.5CH3OH and [NiL2](ClO4)2·3CH3CN·H2O were determined by single crystal X‐ray crystallography. These structural analysis reveal the free ligand L1, three mononuclear endomacrocyclic complexes {[CuL1](ClO4)2·CH3CN·H2O, [CuL2](ClO4)2·6CH3CN and [NiL2](ClO4)2·3CH3CN·H2O} and one binuclear complex {[CuL2][Cu(NO3)4]·5CH3CN·0.5CH3OH} in which one of the metals is in the macrocyclic framework and the other metal is outside the ligand cavity and coordinated to four nitrate ions.  相似文献

Syntheses, and electrochemical properties of two novel complexes, [Cu(phendio)(L ‐Phe)(H2O)](ClO4) ·H2O (1) and [Ni(phendio)(Gly)(H2O)](ClO4)·H2O (2) (where phendio = 1,10‐phenanthroline‐5,6‐dione, L ‐Phe = L ‐phenylalanine, Gly = glycine), are reported. Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction results of (1) suggest that this complex structure belongs to the orthorhombic crystal system. The electrochemical properties of free phendio and these complexes in phosphate buffer solutions in a pH range between 2 and 9 have been investigated using cyclic voltammetry. The redox potential of these compounds is strongly dependent on the proton concentration in the range of ? 0.3–0.4 V vs SCE (saturated calomel reference electrode). Phendiol reacts by the reduction of the quinone species to the semiquinone anion followed by reduction to the fully reduced dianion. At pH lower than 4 and higher than 4, reduction of phendio proceeds via 2e?/3H+ and 2e?/2H+ processes. For complexes (1) and (2), being modulated by the coordinated amino acid, the reduction of the phendio ligand proceeds via 2e?/2H+ and 2e?/H+ processes, respectively. The protonation and ZnII/CuII complexation constants of tripodal polyamine ligand N1‐(2‐aminoethyl)‐N1‐(1H‐imidazol‐4‐ylmethyl)‐ethane‐1,2‐diamine (HL) were determined by potentiometric titration. Three new compounds, i.e. [H3(HL)](ClO4)3 ( 5 ), [Zn(HL)Cl](ClO4) ( 6 ) and {[Zn(L)](ClO4)}n ( 7 ) were obtained by reactions of HL · 4HCl with Zn(ClO4)2 · 6H2O under different reaction pH, and they were compared with the corresponding CuII complexes reported previously. The results indicate that the reaction pH and metal ions have remarkable influence on the formation and structure of the complexes.  相似文献

The reaction of ammonium tetrathiometalate (NH4)2[MS4] (M = W or Mo) with the R(+) or S(?) forms of the organic amine α‐methylbenzylamine [PhCH(CH3)NH2] results in the formation of the corresponding non‐centrosymmetric bis(α‐methylbenzylammonium) tetrathiometalate complexes [PhCH(CH3)NH3]2[MS4] (R‐ammonium M = W 1 ; R‐ammonium M = Mo 2 ; S‐ammonium M = W 3 , S‐ammonium M = Mo 4 ) which were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, Raman, UV‐Vis and CD spectra, X‐ray powder diffractometry and single crystal X‐ray crystallography. Compounds 1 ‐ 4 crystallize in the chiral space group P21 and constitute the first examples of structurally characterized chiral organic ammonium group VI tetrathiometalates. The structures of 1 ‐ 4 consist of two crystallographically independent chiral organic ammonium cations and a tetrahedral tetrathiometalate dianion. The N‐H···S and C‐H···S interactions between the anions and cations organise them such that the organic ammonium ions always point towards the S atoms of [MS4]2?.  相似文献

Heterodinuclear Cobalt(II), Nickel(II), Copper(II), Zinc(II) and Palladium(II) Complexes with a Macrocyclic Ligand of Schiff‐Base Type: Syntheses and Structures The synthesis and properties of nickel(II), copper(II), and palladium(II) complexes, [MLPh] ( 3 ; LPh = N,N′‐phenylene‐bis(3‐formyl‐5‐tert.‐butyl‐salicylaldimine)), are described. These neutral mononuclear complexes react with metal(II) perchlorate and 1,3‐propylenediamine to form heterodinuclear, macrocyclic, cationic complexes of the type [MM′(LPh,3)]2+ ( 4 ; M = Ni, Cu, Pd; M′ = Co, Cu, Zn). The structures of the five new compounds [NiCo(LPh,3)](ClO4)2, [NiCu(LPh,3)](ClO4)2, [CuCu(LPh,3)](ClO4)2, [CuZn(LPh,3)](ClO4)2, and [PdCu(LPh,3)](ClO4)2 were determined by X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献

The N‐functionalized macrocyclic ligand 2,13‐bis(1‐naphthalenylmethyl)‐5,16‐dimethyl‐2,6,13,17‐tetraazatricyclo(14,4,01.18,07.12)docosane (L3) and its copper(II) complex were prepared. The crystal structure of [Cu(L3)](ClO4)2·2CH3CN was determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction at 150 K. The copper atom, which lies on an inversion centre, has a square planar arrangement and the complex adopts a stable trans‐III configuration. The longer distance [2.081(2) Å] for Cu–N(tertiary) compared to 2.030(3) Å for Cu–N(secondary) may be due to the steric effect of the attached naphthalenylmethyl group on the tertiary nitrogen atom. Two perchlorate ions are weakly attached to copper in axial sites and are further connected to the ligand of the cation through NH ··· O hydrogen bonds [N ··· O 3.098 Å]. IR and UV/Vis spectroscopic properties are also described.  相似文献
