在1-丁基吡啶/AlCl4^-离子液体催化体系中,顺丁烯二酸酐与甲醇反应,生成反丁烯二酸二甲酯。采用单体型优化方法对催化剂用量、反应时间、反应原料摩尔比进行了优化。实验结果表明1-丁基吡啶/AlCl4^-离子液体具有异构化和酯化2种催化作用。在优化条件下,催化剂:顺丁烯二酸酐=0.076:1(质量比),甲醇:顺丁烯二酸酐=1.1:1(摩尔比),反应时间3h,温度35℃,反丁烯二酸二甲酯的收率达到92%。 相似文献

在含硫酸铜的酸性水溶液中,用氯酸钠作氧化剂,氧化喹啉得到2,3-吡啶二甲酸,产率为56·4%;以硫酸铜为催化剂,用浓硝酸在高温氧化异喹啉得到3,4-吡啶二甲酸,产率为71·4%,并讨论了影响合成的因素。在钼酸铵存在下,采用固相烘焙法,2,3-吡啶二甲酸和3,4-吡啶二甲酸分别与尿素和氯化亚铜作用得到了氮杂铜酞菁。实验发现,以3,4-吡啶二甲酸合成的氮杂铜酞菁在吡啶中具有较大的溶解度,最大吸收波长为673nm。 相似文献

Abstract New diamides of dipicolinic acid have been prepared and their affinity for lanthanides, americium, and uranium has been explored using the liquid-liquid extraction method. These extractants feature mixed alkyl/aryl substituents. The highest extraction is seen for phenyl/ethyl derivatives. The human 2-oxoglutarate (2OG)-dependent oxygenase aspartate/asparagine-β-hydroxylase (AspH) is a potential medicinal chemistry target for anticancer therapy. AspH is present on the cell surface of invasive cancer cells and accepts epidermal growth factor-like domain (EGFD) substrates with a noncanonical (i. e., Cys 1–2, 3–4, 5–6) disulfide pattern. We report a concise synthesis of C-3-substituted derivatives of pyridine-2,4-dicarboxylic acid (2,4-PDCA) as 2OG competitors for use in SAR studies on AspH inhibition. AspH inhibition was assayed by using a mass spectrometry-based assay with a stable thioether analogue of a natural EGFD AspH substrate. Certain C-3-substituted 2,4-PDCA derivatives were potent AspH inhibitors, manifesting selectivity over some, but not all, other tested human 2OG oxygenases. The results raise questions about the use of pyridine-carboxylate-related 2OG analogues as selective functional probes for specific 2OG oxygenases, and should aid in the development of AspH inhibitors suitable for in vivo use. 相似文献

Two novel coordination polymers, [Bi2(2,3pydc)2(2,3pydcH)2(H2O)]n (1) and {(Et3NH)2[Bi(2,3pydc)(2,3pydcH)Cl2]}n (2) were prepared using as a prolinker pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid (2,3pydcH2). The obtained complexes were fully characterized by elemental analysis, TG/DTG, FT-IR, solid-state photoluminescence, DFT calculations and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The obtained complexes crystallized in the triclinic P-1 space group (1) and comprise dimeric units with two crystallographically different Bi(III) centers (polyhedra: distorted pentagonal bipyramid and bicapped trigonal prism) and monoclinic P21/c space group (2) with a distorted monocapped pentagonal bipyramid of Bi(III) center. The various coordination modes of bridging carboxylate ligands are responsible for the formation of 1D chains with 4,5C10 (1) and 2C1 (2) topology. The photoluminescence quantum yield for polymer 2 is 8.36%, which makes it a good candidate for more specific studies towards Bi-based fluorescent materials. Moreover, it was detected that polymer 1 is more than twice as active against H. pylori as polymer 2. It can be concluded that there is an existing relationship between the structure and the antibacterial activity because the presence of chloride and triethylammonium ions in the structure of complex 2 reduces the antibacterial activity. 相似文献
