一型模糊集可以建模单个用户的语义概念中的不确定性, 即个体内不确定性. 一型模糊系统在控制和机器学习中得到了大量成功应用. 区间二型模糊集能同时建模个体内不确定性和个体间不确定性, 因而在很多应用中显示了比一型模糊系统更好的性能, 是近年来的研究热点. 本文首先介绍了区间二型模糊集的重要概念和理论研究进展, 总结了其在决策和机器学习中的成功应用, 然后介绍了区间二型模糊系统的基本操作和理论研究进展, 并回顾了其在控制和机器学习中的典型应用. 最后, 对区间二型模糊集和模糊系统未来的研究方向进行了展望.  相似文献

针对属性权重信息完全未知的二型模糊多属性决策问题,提出了一种基于二型模糊熵和决策者风险态度的决策方法。首先,为了准确测度二型模糊集(T2FS)的不确定性,通过引入模糊因子和犹豫因子建立了二型模糊熵的公理化准则,并基于距离测度给出了对应的计算公式。其次,为了减少整体不确定信息对决策结果的影响,结合二型模糊熵构建非线性规划模型来确定属性权重。同时,将决策者的风险态度引入二型模糊信息的得分函数中并给出具体的决策步骤。最后,通过实例分析验证了该决策方法的可行性,并与现有文献对比发现该决策方法更具有灵活性。  相似文献

二型模糊集和直觉模糊集都具有很强的实际应用背景.二型模糊集增强了系统处理不确定性的能力,直觉模糊集为解决人们判断问题所出现的犹豫信息提供了理论依据.本文在二型模糊集和直觉模糊集的基础上,给出了二型直觉模糊集的概念,证明了二型直觉模糊集是一型模糊集、直觉模糊集、区间值模糊集、区间值直觉模糊集的广义形式,讨论了二型直觉模糊集的基本运算和二型直觉模糊关系.最后,研究了基于二型直觉模糊理论的近似推理,并实例说明了二型直觉模糊集的实际应用背景.  相似文献

在概率区间值直觉犹豫模糊集(PIVIHFS)的基础上,引入Maclaurin对称平均算子和Archimedean范数,构建一种基于概率区间值直觉犹豫模糊Maclaurin对称平均(PIVIHFMSM)算子的多属性决策模型,用来刻画决策专家输入多个参数值的决策信息,决策者可根据风险偏好等主观意识选择合适的参数值进行决策,同时能保证决策信息的有效性和完整性,避免决策过程中的不确定性和决策信息缺失问题.首先,回顾PIVIHFS的定义和排序方法以及Archimedean范数;其次,提出概率区间值直觉犹豫模糊Maclaurin对称平均(PIVIHFMSM)算子,研究其优良性质及常见形式;最后,提出一种基于PIVIHFWMSM算子的多属性决策方法,并进行比较分析,通过实例验证该方法的可行性和有效性.拓展PIVIHFS理论和应用领域,为决策属性具有相关性和决策信息有可能缺失提供新思路.  相似文献

Ⅱ型模糊集合是传统Ⅰ型模糊集合的扩展,其本质是模糊集合中隶属度值的再次模糊化表示.Ⅱ型模糊集合可以直接处理模糊规则的不确定性,是解决现实环境高不确定性问题的有效手段.本文首先简要给出了Ⅱ型模糊集合与系统的基本概念,然后分别回顾了广义和区间Ⅱ型模糊理论的发展历史.接着分别讨论了广义和区间Ⅱ型模糊系统的计算复杂性问题研究进展,并进一步介绍了基于区间Ⅱ型模糊集合的词计算理论发展状况.最后给出了本文的结论和进一步研究问题的展望.  相似文献

针对控制系统中模拟电路故障诊断时的不确定性问题,提出了将模糊理论和神经网络相结合的方法;首先利用模糊理论描述不确定性信息,然后利用人工神经网络完成不确定性推理,最后利用模糊理论对推理结果进行解释和决策,从而得出故障诊断结论;结合某型船舶主机遥控系统中延时电路板的故障诊断问题,阐述了将该方法应用于实际控制系统的故障诊断过程;结果表明,该方法能够较好地处理模拟电路故障诊断过程中的不确定性问题,有效地提高故障模式的识别能力,将故障准确地定位到元器件.  相似文献

基于模糊粗糙集和D-S证据理论的多源灌溉信息融合方法   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
针对多源灌溉信息决策过程中不确定性信息难以融合的问题,提出了一种基于模糊粗糙集和D-S证据理论相结合的决策融合方法。运用模糊粗糙集理论,建立基本概率分配函数,计算各灌溉因子与灌溉决策之间的依赖程度,构建多个融合灌溉因子对灌溉决策的识别框架;然后运用改进的D-S证据理论,进行多源灌溉信息决策层级的融合,最终解决不确定信息的表达和合成问题。应用上述方法对华北地区冬小麦土壤水分、光合速率和气孔导度等信息进行灌溉决策融合,结果显示:灌溉决策的不确定性由融合前的最高38%降至9.84%,该方法可有效地提高灌溉决策精度,降低灌溉决策的不确定性  相似文献

经典截集是联系模糊集和清晰集的桥梁。犹豫模糊集作为经典模糊集的拓展,它的相关理论研究还不够深入,特别是它与经典Ⅰ型模糊集以及其他模糊集之间的关系还缺少讨论。通过分析犹豫模糊集与Ⅰ型模糊集、区间Ⅱ型模糊集之间的关系,引入了犹豫模糊集的α-截集的概念并讨论其性质,根据该截集推导出犹豫模糊集的分解(表示)定理和更普适的扩展原则。通过分析相关性质及仿真实例,说明了犹豫模糊集的截集概念的合理性,为犹豫模糊多属性决策和聚类分析等问题提供了新的方法。这些结果也极大丰富了犹豫模糊集的相关基础理论。  相似文献

This paper develops new methods based on the preference ranking organization method for enrichment evaluations (PROMETHEE) that use a signed distance-based approach within the environment of interval type-2 fuzzy sets for multiple criteria decision analysis. The theory of interval type-2 fuzzy sets provides an intuitive and computationally feasible way of addressing uncertain and ambiguous information in decision-making fields. Many studies have developed multiple criteria decision analysis methods in the context of interval type-2 fuzzy sets; most of these methods can be characterized as scoring or compromising models. Nevertheless, the extended versions of outranking methods have not been thoroughly investigated. This paper establishes interval type-2 fuzzy PROMETHEE methods for ranking alternative actions among multiple criteria based on the concepts of signed distance-based generalized criteria and comprehensive preference indices. We develop interval type-2 fuzzy PROMETHEE I and interval type-2 fuzzy PROMETHEE II procedures for partial and complete ranking, respectively, of the alternatives. Finally, the feasibility and applicability of the proposed methods are illustrated by a practical problem of landfill site selection. A comparative analysis is also performed with ordinary fuzzy PROMETHEE methods to validate the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.  相似文献

This paper aims to develop a novel decision-making method with interval type-2 trapezoidal fuzzy preference (IT2TrFPR), which can deal with the complex decision information presented in the form of interval type-2 trapezoidal fuzzy numbers. In this paper, we mainly propose a novel interval type-2 trapezoidal fuzzy decision-making method with local consistency adjustment strategy and data envelopment analysis (DEA). Considering the harm of fog-haze pollution to the environment and human life, we apply the decision-making method to the problem about influence factors of for-haze weather. Firstly, we introduce the definition of IT2TrFPR that sufficiently expresses the uncertainty of original decision-making information. After that, we show the definition of the order consistency and additive consistency for IT2TrFPR. Considering that the original IT2TrFPR given by decision-makers usually does not satisfy the characteristic of consistency, to transform the unacceptable additive consistent IT2TrFPRs into acceptable ones, we design a consistency-improving algorithm that uses the local adjustment approach to preserve the original decision-making information as much as possible and avoids the original information loss. Then, an output-oriented interval type-2 trapezoidal fuzzy DEA model and the concept for quasi interval type-2 trapezoidal fuzzy priority weight are developed to derive the interval type-2 trapezoidal fuzzy priority weight vector (IT2TrFPW) and obtain the final ranking result of alternatives. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed decision-making method is demonstrated by a numerical example of selecting the most crucial fog-haze influence factor. Meanwhile, we also conduct a comparative analysis by comparing our method with the existing methods to show some merits of the proposed method.

Due to the complexity and uncertainty of the objective world, as well as the limitation of human ability to understand, it is difficult for one to employ only a single type of uncertainty method to deal with the real-life problem of decision-making, especially problems involving conflicts. On the other hand, by incorporating the advantages of various theories of uncertainty, one is expected to develop a more powerful hybrid method for soft decision making and to solve such problems more effectively. In view of this, in this paper the thought and method of intuitionistic fuzzy set and rough set are used to construct a novel intuitionistic fuzzy rough set model. Corresponding to the fact that the decision-making information system of rough sets is of intuitionistic fuzzy information system, our method defines the conflict distance by using the idea of measuring intuitionistic fuzzy similarity so that it is introduced into the models of rough sets, leading to the development of our intuitionistic fuzzy rough set model. After that, we investigate the properties of the model, introduce a novel tool for conflict analysis based on our hybrid model, and employ this new tool to describe and resolve a real-life conflict problem.  相似文献

Rough sets theory and fuzzy sets theory are mathematical tools to deal with uncertainty, imprecision in data analysis. Traditional rough set theory is restricted to crisp environments. Since theories of fuzzy sets and rough sets are distinct and complementary on dealing with uncertainty, the concept of fuzzy rough sets has been proposed. Type-2 fuzzy set provides additional degree of freedom, which makes it possible to directly handle highly uncertainties. Some researchers proposed interval type-2 fuzzy rough sets by combining interval type-2 fuzzy sets and rough sets. However, there are no reports about combining general type-2 fuzzy sets and rough sets. In addition, the $\alpha $ -plane representation method of general type-2 fuzzy sets has been extensively studied, and can reduce the computational workload. Motivated by the aforementioned accomplishments, in this paper, from the viewpoint of constructive approach, we first present definitions of upper and lower approximation operators of general type-2 fuzzy sets by using $\alpha $ -plane representation theory and study some basic properties of them. Furthermore, the connections between special general type-2 fuzzy relations and general type-2 fuzzy rough upper and lower approximation operators are also examined. Finally, in axiomatic approach, various classes of general type-2 fuzzy rough approximation operators are characterized by different sets of axioms.  相似文献
