精神科护士对继续教育需求的调查分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的 了解精神科护士继续教育的目的、形式和内容的需求,以有针对性地制定并实施教学计划。方法 发放“精神科护士对继续教育的需求调查问卷”,对85名精神科护士进行问卷调查,内容包括接受继续教育的目的、最佳形式、学习内容等。结果 35.3%的护理人员接受继续教育的目的是为了提高业务,27.1%的护理人员是为了满足学分管理要求,23.5%的是为了晋升,14.1%的是为了提高学历;对接受继续教育的最佳形式选择为:参加学习班占32.9%,专科进修占27.1%,在职学历教育占23.5%,学术会议占16.5%;学习内容选择为;专科知识占36.4%,新技术新业务占31.8%.人际沟通占20.0%,法律法规占11.8%。结论 精神科护士迫切需要通过多种学习形式学习专科知识、新技术、新业务。以提高工作能力。  相似文献

目的:了解临床护士参与继续护理学教育的学习动机,为提高继续护理学教育质量提供客观参考。方法采用汉化的教育参与量表对长春市某三甲综合性医院378名护士进行问卷调查。结果护士的学习动机总均分为(3.08±0.69)分,得分最高的维度为职业发展(3.58±0.77)分,得分最低的维度为逃避或刺激(2.44±0.80)分;不同年龄、最高学历、职称、职务、婚姻状况、工作年限护士学习动机得分比较,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为2.946,5.515,6.918,2.025,3.548,5.797;P<0.05)。结论护士参与继续护理学教育的学习动机处于中等水平,管理者应根据不同护士特点进行针对性的继续教育,激发护士学习积极性,提高继续护理学教育质量。  相似文献

目的 研究探讨如何在开展护理继续教育中运用现代信息技术,为科学开展继续教育提供依据.方法 按单纯随机整群抽样方法抽取本院在职护士200名,采用《在职护士进行继续教育培训方式调查问卷》对其进行调查.结果 回收有效问卷191份.87.96% ~89.01%的护士对公费进修和网络进修有殷切需求,网络进修每次培训时间在1h以内为宜,授课方式中,对网上师生互动的有效性评价较高.结论 广大护士对网络进修有迫切需求,每次网络进修时间的设定应适当,授课内容、方式应做到生动活泼.  相似文献

目的探讨如何做好临床科室的护理教育工作。方法护理部成立护理教育科,在各个临床科室设立“教育护士”,开展多种护理教育活动,包括对在职护士的继续教育,对实习护生的带教,以及对患者的健康教育。结果“教育护士”参与举办多种培训班,对护理工作产生了积极影响。结论作为临床科室护理教育的具体实施者,“教育护士”是进行护理在职教育、护生培训、患者健康教育工作的重要保障。  相似文献

目的 通过分析,选择最佳教育内容及方法 .方法 回顾性分析2000-2006年护理人员继续教育内容、活动形式及达标情况,建立自上而下的继续教育管理架构,实行年费制及责任到人的管理方法 .结果 实施新的管理方法 后,全院护理人员达标率显著提高.结论 二级以下医院实行年费制及责任制管理模式,使护理人员既达到卫生部规定的学分要求,学到了新理论、新知识、新方法、新技能,又提高了整体综合素质.  相似文献

目的了解汶川地震灾后护理人员灾害康复护理继续教育的需求,分析其原因,并提出对策。方法自行设计护理人员灾害康复护理继续教育需求问卷调查表,对四所医院包括骨科、康复科、ICU、内科、外科、急诊科的170名护理人员进行调查。结果汶川地震灾后护理人员灾害康复护理知识匮乏,有继续教育需求者总体百分率为81.8%,各子条目的继续教育需求百分率为84.7%~91.8%。显示继续教育需求较高。结论中国灾害康复护理的发展需要一支高效的、专业的灾害康复护理队伍;在经历了地震灾害救援和漫长的康复过程之后,有待进一步总结经验,探索中国灾害康复护理的发展之路。  相似文献

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was twofold: (a) to examine the effectiveness of two interactive online learning modules for advanced practice nurses (APNs) and (b) to examine the participants' demographic characteristics and their perceptions of the strengths and weaknesses of online learning. DATA SOURCES: A purposive sample of 73 registered nurses and APNs enrolled in graduate study or continuing education completed an online learning course. These participants were pretested and post-tested using a knowledge test developed by the authors. Participants were also surveyed for demographic characteristics and perceptions toward online learning. CONCLUSIONS: The findings of this study support case-based online learning as a successful method in the education of APNs. The evaluation of the online modules and the enthusiasm from students indicated success of this teaching/learning method. The majority of learners responded positively toward the online method of learning and included comments that indicated they enjoyed learning using this method, would like to have the site available at their practice locations for reference, and would like to have other courses designed and delivered in this manner. IMPLICATIONS FOR PRACTICE AND EDUCATION: The effectiveness and quality of the online instruction ultimately matter most to student satisfaction in online courses. The future of online education is dependent on well-structured, interactive, and substantive programs. Educators are challenged to continually assess and evaluate the changing learning needs of APNs.  相似文献

目的:基于CiteSpace软件分析2011年至2020年国内护理人员继续教育研究现状和热点,为护理人员继续教育的实施和相关研究提供参考。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)数据库中有关护理人员继续教育的期刊文献,导出refworks格式数据,采用CiteSpace 5.8.R1可视化分析软件对纳入研究文献进行计量学和可视化分析。结果:共纳入文献634篇,发文量最高为2017年达86篇;最大网络为尼春萍、马金凤等9人形成的合作关系网,其中发文量最大的作者为尼春萍和马金凤,均为5篇;机构间无合作网络形成;突现关键词显示,继续教育为全体护理人员参与,但对低年资护士、各专业继续教育内容、影响因素、学习动机等研究较多。结论:护理人员的继续教育是护理队伍建设、培养专业型护理人才必不可少的途径,目前发文机构缺乏合作交流,应在寻求多作者、多中心合作的基础上,根据研究热点开展更高质量的相关研究。  相似文献

This paper reports on a longitudinal study of continuing professional education (CPE) in nursing using a case study approach operationalised within an illuminative evaluation model. Using a short focussed programme as an instrumental case study, the project gathered data from three major groups of stakeholders over an 18 month period in order to explore the context within which CPE operates, and to highlight those factors which appear to influence the outcomes of CPE over time. Data were collected using documentary analysis and in-depth semi-structured interviews with educators, students on the programme (the ENB 941), and their managers. The latter two groups were interviewed at four points in time (prior to the course, immediately post course, 6 and 12 months post course). Data analysis revealed that a complex set of factors interact to influence the outcomes of CPE, including the nature of the selection process, students' expectations of the programme, the nature of the educational experience, and the receptivity of the practice environment to change. This paper identifies those factors that shape the outcomes of CPE and considers their implications for policy and practice.  相似文献

目的调查在职护士参与继续教育的动机、期望、途径及影响因素。方法 2009年10—11月采取随机抽样的方法,选取上海交通大学医学院附属医院在岗护士共176名,参考以往护理继续教育内容自行设计调查问卷,内容包括基本资料,参加继续教育的动机、期望、途径和影响因素等。结果护理继续教育形式以学历教育为主;随着年龄增长,家务和工作对护士继续教育的影响不断加大;不同职称、学历护士参加继续教育的动机有统计学差异;护士在学历教育、专科培训和临床技术等方面对继续教育存在期望。结论护士参加继续教育存在共性问题,要针对性、多样化地开展继续教育,优化继续教育方式;同时应建立合理的激励机制,提高护士参加继续教育的积极性和主动性。  相似文献

This article describes the environmental factors that have contributed to the recent rapid growth of nursing doctoral education at a distance. Early and recent efforts to deliver distance doctoral education are discussed, using The University of Arizona College of Nursing experience as the key exemplar. The Community of Inquiry model is introduced as an appropriate model for doctoral education and then used as a framework to evaluate the current state of the art in distance doctoral nursing education. The advent of eLearning has seen online discussion forums widely used in both undergraduate and postgraduate nursing education. This paper reports an Australian university experience of design, delivery and redevelopment of a distance education module developed for Vietnamese nurse academics. The teaching experience of Vietnamese nurse academics is mixed and frequently limited. It was decided that the distance module should attempt to utilise the experience of senior Vietnamese nurse academics - asynchronous online discussion groups were used to facilitate this. Online discussion occurred in both Vietnamese and English and was moderated by an Australian academic working alongside a Vietnamese translator. This paper will discuss the design of an online learning environment for foreign correspondents, the resources and translation required to maximise the success of asynchronous online discussion groups, as well as the rationale of delivering complex content in a foreign language. While specifically addressing the first iteration of the first distance module designed, this paper will also address subsequent changes made for the second iteration of the module and comment on their success. While a translator is clearly a key component of success, the elements of simplicity and clarity combined with supportive online moderation must not be overlooked.  相似文献

目的探讨多媒体+手机APP移动教学在低年资护士继续教育中的应用效果。方法选择我院N0,N1,N2层级护士共234名作为研究对象,应用传统护理继续教育结合多媒体+护理助手软件学习方式对其进行继续教育,对比实施前后护士的学习态度、医院护理教学培训工作效率、护士及授课老师满意度。结果与实施前比较,实施后护士学习态度各项得分及出勤率明显更高(P<0.05),管理人员统计护士学分用时、理论考试阅卷用时、数据分析用时明显更短(P<0.05),护士及授课老师满意度得分明显更高(P<0.05)。结论多媒体+手机APP移动教学能有效改善低年资护士对继续教育的学习态度,提升教学工作效率和师生满意度。  相似文献

Preceptorship in nursing is a complex responsibility that is often performed without any formal preparation. In nursing literature, there is consensus that nurse preceptors should be better supported and receive education regarding this role. There is however scarcity of evaluative evidence on educational strategies for preceptors of newly hired nurses transitioning to a new role. A structured online discussion forum (ODF) was developed and implemented to provide support and continuing education to a group of nurse preceptors (N = 25) in an accessible and low-cost manner; it was evaluated for the depth of knowledge co-construction. The results of this quality improvement (QI) project reveal that with sustained online and offline support and a structured learning activity, an ODF can encourage deep learning. Nurse preceptors who took part in this ODF reported feeling supported in their role of preceptor and desired to continue their participation.  相似文献
