研究了每核子能量为 2 6 0— 4 5 0keV的H+2,H+3,H+4 H+5和H+7团簇离子在金膜中的能损 .发现团簇离子中平均每个质子的能损大于相同速度的单质子能损 ,即能损比大于 1,且随团簇离子的大小和速度的增加而增加. The energy losses of cluster ions H+2,H+3,H+4 H+5 and H+7with energy of 260-450 keV/p in solid films have been measured. It has been found that the energy loss per proton in clusters is larger than that of single proton with the same velocity as clusters, that is, the energy ratio is larger than 1. Energy ratio increases with increasing the cluster size and velocity.  相似文献

研究了和厚朴酚(HNK)对非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)细胞系A549和H1299对低线性能量转移(LET) X射线和高LET碳离子的辐射增敏效应。首先用CCK-8检测了HNK对A549和H1299细胞的生长抑制情况,发现20 μmol/L的HNK处理对细胞的生长抑制作用较弱。用该浓度HNK预处理细胞2 h后给予不同剂量X射线或碳离子的照射,克隆存活法检测细胞的辐射敏感性,Annexin-PI双染法检测细胞凋亡,γH2AX焦点法检测DNA的双链断裂(DSB)损伤。实验结果显示:与X射线相比,NSCLC细胞对碳离子更敏感,HNK预处理仅对碳离子照射有辐射增敏作用;与碳离子单独照射相比,HNK预处理联合碳离子照射诱导了更明显的细胞凋亡;在照射后24 h,HNK预处理联合碳离子照射引起的细胞γH2AX焦点阳性率维持在较高水平,而X射线照射没有这些效应。实验结果表明,HNK预处理抑制了NSCLC细胞DNA的DSB修复,诱导了细胞凋亡的发生,从而提高了细胞对碳离子的辐射敏感性。The radiosensitizing effect of Honokiol (HNK) on non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) cell lines A549 and H1299 to low-linear energy transfer (LET) X-rays and high-LET carbon ions was investigated in this study. First, the inhibitory effects of HNK on the growth of A549 and H1299 cells were detected by CCK-8 assay, and 20 μmol/L HNK treatment was found to induce a growth inhibitory effect slightly in these two cell lines. Cells were pre-treated with HNK and then irradiated with X-rays and carbon ions of different doses. Cellular radiosensitivity, apoptosis and DNA damage were analyzed by clonogenic survival, Annexin-PI staining and γH2AX foci, respectively. The results showed the cells were more sensitive to carbon ion irradiation compared to X-rays and the radiosensitization of HNK was only observed after carbon ion irradiation. Furthermore, the co-treatment led to higher apoptosis rate 48 h after irradiation and increased the positive rate of γH2AX foci 24 h after irradiation in A549 and H1299 cells compared with those in the groups treated with carbon ion irradiation alone. These phenomena were not observed after X-ray irradiation. Our data suggest that the pre-treatment with HNK inhibited DNA DSB repair, induced apoptosis and then enhanced the cellular radiosensitivity to carbon ions in NSCLC cells.  相似文献

详细介绍了快速高压晶体管开关在加速器束流脉冲化和用于二次离子测量的加速器飞行时间谱仪上的应用. 利用飞行时间法研究了碳纳米管在不同能量的Si和Si2团簇离子轰击下氢二次离子的发射. 实验结果表明, 在每个原子质量单位的速度为2.5×108 cm/s以上, Si和Si2离子引起的氢二次离子的发射主要受电子阻止过程控制; 在每个原子质量单位的速度为2.5×108 cm/s以下和Si2团簇离子轰击的情况下, 氢二次离子的发射产额明显增加, 团簇离子在靶表面的核能损增强效应起主要作用. The application of Fast High Voltage Transistor Switches (HTS) in pulsed ion beam and the time of flight(TOF ) setup is described. Secondary ion emissions from carbon nanotubes under bombardments of MeV Si and Si2 clusters are measured by using TOF. The measurements indicate that the yield of the secondary ion emissions of hydrogen increases with increasing energy of Si and it is attributed to the electronic processes. The yield of the secondary ions of hydrogen decreases with increasing energy of Si2 clusters and the enhancement of nuclear energy loss of cluster constituents at the surface of sample plays a more significant role in the secondary ion emission of hydrogen at the low energies.  相似文献

实验表明,团簇离子在物质中的能量损失并不等于各成分单独作用的总和,而是具有非线性效应.这种非线性效应与团簇离子的能量、团簇的种类和大小、团簇成分之间的空间关联程度以及作用物质的结构有关.对团簇作用的非线性效应研究对于了解团簇与物质相互作用的机制具有非常重要的理论意义.MeV能区的团簇离子在物质中的非线性电子能损和核能损方面的直接实验数据还相当缺乏,其理论模型也更待建立.评述了载能团簇离子在物质中的能量损失及测量方法.Fast ions deposit energy in matter through electronic and nuclear collision processes. The relaxation of the deposited energy induces emission of photons, electrons, ions, and neutral species from the target. Comparing with single incident ion, cluster induces many new phenomena: such as non-linear energy loss, non-linear emission of secondary ions, production of giant tracks and craters in various irradiated materials. 将替拉扎明(TPZ) 与聚乙二醇包被的金纳米粒子(PEG-GNP) 偶联,形成新型替拉扎明-金纳米粒子复合物(TPZ-PEG-GNP)。利用酶标仪获得TPZ-PEG-GNP 在200  800 nm范围内的紫外-可见光吸收光谱;采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS) 检测TPZ-PEG-GNP 在人肝癌HepG2 细胞中的摄取量;MTT法检测TPZ-PEG-GNP 对HepG2 细胞增殖活力的影响;香豆素-3-羧酸(3-CCA) 羟自由基探针检测X 射线和碳离子辐照下TPZ-PEG-GNP 在水中的羟自由基辐射增强效应;克隆形成法检测X 射线及碳离子辐照下TPZ-PEG-GNP 对HepG2 细胞的辐射增敏效应。实验结果表明:TPZ偶联到PEG-GNP 上形成的TPZPEG-GNP 对HepG2 细胞基本无毒;在有氧条件下,TPZ-PEG-GNP 在水中显著增加X射线和碳离子辐照下的羟自由基产额,对HepG2 细胞具有明显的辐射增敏效应;在X 射线及碳离子辐照下10% 存活水平时,TPZ-PEG-GNP 对HepG2 细胞的辐射增敏比分别为1.23 和1.47。

Tirapazamine (TPZ) was conjugated with polyethylene-glycol-coated gold nanoparticles (PEGGNP) to form new tirapazamine-gold nanoparticle compounds (TPZ-PEG-GNP). UV-vis absorption spectrum of TPZ-PEG-GNP at wavelengths from 200 to 800 nm was measured with a microplate reader. The kinetics
of TPZ-PEG-GNP uptake by human hepatoma  HepG2 cells was determined using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). To evaluate the cellular toxicity of TPZ-PEG-GNP, the effect of TPZ-PEG-GNP on HepG2 cell viability was examined by means of the MTT method. Moreover, the radiation enhancement effect of hydroxide radical production in ultra-pure water with TPZ-PEG-GNP exposed to X-rays and carbon ions was investigated using coumarin-3-carboxylic acid (3-CCA) as the free radical probe. More importantly, the radiosensitizing effect of TPZ-PEG-GNP on HepG2 cells irradiated with X-rays and carbon ions was assessed with the clonogenic survival assay. Our experimental results indicate that TPZ-PEG-GNP had nearly no toxicity to HepG2 cells. The yield of hydroxide radicals in ultra-pure water in the presence of TPZ-PEG-GNP after exposure to X-rays and carbon ions increased obviously and an obvious radiosensitizing effect of TPZ-PEG-GNP on HepG2 cells was observed under aerobic conditions. The radiation enhancement ratio of TPZ-PEG-GNP on HepG2 cells exposed to X-rays and carbon ions was 1.23 and 1.47 at 10% survival level.  相似文献

The emission yields of H, H2, H3 and heavy ions from carbon nanotubes under bombardments of Si and Si2 clusters in an energy range of 0.3-3 MeV per atom are measured by using the time-of-flight technique (TOF). The emission yields of the secondary ions increase with increasing energy of Si and the electronic stopping processes play an important role. The enhanced emission yields of secondary ions induced by Si2 clusters at the low energies are clearly seen and attributed to the vicinage effect of the nuclear collision processes of cluster constituents and the secondary ion emissions are still dominated by electronic stopping processes at high energies.  相似文献

载能团簇离子进入固体时, 由于集体相互作用,在入射路径上产生非常高的能量沉积密度。 实验发现, 载能团簇离子的作用结果并不等于团簇中各原子独立作用的总和, 而是具有非线性效应。 就二次离子发射而言, 这种非线性通常与团簇的能量、 团簇的大小、 离子的电荷态以及靶物质的结构有关。 通过研究二次离子发射有助于理解载能团簇离子与物质相互作用过程中的能量沉积与释放机制。 Using energetic cluster as projectile is a unique way to produce simultaneous impacts of several atoms and deposit extremely high energy density in a very small area. The cluster impingement on solids has exhibited some non linear effects not presented in collisions of individual atoms with those solids. The study of the secondary ion emissions can give insight into the energy deposition and relaxation steps of the cluster solid interaction. The dependence of the yields of secondary ion emission induced by clusters on the energy of clusters,cluster sizes,charge states and material structures of the targets was reviewed in this paper.  相似文献

Through measuring the energy distributions of H+ and D+ fragments for HD+2 beam incident on carbon foils at energy 1.4977 MeV, a very large ‘wake effect' has been found and the structure of HD+2 has been determined. The interaction of MeV H_2~+ molecular ions with thin layer graphene and graphite foils was studied by using a highresolution electrostatic analyzer.A large number of fragment protons were observed at zero degree(along the beam direction) when the H_2~+ beam was passing through the monolayer graphene foil, which indicates that the electron of the H_2~+ molecular ions can be stripped easily even by the monolayer graphene foil.More trailing than leading protons were found in the energy spectrum, which means significant wake effect was observed in the monolayer graphene foil.The ratio of the numbers of trailing protons over leading protons first increased with the thickness for the much thinner graphene foils, and then decreased with the thickness for the much thicker graphite foils, which indicates that the bending effect of the wake field on the trailing proton varied with the foil thickness.  相似文献

Thin foils of Makrofol E prepared with and without inclusion of a free radical scavenger (DPPH), were irradiated at the Tandar facilities. 374 keV and 50 keV 16O++ ions from a Varian Ion Implanter and 7Li+ ions at different energies from a Tandem accelerator were used. Replicas of the etched foils were observed by transmission electron microscopy.

Track 3iameters exhibited a slight difference between the treated and untreated foils in the case of irradiation with 16O ions. A larger difference between the groups in the case of 7Li ions was found.  相似文献

Electron emission from collisions of C3+ ions (22.7 A MeV) with carbon foils (21, 49 and 90 microg/cm(2)) was studied by the time-of-flight method. Two prominent emission patterns can be readily identified as "binary encounter" electrons and "cusp" electrons. With the thinnest target only, a third structure is visible at slightly lower time-of-flight (thus slightly higher energy) than the cusp electrons. The energy of these electrons would correspond to 647(+116)/(-104) eV if they were emitted from the projectile frame of reference. A possible explanation is a rare three-electron-Auger K(2)L(2)L(1) process.  相似文献

报道了乙胺分子在440~475nm波长范围内多光子电离(MPI)质谱(MS)研究结果。碎片离子主要由母体离子碎裂模式产生。母体离子CH3CH2N+·H2由经3s里德堡态的(2+2)共振多光子电离产生后,大部分发生β键断裂,形成CH2=N+H2离子,还有一部分再吸收一个光子,通过C-H(CH2)键的断裂产生了CH3CH=N+H2离子。CH3CH=N+H2和CH2=N+H2离子最容易发生的碎裂过程是脱去氢分子,分别产生C2H4N+(分子式)离子和CH≡N+H离子。  相似文献

利用Penning ion trap获得了七种不同延时时间(即反应时间)的离子谱Hn+(n≤4),用充分的实验数据证实了H4+是稳定的,稳定时间达1秒量级。实验结果显示:H4+是经合成反应H2++H2→H4+,H3++H+H2→H4++H2产生的;H4+的分解产物是H3++H。分析得出:H4+构型为H3+-核构型。  相似文献
