Quinazoline hexamolybdochromate [C9H16N2]H3[CrMo6O18(OH)6] · 2H2O has been synthesized and studied by mass spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction, thermogravimetry, and IR and NMR spectroscopy. The compound crystallizes in triclinic system with the unit cell parameters a = 15.06 Å, b = 13.08 Å, c = 8.17 Å, α = 59.85°, β = 123.15°, γ = 107.01°, V = 1165.62 Å3, ρpycn = 3.58 g/cm3, and Z = 2.  相似文献

Na2[(VO)12O6B18O39(OH)3]·(11H3O)·4H2O的水热合成和晶体结构   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
以V2O5, Na2B4O7·0H2O, NaH2PO4·2H2O, 乙二胺和H2O为原料, 按物质的量比0.5∶1∶1∶2.24∶111在180 ℃条件下晶化, 得到棕色晶体Na2[(VO)12O6B18O39(OH)3]·(11H3O)*4H2O. 单晶结构分析结果表明该化合物属单斜晶系, P21/n空间群, 晶胞参数 a=1.389 70(8) nm, b=1.661 59(9) nm, c=1.427 48(8) nm, β=95.691 0(10)°. Z=4, R=0.054 9. 该化合物的结构主要由阴离子簇[(VO)12O6B18O39(OH)3]13-构成. 该阴离子簇由B18O39(OH)3十八元环夹在两个以共边方式交替相连形成的V6O15簇中间, 通过共用氧原子形成三明治式结构新颖的硼-钒-氧阴离子簇, 结构中Na+以离子键方式将阴离子簇相互连接, 形成二维层状结构. 层与层之间通过分子间氢键相互作用. 价态计算结果表明, 结构中n(VⅣ)∶n(VⅤ)=5∶1.  相似文献

The synthesis, structural and magnetic characterizations of a new charge transfer salt (BEDT-TTF)4[Cr(OH)6Mo6O18]2H2O based on the planar paramagnetic Anderson–Evans polyoxometalate are reported. Structural parameters: T=293 K, triclinic (P ), a=5.9545(2) Å, b=16.3767(6) Å, c=21.8643(6) Å, =110.829(2)°, =91.262(2)°, =98.129(1)°, Z=1, R=0.0540. The crystal structure is characterized by a face-to-face stacking of the anions giving rise to a one-dimensional inorganic chain which develops along the a direction. The organic layers contain two crystallographically independent BEDT-TTF dimers that form alternating stacks along the b direction. This organic chain is perpendicular to the inorganic chains. The charges on BEDT-TTF dimers are deduced to +1.2(1) and +1.7(1) on the basis of the intramolecular bond lengths. The EPR spectrum at 2.5 K is characterized by the superposition of BEDT-TTF+ and [CrIII(OH)6Mo6O18]3– signals. The static susceptibility can be fitted by the Curie–Weiss law down to 1.9 K and the magnetic moment at 300 K is estimated to 4.21 B , suggesting the uncorrelated spin system with BEDT-TTF+ (S=1/2) and CrIII (S=3/2) ions. This interpretion is consistent with the charge disproportionation on BEDT-TTF dimers along the stack, which is supported by the refined molecular structure and is closely related to the insulating behavior (<10–9Scm–1 at RT).  相似文献

A new Anderson polyoxometalate (H3O)[(3-C5H7N2)2(Cr(OH)6Mo6O18)]?·?3H2O (3-C5H6N2?=?3-aminopyridine) was hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data: triclinic, P 1, a?=?7.8482(8)?Å, b?=?10.1800(10)?Å, c?=?10.4103(10)?Å, α?=?88.031(3)°, β?=?78.308(2)°, γ?=?88.842(3)°, V?=?813.91?Å3, Z?=?1, R(F)?=?0.0397, wR ref(F 2)?=?0.1022, and S?=?1.076. The X-ray crystallographic study showed that the structure contains Anderson-type [Cr(OH)6Mo6O18]3? polyoxoanions. The title compound has high catalytic activity for the oxidation of acetone tested in a continuous-flow fixed-bed micro-reactor. When the initial concentration is 18.3?g?m?3 in air and the flow velocity is 8.5?mL?min?1, the acetone is completely eliminated at 160°C.  相似文献

Investigations into the formation of new ettringite-type phases with a range of trivalent and tetravalent cations were carried out to further study the potential this structure type has to incorporate cations covering a range of ionic radii (0.53–0.69 Å). We report the synthesis and structural characterisation of a new ettringite-type phase, Ca6[Ga(OH)6·12H2O]2(SO4)3·2H2O, which was indexed in space group P31c with the unit cell parameters a = 11.202(2) Å, c = 21.797(3) Å and two new thaumasite-type phases Ca6[M(OH)6·12H2O]2(SO4)2(CO3)2, M = Mn, Sn which were indexed in space group P63 with the unit cell parameters a = 11.071(5) Å, c = 21.156(8) Å and a = 11.066(1) Å, c = 22.420(1) Å respectively. These new phases show the versatility of the ettringite family of structures to tolerate a large range of cation sizes on the octahedral M site and highlights the preference of tetravalent cations to crystallise with the thaumasite structure over the ettringite structure.  相似文献

Compounds p-HOOCC6F4COOH · H2O (H2L · H2O), [Tb2(H2O)4(L)3 · 2H2O] n (I), and Tb2(Phen)2(L)3 · 2H2O (II) are synthesized. According to the X-ray structure analysis data, the crystal structure of H2L · H2O is built of centrosymmetric molecules H2L and molecules of water of crystallization. The crystal structure of compound I is built of layers of coordination 2D polymer [Tb2(H2O)4(L)3] n and molecules of water of crystallization. The ligands are the L2? anions performing both the tetradentate bridging and pentadentate bridging-chelating functions. The coordination polyhedron TbO9 is a distorted three-capped trigonal prism. Acid H2L manifests photoluminescence in the UV region (??max = 368 nm). Compounds I and II have the green luminescence characteristic of the Tb3+ ions, and the band with ??max = 545 nm (transition 5 D 4?? 7 F 5) is maximum in intensity. The photoluminescence intensity of compound II is higher than that for compound I.  相似文献

The complex Na6[(UO2)3O(OH)3(SeO4)2]2 · 10H2O (I) is synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic crystal system with the unit cell parameters: a = 14.2225(7) Å, b = 18.3601(7) Å, c = 16.5406(6) Å, V = 4319.2(3) Å3, Z = 4, space group Cmcm, R 1 = 0.0406. Compound I is found to be a representative of the crystal-chemical group A3M3M2 3T3 2 (A = UO2+ 2, M3 = O2?, M2 = OH?, T3 = SeO2? 4) of the uranyl complexes; it contains layer uranium-containing groups [(UO2)3O(OH)3(SeO4)2]3?. These layers linked to form a three-dimensional cage through bonds formed by the sodium atoms with the oxygen atoms of the uranyl ions and SeO4 groups that belong to different layers.  相似文献

The molecular and crystal structure of the title complex (I) obtained by addition of tin fluoride in a hydrofluoric acid solution to 18-crown-6 in methanol was investigated by X-ray structure analysis. The crystals are monoclinic, space group P21/n, a = 13.497(3), b = 7.806(2), c = 9.892(2) Å, β = 95.57(3)°, Z = 2 for C12H32F4O10Sn. In the polymer chain, the crown ether molecules alternate with the inorganic complexes [trans-SnF4(H2O)2] and are linked to them by O-H...O type hydrogen bonds involving the intermediate water molecules. The weak C-H...F interactions bind the chains into the layers which are parallel to the xz plane.  相似文献

Ion selective and complexing properties of 1,5-bis[2-(dioxyphosphoryl-4-methoxy)phenoxy]-3-oxapentane dihydrate H4M2 · 2H2O (I) were described. X-ray diffraction analysis for compound I was performed. The crystals are orthorhombic, a = 7.9818(16) ?, b = 30.553(6) ?, c = 9.0559(17) ?, V = 2208.5(8) ?3, Z = 4, space group Pnma, R = 0.0500 over 1372 reflections with I > 2??(I). In I, the H4M2 molecules are combined by hydrogen bonds (HB) with two crystallographically independent H2O(7) and H2O(8) molecules to give neutral H4M2 · 2H2O aggregates. The HB between the phosphoryl and hydroxyl oxygen atoms of the aggregates and the donor O(7)-H??O(8) HB give rise to a layered structure. Conclusions about the Cu(H2M2) compound structure were drawn based on the X-ray diffraction, DTA, and vibrational spectroscopy data.  相似文献

The compounds (NH4)6[Mo6V2O24(C2O4)2]·6H2O (I) and (NH4)4[H2Mo2V2O12(C2O4)2]·2H2O (II) have been prepared from molybdenum(VI) oxide and ammonium vanadate in aqueous solution through the addition of ammonium oxalate, and their structures determined by X-ray structure analysis. Whereas the molybdovanadate anion [Mo6V2O24(C2O4)2]6− found in (I) consists of six MoO6 and two VO6 edge-sharing octahedra of the γ-[Mo8O26]4− type structure, the tetranuclear anion [H2Mo2V2O12(C2O4)2]4− of (II) adopts the structure with a M4O16 core. Both complexes contain bidentate oxalato ligands bonded to the vanadium ions. In both crystal structures the molybdovanadate anions are mutually hydrogen bonded by ammonium ions and water molecules.  相似文献

Crystal structures of two new compounds containing trigonal tellurium-bridged cluster fragments [Mo3(3-Te)(2-Te2)3]4+ were investigated. Crystal data for K4.5{[Mo3(3-Te)(2-Te2)3(CN)6]I}I1.5·3H2O: space group , Z = 4, a = 13.280(1), c = 23.800(3) , V = 3635.0(6) 3, d calc = 3.432 g/cm3, R 1 = 0.0335, wR2 = 0.0912 for 1378 I hkl > 2 I from 3545 measured I hkl ; for Cs3{[Mo3(3-Te)(2-Te2)3(CN)6]I}·2H2O: space group P2 1 /n, Z = 2, a= 9.650(2) , b = 22.297(5), c = 27.446(7) , = 94.10(2)°, V = 5890(2) 3, d calc = 4.273 g/cm 3, R 1 = 0.0384, wR 2 = 0.0744 for 957 I hkl > 2 I from 3758 measured I hkl (Enraf-Nonius CAD-4 diffractometer, MoK , graphite monochromator). In both compounds, ionic pairs {[Mo3Te7(CN)6]I}3– with Teax...I distances of 3.358-3.676 are formed. In the potassium salt, the {[Mo3Te7(CN)6]I}3– anion pairs are linked by the additional TeeqI short contacts of 3.460 into two-dimensional corrugated layers perpendicular to the c axis of the unit cell. The structure of the cesium salt is ionic with interstitial H2O molecules and double-layer closest packing of anions.  相似文献

Two Cu(II) hydroxo succinates [Cu3(H2O)2(OH)2(C4H4O4)2]?·?4H2O (1) and [Cu4(H2O)2(OH)4(C4H4O4)2]?·?5H2O (2) and one Cu(II) hydroxo glutarate [Cu5(OH)6(C5H6O4)2]?·?4H2O (3) have been prepared and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. They feature 1D and 2D copper oxygen connectivity of elongated {CuO6} octahedra in “4?+?1?+?1” and “4?+?2” coordination geometries. Within 1, linear trimers of three edge-sharing {CuO6} octahedra are connected into copper oxygen chains, which are bridged by the anti conformational succinate anions to generate 2D layers with mono terminally coordinating gauche succinate anions on both sides. The layers are assembled into a 3D framework by interlayer hydrogen bonds with lattice H2O molecules distributed in channels. Different from 1, the principal building units in 2 are linear tetramers of four edge-sharing {CuO6} octahedra. The tetramers are condensed into copper oxygen chains and the succinate anions interlink them into a 3D framework with triangular channels filled by lattice H2O molecules. The {CuO6} octahedra in 3 are edge-shared to form unprecedented 2D inorganic layers with mono terminally coordinating glutarate anions on both sides. Interlayer hydrogen bonding interactions are responsible for supramolecular assembly of the layers into a 3D framework with lattice H2O molecules in the channels. The inorganic layers in 3 can be described as hexagonal close packing of oxygen atoms with the Cu atoms in the octahedral cavities. The title compounds were further characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra and thermal analyses.  相似文献

利用水热法合成了两种过渡金属配合物为模板剂的含水硼酸盐晶体Co(en)3[B4O5(OH)4]Cl·3H2O(1) 和 [Ni(en)3][B5O6(OH)4]2·2H2O (2),并通过元素分析、X射线单晶衍射、红外光谱及热重分析对其进行了表征。化合物1晶体结构的主要特点是在所有组成Co(en)33+, [B4O5(OH)4]2–, Cl– 和 H2O之间通过O–H…O、O–H…Cl、N–H…Cl和N–H…O四种氢键连接形成网状超分子结构。化合物2晶体结构的特点是[B5O6(OH)4]–阴离子通过O–H…O氢键连接形成沿a方向有较大通道的三维超分子骨架,模板剂[Ni(en)3]2+阳离子和结晶水分子填充在通道中。  相似文献

以AlCl3·6H2O、Na2MoO4·2H2O、CoCl2·6H2O和2,2'-联吡啶为主要原料合成了Anderson-B-型多金属氧酸盐[Co(2,2'-bipy)3]H[Al(OH)6(Mo6O18)]·5H2O,进行了红外光谱、紫外光谱、差热分析和单晶结构测定.晶体学测定结果表明,化合物属于三斜晶系,Pi空间群,晶胞参数:a=1.216 0(2),b=1.221 5(2),c=1.780 0(4)nm,α=86.83(3)°,β=88.76(3)°,γ=89.82(3)°,V=2.639 4(9)nm3,Z=2,R1=0.079 4,wR2=0.176 6.化合物结构分析表明,在晶体学上,标题化合物分子是由1个[Co(2,2'-bipy)3]2+配阳离子,1个H+离子,2个1/2[Al(OH)6(Mo6O18)]3-多阴离子和5个结晶水分子组成.多阴离子[Al(OH)6(Mo6-O18)]3-借助水分子和金属配离子通过超分子作用形成二维网状结构,网状结构之间又借助超分子作用形成三维无限伸展结构.差热分析表明,标题化合物的失重过程分为2步,多阴离子骨架破坏温度为547.5℃.  相似文献

A new cerium polyoxomolybdate {[Ce(H2O)7Al(OH)6Mo6O18]·4H2O} (compound 1) was synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis, elemental analysis, TG analysis and IR spectrometry. Compound 1 exhibits a zigzag chain-like structure, which is constructed from an Anderson type anion and rare earth metal, Ce (Ⅲ).These 1-D chains are further extended into a 3-D network by the aid of multipoint hydrogen-bonding interactions.  相似文献

A rare precious metal binary citrate represented by palladium in the form of a water-rich Na–Pd intermetallic aggregate has been isolated and crystallographically characterised. The interaction of hydrated uranium(VI) oxide UO3·2.25H2O (schoepite) with an aqueous solution of rubidium hydroxide in an autoclave at 100°C has yielded rubidium uranate Rb2(UO2)6O3(OH)8·6H2O. Composition and structure of the obtained compound have been determined by chemical analysis, IR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, and differential thermal analysis. The processes of its dehydration and thermal decomposition have been studied.

[Co(DH)2(Py)2]2SiF6 · 10H2O and [Co(DH)2(Thio)2]2SiF6 · 2H2O · C2H5OH complexes are synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. Two radicals of -glyoxime linked by hydrogen O–H···O bonds lie in the equatorial plane of the octahedral Co(III) complexes. Intramolecular (– and N–H···O) and intermolecular (O–H···F, O–H···O, N–H···F, N–H···O, N–H···S) interactions are discovered in the crystal. Crystals of [Cr3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3][UO2(CH3COO)3]·3H2O (I) were synthesized for the first time and studied by X-ray crystallography. The crystals of I are orthorhombic: a = 8.3561(3) ?, b = 16.8421(5) ?, c = 25.7448(9) ?, V = 3623.2(2) ?3, space group P212121, Z = 4, R = 0.0409. The structure is composed of trinuclear [Cr3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3]+ complexes and mononuclear [UO2(CH3COO)3]? complexes classified with crystal-chemical groups A3M3B 6 2 M 3 1 (A = Cr3+, M3 = O2?, B2 = CH3COO?, M1 = H2O) and AB 3 01 (A = UO 2 2+ , B01 = CH3COO?), respectively. The complexes are bound to each other by electrostatic interactions and hydrogen bonds involving outer-sphere water molecules. The results of IR spectroscopic study of I are in good agreement with the structural data for the crystal.  相似文献
