本刊记者:您作为中欧标准化信息平台的创始人之一,建立该平台的初衷是什么?陈钢主任"搭建平台、服务企业、促进贸易"是我们的初衷.在中欧双边贸易中,我们了解到多数企业,尤其是中小企业对对方的技术法规和标准信息了解甚少,最重要的原因就是双方缺少获取这些信息的有利渠道.因此,我们利用现代的信息技术搭建了双语标准信息平台.中方于2006年正式向欧方提出搭建中欧标准化信息平台的建议,得到了欧方的积极回应.根据中欧贸易情况,双方选取了现有的电子器械、医疗设备、机械、环境保护4个领域作为平台首先建设的内容.

New Administrator of SAC, Chen Gang

On June 14th,SAC held a meeting presented by its middle-high officials,at which Zhang Qinrong,Member of CPC Leading Group and Director of Personnel Department,General Administration of Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ),announced the personnel decision made by the State Council,the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and AQSIQ.In the decision,Chen Gang was appointed as Member of CPC Leading Group of AQSIQ,Administrator of SAC and Secretary of CPC Leading Group of SAC,and Ji Zhengkun was dismissed as the Member of CPC Leading Group of AQSIQ,Administrator of SAC and Secretary of CPC Leading Group of SAC.The meeting was presided by Ji Zhengkun.Zhi Shuping,Minister of AQSIQ and Secretary of CPC Leading Group of AQSIQ,attended the meeting and gave a speech.Ji Zhengkun and Chen Gang also delivered speeches.

Chen Gang Meets ASTM Vice Secretary-General Ms.June Ling

SAC Administrator Chen Gang met ASTM International Vice Secretary-General Ms. June Ling on December 7, 2012. Chen Gang briefed the guests on the national standardization development plan for 2011-2015. Both sides had indepth exchanges and reached consensus on multiple topics such as furthering cooperation in international and regional standardization activities, exchange of standardization     

The Establishment of China National Institute of Standardization

China National Institute of Standardization, reorganized from the former China National Research Centre of Standardization, was set up on June 6th, 2003 with the approval of relevant department of the State Council and inaugurated by Li Chuanqing, party group secretary of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of People's Republic of China (AQSIQ), and Li Zhonghai, director of Standardization Administration of China (SAC), and leaders from AQSIQ,SAC and other units were present to deliver their congratulations.     

China National Institute of Standardization （CNIS）

Affiliated with the General Administration of Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China (AQSIQ), China National Institute of Standardization (CNIS) is a nonprofit national research body engaging in standardization research.The main responsibilities of CNIS are to conduct all-round, strategic, and comprehensive research of standardization during the development process of economy and society, to research and develop comprehensive fundamental standards,as well as to provide authoritative standards information services.     

China Institute of Metrology's Educational Model for Standardization

Education and training in standardization are the basic guarantee for both the implementation of national strategies of standardization and the construction of a national system of standards.As a typical organization representing Chinese universities providing standardization education,China Jiliang University has made remarkable achievements in the educational process.This paper analyzes the current educational status of standardization in China Jiliang University,summarizing the characteristics of its education of standardization and highlighting issues existing in the process of education and training.Based on all of these,related countermeasures and the future development pattern for the education of standardization in China Jiliang University are proposed in the paper,from which the future trends for education of standardization in Chinese universities can be predicted.
