One binuclear sodium(Ⅰ) complex [Na2(2-benzoylbenzoato)4(Phen)2(H2O)2]·H2O has been synthesized with 2-benzoylbenzoic acid and 1,10-henanthroline as ligands. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system with space group P , a = 1.08096(8), b = 1.09619(8), c = 1.09740(8) nm, α = 79.0600(1), β = 71.0450(1), γ = 62.0540(1)o, V = 1.08533(1) nm3, Dc = 1.421 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 484, GOOF = 1.036, the final R = 0.0363 and wR = 0.0961. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring sodium(Ⅰ) ions are linked together by two bridging water molecules, and each end position is coordinated with one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule and one 2-benzoylbenzoato to form a binuclear structure. Each sodium(Ⅰ) ion in the molecule is coordinated with five atoms to give a distorted trigonal bipyramid. The fluorescence property of the title complex is also discussed.  相似文献

The title complex, [CaCu(C3H2O4)2(H2O)4]n, with a formula of C6H12CaCuO12 and Mr=379.78 has been sy-nthesized and characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction structure analysis, elemental analysis, IR spectra and TG-DTG techniques. The results show that the crystal is Orthorhombic, space group Pbcn with a=0.669 21(5) nm, b=1.370 23(5) nm, c=1.322 39(10) nm, V=1.212 59(16) nm3, Dc=2.080 g·cm-3, μ=2.288 mm-1, F(000)=772 and Z=4. The final R=0.054 0 and wR=0.112 8 for 1 189 observed reflections with I>2σ(I). The structure of the title complex consists of CaO8 polyhedra and CuO6 elongated octahedra linked together by malonate ligands. The Ca(Ⅱ) cation, on a twofold axis, is coordinated by two water molecules and six malonate O atoms. The Cu(Ⅱ) cation, which lies in a centre of symmetry in an octahedral arrangement, is coordinated by four malonate O atoms and two water molecules. The structure comprises alternating layers along the [101] plane, with the shortest Cu…Cu distance of 0.762 46(6) nm. The whole 3D structure is maintained and stabilized by the presence of hydrogen bonds. Its thermo gravimetric analysis was determined by TG-DTG techniques. CCDC:663184.  相似文献

One novel manganese(Ⅱ) complex [Mn2(α-Furacrylic radical)4(phen)2(H2O)]·H2O with α-furacrylic acid radical and 1,10-phenanthroline has been synthesized and characterized. Crystal data for this complex:monoclinic,space group C2/c,a=1.082 34(16)nm,b=2.445 8(4) nm,c=1.857 4(3) nm,β=104.353(2)°,V=4.763 5(12) nm3,Dc=1.471 g·cm-3,Z=4,F(000)=2 168. Final GooF=1.004,R1=0.039 7,wR2=0.108 7. The crystal structure shows that two neighboring manganese(Ⅱ) ions are linked together by two bridging α-furacrylic acid radicals and one bridging water molecule,forming a cage structure. The Mn(1)…Mn(1A) bond distance is 0.357 6 nm. Each manganese(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of one 1,10-phenanthroline molecule and four oxygen atoms from three α-furacrylic acid radicals and one water molecule,forming distorted octahedral coordination geometry. One-dimensional chain copper(Ⅱ) coordination polymer has been synthesized and characterized in the solvent mixture of water and alcohol with o-acetamidobenzoic acid,4,4'-bipyridine and copper perchlorate.It is of tetragonal,space group P41212 with a=1.57756(10),b= 1.57756(10),c=2.1438(3)nm,V=5.3352(8) nm3,Dc=1.524 g/cm3,Z=4,F(000)=2536,R= 0.0479 and wR=0.0979.The crystal structure shows two coordination modes.The copper(1) is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of one 4,4'-bipyridine molecule and two oxygen atoms from two o-acetamidobenzoic acid molecules,forming a distorted tetrahedral coordination geometry;the copper(2) is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of one 4,4'-bipyridine molecule,four oxygen atoms from two o-acetamidobenzoic acid molecules and two water molecules,generating a distorted octahedral coordination geometry.The result of TG analysis shows that the title complex is stable below 180.0 ℃.  相似文献

The coordination polymer [Cu(CH3COO)(C5H5N)2]n was synthesized and its crystal structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction technique.The crystal belongs to monoclinic,space group C2/c with a=1.183 2(1) nm,b=1.512 1(2) nm,c=1.3911(1) nm,β=97.137(3)°,V=2.469 6(4) nm3,C12H13CuN2O2,Mr=280.78,Z=8,Dc=1.510 g·cm-3,μ=1.759 mm-1,F(000)=1 152,R1=0.048 2 and wR2=0.122 5 for 1 515 observed reflections [1>2σ(Ⅰ)].In the crystal the copper(Ⅲ) atom is tetra-coordinated primarily by two oxygen atoms of two symmetry-related carbexyl groups of acetate anions and two nitrogen atoms of two pyridine ligands in a parallelogram fashion.All of the pyridine rings linked to Cu(1) and Cu(2) are arranged centrosymmetrically on Cu(1).The neighboring copper complex molecules are linked together by the carboxylate oxygen atom of acetate anions to form an infinite one-dimensional linear chain structure.Moreover,π-π stacking interactions between intrachain pyridine molecules play the crucial role in constructing of the supramolecular structure.CCDC:709977.  相似文献

The coordination polymer [Zn(HCOO)2(H2O)2]∞ has been synthesized using hydrothermal method and characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction, elemental analysis, FTIR spectroscopy and TG-DTG analyses. The coordination polymer crystallizes in monoclinic, P21/c space group with crystal parameters of α=0.8688(1) nm, b= 0.7143(6) nm, c=0.9305(2) nm, β=97.61(5)°, V=0.5724(2) nm^3, Z=4, μ(Mo Kα)=42.50 cm^-1. The polymer features with two kinds of zinc centers: one is hexa-coordinated by four water ligands, two oxygen atoms of two formates and the other is coordinated by six oxygen atoms of six formates. By the formates as space linkers, three-dimensional frameworks were formed. Based on thermal analyses, thermal decomposition mechanisms were predicted that at the first step the polymer lost two coordination water molecules and at the second step lost two formates companied by the formation of some kinds of materials.  相似文献

The novel coordination polymer {[Cd(p-CMSP)(Him)(H2O)]·3H2O}n ( p-CMSP2-=p-(carboxymethoxy)phenylthioacetate, Him=imidazole) was synthesized by the reaction of Cd(NO3)2, imidazole and p-(carboxymethoxy)phenylthioacetic acid in an aqueous solution, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal structure is of monoclinic, space group P21/c with a=1.144 0(2) nm, b=1.876 7(4) nm, c=0.877 89(18) nm, β=106.31(3)° and V=1.808 9(7) nm3, Z=4, R=0.023 2, wR=0.051 4. Each Cd(II) atom displays a distorted octahedral coordination geometry, defined by three carboxyl O atoms from different p-CMSP2- ligands, one S atom from thioether, one N atom from imidazole and one water molecule. Adjacent Cd(II) ions are bridged by p-CMSP2- groups, resulting in a 2D layer structure. The adjacent Cd…Cd distances are 0.492 7 nm and 1.144 0 nm. A dinuclear Cd(Ⅱ) complex [Cdz (N3)2LzCl2]2·H2O (1) [L=4'-(4-eyanophenyl)-2,2':6',2"-terpyridine]was synthesized by reaction of ligand L with CdCl2 and NaN3 using solvothermal method and its structure was determined by X-ray crystal structure analysis. The structure indicates that the complex crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a=1.644 5(16) nm, b=1.441 9(12) nm, c=1.9181(18) nm,β=100.349(11)°. V=4474(7) nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.570Mg·m-3,μ=1.120 mm-l, F(000)=2 100, and final R1=0.039 3, wR2=0.0811. The result shows a Cd(Ⅱ) ion was sixcoordinated by a tridentate 4'-(4-cyanophenyl)-2,2' :6',2"-terpyridine ligand and one bridging nitrogen atom of the azide group in the basal position and an chloride atom and the other bridging nitrogen atom of the azide group in the axialone, to form a distorted octahedral-pyramidal geometry. [Cu(TO)2(H2O)4](PA)2 was prepared by mixing the aqueous solution of 1,2,4-triazol-5-one(TO) and Cu(PA)2. The molecular structure and crystal structure of the title complex was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction method. The crystal is triclinic, space group with a=0.7321(1)nm,b=0.7474(2)nm,c=1.3649(3)nm;α=88.65(2)°,β=85.63(1)°,γ=63.35(1)°;V=0.6655(2)nm3,Z=1. The crystal structure shows that the Nickel(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated with two nitrogen atoms of two 4,4′-bipy molecules and four oxygen atoms from four water molecules, respectively, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Adjacent Nickel(Ⅱ) ion are bridged by 4,4′-bipy groups and the adjacent Ni(Ⅱ)…Ni(Ⅱ) distance is 1.122 2 nm. The Nickel(Ⅱ) ion isn′t coordinated with α-furacrylic acid .The complex molecules form 2D structure through hydrogen bonds. The cyclic voltametric behavior of the complex was also investigated. A novel cadmium(Ⅱ) coordination polymer {[Cd(1,5-nds)(Him)2(H2O)]·2H2O}n (1,5-nds = naphthalene-1,5-disulfonate and Him = imidazole) was synthesized based on the reaction of cadmium oxide and 1,5-naphthalenedisulfonic acid firstly, and then mixed with imidazole in methanol medium. Its structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR and TGA, respectively. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P, with a = 8.5420(10), b = 10.2570(10), c = 13.361(2)(A), α = 100.704 (2), β = 100.195(2), γ = 108.873(3)°, C16H20Cd N4O9S2, Mr = 588.91, V = 1.0524(2) nm3, Dc = 1.858 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 592, μ= 1.294 mm-1, R = 0.0397 and wR = 0.1007 for 3180 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Structural analysis shows that the cadmiun atom is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from three 1,5-nds and one water molecule together with two nitrogen atoms from two imidazoles, giving a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The molecules are linked to form a two-dimensional coordination polymer based on bridging ligands of naphthalene-1,5-disulfonate anions, the sheets of which are then interacted via hydrogen bonds, leading to a three-dimensional network structure.  相似文献

The isophthalate molecules are included in the lattice and connected to Mn(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)4 by hydrogen bonding interactions to form a three-dimensional supramolecular structure. A novel one-dimensional chain complex [Zn(dafo)2(H2O)2](NO3)2 was synthesized. It has been characterized by IR, UV, TGA, Elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal belongs to triclinic system, P1 space group. The Crystallographic data are: a= 0.702 7(14) nm, b= 0.828 95(17) nm, c= 10.225(2) nm, α = 95.02(3)°, β = 91.45(3)°, γ = 99.85(3)°. The crystal structure data indicate that the Zn(Ⅱ) ion was coordinated with the four nitrogen atoms of two dafo and two oxygen atoms of two coordination water molecules, respectively. The crystal structure shows that the nickel atom is coordinated with four nitrogen atoms from the two en and two oxygen atoms from two dpas to form a mononuclear complex. The complex {[Co(4,4′-bpy)(H2O)4](Fum)·4H2O}n(where 4,4′-bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine and Fum = fumarate) was synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction. The complex consists of one-dimensional chains containing cobalt(Ⅱ) ions bridged by 4,4′-bpy molecules. The six-coordination of Co2+ is achieved by means of four water molecules. The fumarate is not coordinated to cobalt ion while it forms hydrogen bonds with coordinated and non-coordinated water molecules and extends the structure into three-dimensional hydrogen bonding network. One dimensional chain cobalt coordination polymer has been synthesized with malic acid and cobalt(Ⅱ) chloride anhydrous, and characterized by the element analysis, IR, TGA and single crystal X-ray diffraction structure analysis. The title complex crystallizes in monoclinic system with space group P21, a=0.575 61(9) nm, b=0.905 86(14) nm, c=0.841 02(13) nm, β=105.350(2)°; V=0.422 88(11) nm3, Z=2, Dc=1.924 Mg·m-3, μ=2.044 mm-1, F(000)=250, and final R1=0.029 3, wR2=0.074 2. The crystal structure shows that the cobalt ion is coordinated with four oxygen atoms from two different malate molecules and two oxygen atoms from two water molecules respectively, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. Two adjacent cobalt(Ⅱ) atoms are bridged by one malate groups in bis-monodentate mode, constructing a one dimensional chain structure along b axis, with the adjacent Co…Co distance being 0.530 9 nm. Moreover, the molecules are packed in three-dimensional supramolecular network though the intermolecular hydrogen bonds. CCDC: 704441.  相似文献

The synthesis and spectroscopic properties of a Na complex with ligand 3-aminopyrazine-2-carboxylic acid were described. The resulting complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV-Vis, NMR spectroscopy and single crystal X-ray diffraction method. The title compound crystallizes in the triclinic system with space group . The crystalline structure of this compound consists of supramolecular architectures involving strong intramolecular N—H…O in pyrazine molecules and intermolecular O—H…N, O—H…O, and N—H…N hydrogen bonds between substituted pyrazine and water molecules.  相似文献
