采用溶胶凝胶方法制备Zn-Si-B-O掺杂Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3玻璃陶瓷.研究Zn-Si-B-O玻璃组分从5%~50%(摩尔分数,下同)掺杂Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3玻璃陶瓷的相结构与介电性能.分析Zn-Si-B-O玻璃组分对Ba0.6 Sr0.4TiO3玻璃陶瓷结构及其介电性能的影响.结果表明:Zn-Si-B-O掺杂Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3玻璃陶瓷的烧结温度低于传统工艺.Zn-Si-B-O掺杂Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3玻璃陶瓷的相结构为立方钙钛矿相结构(≤40%),不存在第二相.Zn-Si-B-O掺杂Ba 0.6 Sr 0.4TiO3玻璃陶瓷的介电常数ε随着烧结温度升高而增大,介电损耗tanδ随测试温度的增加而降低.Zn-Si-B-O玻璃相聚集在晶粒边界区域,其作用稀释降低了玻璃陶瓷的介电常数,阻止晶粒生长,并降低了介电损耗tanδ.随着晶粒平均尺寸的减小,Zn-Si-B-O掺杂Ba 0.6Sr 0.4TiO3玻璃陶瓷样品的介电峰变低,平坦,宽化的现象.  相似文献

The structure and dielectric properties of(Pb,Sr)Nb2O6-NaNbO3-SiO2 glass-ceramics with different Pb and Sr contents were investigated.The XRD pattern of glass-ceramics without Sr substitution is different from that with Sr substitution,which indicates the existence of orthorhombic phase in the latter ones.TEM bright field observation shows nanosized microstructures,while for samples with Sr,typical eutectic microstructure with separated crystallized bands is found in the glass matrix.Dielectric properties measurement of the samples indicates an obvious improvement of dielectric constant,dielectric loss,DC field and temperature dependence of dielectric constant when the molar ratio of Sr to Pb is 4:6.  相似文献

采用传统工艺制备了YF_3掺杂的Ba_0.6Sr_0.4TiO_3陶瓷材料,研究了YF_3掺杂比例对钛酸锶钡材料结构及介电性能的影响.结果表明:烧结后得到的BSTO材料具有典型的钙钛矿结构;YF_3掺杂具有降低Ba_0.6Sr_0.4TiO_3材料的介电常数、细化陶瓷晶粒和提高介电常数温度稳定性的作用.在氟化钇掺杂比例1%时介电常数降至1887(100 kHz),介电可调性达到30%(1.5 kV/mm)以上, 各掺杂比例的钛酸锶钡材料的介电损耗均在1%以下.  相似文献

采用固相法制备La2O3与Sb2O3掺杂的钛酸锶钡陶瓷,研究其介电性能及相变特性。通过X射线衍射法分析体系微观结构并利用扫描电镜观察其表面微观形貌。(La,Sb)共掺杂的钛酸锶钡陶瓷具有典型的钙钛矿结构,且随着Sb2O3掺杂量的增多其平均粒径显著减小。La3+离子以及Sb3+离子均占据钙钛矿晶格的A位。La2O3与Sb2O3添加量的改变显著影响钛酸锶钡基陶瓷的介电常数以及介电损耗。La2O3改性的钛酸锶钡陶瓷其四方?立方相变为二级相变,且居里温度随着La2O3掺杂量的增多向低温方向移动。(La,Sb)共掺杂的钛酸锶钡陶瓷则体现为弥散相变,随着Sb2O3含量的增大而偏离居里-外斯定律越显著。由于Sb3+离子对晶格原位离子的取代使得(La,Sb)共掺杂的钛酸锶钡陶瓷的介电常数最大值下的温度亦随着Sb2O3含量的增大而降低。  相似文献

研究了氟化锂助烧剂对钛酸锶钡(Ba0.6Sr0.4Ti O3,BSTO)陶瓷晶体结构、微观形貌和介电性能的影响。XRD图谱显示,添加氟化锂助烧剂时,钛酸锶钡晶体结构未发生明显变化。样品SEM照片显示添加氟化锂可以增加钛酸锶钡陶瓷晶粒尺寸,显著降低材料介电损耗,提高材料综合介电性能。添加5%(质量分数)氟化锂的钛酸锶钡陶瓷介电常数为3360,介电损耗可降至3.5×10-4,介电可调性为44%(150 k Hz,1.6 k V·mm-1)。  相似文献

Zr4+取代Ti4+的Ba0.6Sr0.4(Zr0.2Ti0.8)O3固溶体在降低介电常数的同时,保持了BST固溶体优异的可调性。为降低BST材料的介电损耗和介电常数,以氧化铝为改性剂对Ba0.6Sr0.4(Zr0.2Ti0.8)O3材料(BSZT材料)进行了掺杂。随着氧化铝掺杂质量分数从1%到10%增加,BSZT材料的介电常数从5000降低到了1550(100kHz),介电损耗降低到0.001(100kHz)以下,而材料的介电可调性保持在35%左右(1.5kV/mm)。X射线衍射图谱表明,烧结后得到的BSZT材料具有典型的钙钛矿结构。扫描电子显微镜观察表明,氧化铝的掺杂使得陶瓷致密度较高,晶粒均匀。  相似文献

采用固相反应法制备了K_0.5Na_0.5NbO_3+xCo_2O_3(0≤x≤1%)无铅压电陶瓷,使用XRD、SEM、 Agilent 4294A精密阻抗分析仪等对该体系的相组成、显微结构、压电及介电等性能进行表征.结果表明:Co_2O_3的掺入并没有改变K_0.5Na_0.5NbO_3的晶体结构,该陶瓷材料仍然为正交相钙钛矿结构;Co_2O_3的掺入使材料的晶粒尺寸明显增大,但当x=1%时,晶粒尺寸减小,说明过多的Co_2O_3有抑制晶粒长大的作用;Co_2O_3的掺入使200 ℃附近的正交→四方铁电相变温度TO-T向低温方向移动,居里温度TC向高温方向移动,同时材料的压电常数d_(33)、机电耦合系数k_p均随之先增大后减小,机械品质因数Qm整体增大,1 kHz频率下的介电常数ε_r和介电损耗tanδ降低,密度显著增大.当x=0.5%时,陶瓷性能最佳:d_(33)=103 pC/N,k_p=0.362, tanδ=1.8%,ε_r=234,Qm=182,ρ=4.29 g/cm~3.  相似文献

Na2O-PbO-Nb2O5-SiO2 glass-ceramic were synthesized by melt-quench process.The crystallization processing of the dielectric phases were carried out at temperature range from 750 to 900 ℃.The effects of Na2O content on crystallization and dielectric properties of Na2O-PbO-Nb2O5-SiO2 glass-ceramic were investigated by means of differential thermal analysis(DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and dielectric constant measurements.The results show that Pb2Nb2O7, NaNbO3 and PbNb2O6 are the crystallization phases which would be formed from the Na2O-PbO-Nb2O5-SiO2 glass at the temperature range from 750 to 900 ℃.For a definite Na2O content, the dielectric constant increases with crystallization temperature.The initial crystallization temperature of NaNbO3 phase decreases with the increase of Na2O content, leading to the increase of dielectric constant of the glass-ceramic.Formation of PbNb2O6 phase at 850 and 900 ℃ would greatly increase the dielectric constant of Na2O-PbO-Nb2O5-SiO2 glass-ceramics, but the increase of Na2O content will inhibit the crystallization of PbNb2O6 phase.  相似文献

Ba3ZnzCo2-zFe24O41/SiO2(Z varies from 0.0 to 1.2 in step of 0.4) microcrystalline glass ceramics were prepared by citrate sol-gel process at 1200℃ in the system of BaO-Fe2O3-CoO-ZnO-SiO2. The samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The complex dielectric constant and complex permeability of Ba3ZnzCo2-zFe24O41/SiO2 microcrystalline glass ceramics were measured in the range of 0.1-6.0 GHz by transmission/reflection coaxial line method. The natural resonance phenomenon was observed in μ”spectra for all the Ba3ZnzCo2-zFe24O41/SiO2 microcrystalline glass ceramics, which was closely affected by the substitution of Zn^2 ion.  相似文献

通过液相烧结法成功制备出不同玻璃掺杂量的Ca0.8Sr0.2TiO3陶瓷材料,并将该陶瓷材料作为介质阻挡层在圆柱型放电反应器中分解二氧化碳。研究结果发现,随玻璃掺杂量的增加,Ca0.8Sr0.2TiO3陶瓷的表面电阻增大,但在所研究的温度范围内,Ca0.8Sr0.2TiO3的介电常数并没有随玻璃掺杂量的变化而显著变化。扫描电镜结果表明,晶粒尺度和颗粒间玻璃相厚度随玻璃掺杂量增加而增大。另外,二氧化碳的转化率和转化效率随陶瓷中玻璃量的增加而提高。进一步采用Malter效应模拟放电和介电特性,根据该模型,可以解释转化特性与陶瓷样品中玻璃含量之间的关系。  相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶法制备了Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3粉末,并采用球磨方法将Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3与FeNi合金微粉进行包覆,成功制备了3种不同Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3粉末添加量的FeNi/Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3核壳结构粉体。采用SEM、XRD等技术分析了Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3加入前后FeNi合金微粉的形态、组成,利用矢量网络分析仪测量了FeNi以及FeNi/Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3复合材料的电磁参数。结果表明,成功制备了不规则颗粒状Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3粉末,Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3粉末大部分包覆于片状FeNi合金微粉表面,且随着Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3粉末添加量的增加,包覆层厚度逐渐增大,FeNi合金片形态逐渐模糊。Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3粉末包覆层有效降低了FeNi合金微粉的介电常数虚部,提高了其低频波段的阻抗匹配性能,实现铁电和铁磁双性材料的复合吸波效果,改善了低频吸波性能。利用1/4波长干涉相消理论对反射损耗峰频率与电磁参数关系进行了分析,并结合界面反射模型及材料阻抗匹配对反射损耗峰强度变化进行了分析。  相似文献

The effect of B203 dopant and SrTiO3 (ST) content on lattice parameters and ferro-paraelectric phase transition temperature (i.e. Curie point) of Ba1-xSrxTiO3 (BST, x=0~0.4) ceramics was investigated, and then BST graded ceramics with controllable transition temperature zone were fabricated and characterized for their dielectric properties. The results show that with the increase of ST content, c/a ratio and Curie point of both doped and undoped ceramics decreased linearly but with different rate of change, resulting from different ionic radiuses of Ba^2 , Sr^2 and B^3 . Moreover, both c/a ratio and Curie point of doped BST increased slightly in comparison with that of undoped ones while the Curie point changed scarcely with dopant amount rising, which perhaps means that for BST grains with different ST content, B2O3 solubility was different but limited and most of boron (B) did not incorporate into BST grains. Through controlling composition,transition temperature of graded ceramics can be designed. For doped graded ceramics sintered at 1250℃, its dielectric properties was much better than that of undoped one sintered at 1400℃, and Curie peak of both samples was broadened effectively via graded structure.  相似文献

研究了Y2O3含量对钇稳定氧化锆(YSZ)陶瓷微波介电性能的影响.通过热压烧结方法制备了YSZ陶瓷,对材料进行了X射线衍射分析和复介电常数测量.结果表明,当Y2O3含量从2%(摩尔分数)增加到12%时,复介电常数实部在19.49到23.39之间变化.当Y2O3含量为6%时,微波损耗达到最大值0.0789.对YSZ陶瓷的微波损耗机理进行了详细探讨,由于氧离子空位随交变电场的震动和移动而产生的漏导电流是电磁波损耗的主要原因.  相似文献

采用烧结法制备添加氧化铈的CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系微晶玻璃材料,并对其进行差热分析(DTA)、X射线衍射分析、扫描电镜(SEM)观察和性能测试。结果表明:添加少量氧化铈能够降低玻璃的玻璃转变温度和析晶峰值温度,促进玻璃粉体的烧结致密化,但氧化铈加入量过多将会阻止玻璃的烧结和晶化;氧化铈的最佳添加量(质量分数)为5%;随着氧化铈含量的增加,样品的介电常数呈"N"字形变化,而样品的介电损耗则表现为先减小后稍微增加的变化趋势。样品的热膨胀系数随氧化铈含量的增加基本呈下降趋势。添加5%氧化铈的样品在925℃烧结后,其相对密度达99.1%,其介电常数、介电损耗和热膨胀系数分别为6.7、0.09%和3.42×10-6K-1。  相似文献

以KCl为助熔剂,采用熔盐合成技术制备片状(Sr,Ba)TiO3晶粒,研究不同前驱体及反应方式对产物相组成和形貌的影响。结果表明:BaO与片状SrTiO3反应可获得以(Sr,Ba)TiO3为主相的产物,产物相在SrTiO3表面无规则析出且非取向长大,经烧结后形成片状多晶团聚体;片状Sr3Ti2O7与BaO和TiO2反应所得产物也以(Sr,Ba)TiO3为主,同时生成少量(Sr,Ba)3Ti2O7相,产物中除片状(Sr,Ba)TiO3晶粒外,还通过Sr^2+置换由BaO与TiO2反应所得块状BaTiO3晶粒中的Ba^2+、以及反应物溶解?反应?析出生成许多块状和无规则状小晶粒;对于两步合成工艺,Sr3Ti2O7先与BaO反应可得到片状(Sr,Ba)3Ti2O7,与TiO2二次反应后得到片状(Sr,Ba)TiO3晶粒;由于此方式没有生成块状BaTiO3这一过程,产物中非片状晶粒数量大幅度减少。  相似文献

通过固相反应合成法制备了La_2Ti_2O_7陶瓷,研究了SrCO_3掺杂对La_2Ti_2O_7陶瓷的电学性能的影响,并对导电机理做了初步的探讨分析.实验表明,随着Sr量的增加,电导激活能有下降的趋势,导致材料的电导率增加.在100 Hz~10 MHz频率下未掺杂Sr和掺杂量为x=0.01试样的介电常数分别为46和67,介电损耗都在1×10~(-3)数量级,说明这种材料具有较好的介电性能.  相似文献

BaZnzCo2-zFe16O27/SiO2 microcrystalline glass ceramics with Z=0.0, 0.5, 0.8 and 1.1 were prepared at temperature 1200℃ for 5h by citrate sol-gel process. The complex dielectric constant and complex permeability of BaZnzCo2-zFe16 O27/SiO2-paraffin wax composites had been measured. Both the complex dielectric constant and dielectric loss exhibit almost no variation with frequency in 0.1-6.0GHz. The real part of permeability decreases with increasing frequency for all samples, and the imaginary part of permeability exhibits a clear resonance peak at 1.44GHz for Co2 W/SiO2, 1.32GHz for Zn0.5Co1.5 W/SiO2, 1.20GHz for Zn0.8Co1.2W/SiO2, and 1.08GHz for Zn1.1 Co0.9 W/SiO2. It is also showed that the content of zinc has a close effect on the magnetic properties of BaZnzCo2-zFe16O27/SiO2 microcrystalline glass ceramics, the greater the zinc content, the higher the values of imaginary part of permeability and magnetic loss.  相似文献

通过喷雾干燥法制备MoSi2包覆Al2O3的壳核结构混合粉,利用该混合粉以等离子喷涂技术制备MoSi2/Al2O3复合涂层材料。研究MoSi2/Al2O3质量比涂层材料的力学和介电性能的影响。结果表明:随着MoSi2含量从0增加到45%,复合材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性分别从198MPa和3.05MPa·m1/2增加到324MPa和4.82MPa·m1/2,随后又降到310MPa和4.67MPa·m1/2。在8.2-12.4GHz微波频率波段内,随着MoSi2含量的增加,复合材料的介电损耗增加,而介电常数的实部却呈减小趋势。这主要是由于MoSi2颗粒熔化后的凝聚及导电网络结构的形成导致电导率的增加引起的。  相似文献
