针对传统信任模型的不足,以改善供应链企业间的信任危机为目标,以灰色系统理论为基础,将层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)与灰色评估法相结合,提出一种基于灰色AHP的云计算供应商信任评估模型。通过定义信任评价等级灰类及白化权函数,计算云环境下供应商企业实体各信任证据的灰色评价权,结合层次分析法构建层次结构并确定信任证据权值,最后求出供应商企业的信任评估值及信任等级灰类。实例说明,该信任评估方法能够有效应用于云环境供应商评价中,评价结果客观有效。  相似文献

提出了一种基于混合AHP的供应商评价模型。利用标准AHP确定评价体系中各指标权重,使用基于区间AHP方法对各方案进行评定,求得评价区间值,定义了适用的区间排序法则,对评价区间值进行排序来选择供应商。该方案解决了标准AHP方法利用数值构造判断矩阵时存在的判断不确定性问题,在实际的ERP系统中得到了应用和实现。  相似文献

根据汽车逆向物流供应链结构特点,构建了第三方汽车逆向物流供应商评价指标体系,创新性地提出了采用定量的TOPSIS法来确定二级指标的权重,采用定性的层次分析法(AHP)来确定一级指标的权重,构建了基于TOPSIS法与AHP法相结合定权的模糊综合评判法模型,给出了该模型的计算步骤。通过算例验证了该模型的可行性和该评价指标体系的实用性。  相似文献

为了有效提高电力物资供应商评价的有效性和合理性,设计了一种基于改进模糊综合评价法的供应商评价模型,首先,在现有供应商评价的基础上引入企业社会责任维度,构建了包含组织因素、产品因素、供货因素、售后因素及社会责任的综合评价指标体系;其次,为了避免传统模糊综合评价法主观因素赋权的不足,采用层次分析法+因子分析法(AHP+FA)改进其权重计算方式;最后,通过算例分析验证了评价模型的适用性,可为电力公司招投标管理及运营决策提供参考意义.  相似文献

针对集群式供应链中采购商选择供应商过程中出现的过约束问题,提出一种基于约束层次和模糊偏好的供应商评价选择模型.该模型基于约束层次理论,依据采购商对供应商约束的必需性程度,将约束分为强制性约束层和非强制性约束层;同时采用模糊偏好的量化方法来确定采购商对供应商的模糊偏好,简化了供应商的选择过程;另外,该模型改进了约束层次理论中的全局评价算子,基于线性加权法构造了基于强制性约束层评价模型和非强制性约束层评价模型的供应商综合评价模型,提高了供应商选择的成功率.最后通过算例验证该模型是有效的.  相似文献

由于零售型网站的特殊性,建立专门的评价指标体系具有重要意义。又由于在网站评价过程中存在大量的不确定性因素,而为了更客观、公正地作出评价,给出基于AHP与FUZZY的零售型网站评价模型。使用层次法确定评价指标的权重,并应用模糊综合评价方法计算评价数据。算例结果显示,基于AHP与FUZZY的评价模型,可以对零售型网站进行良好的评价。  相似文献

针对目前ATS集成中COTS选型方法存在的问题,提出了应用AHP方法进行COTS选型决策的基本框架和方法;在综合考虑影响COTS选型各种因素的基础上,分析了COTS选型决策过程,建立了COTS选型AHP模型;利用层次分析法对各相关因素进行比较排序,确定相对的权重之后,对于COTS的评价和选择就是基于最终的权重指数做出的决策;提出的方法减少了人为主观因素偏离的影响,可以更准确地评价COTS产品及其供应商;最后,以某型检查仪的研制过程为例,说明了该选型决策方法的有效性与合理性.  相似文献

针对层次分析法(AHP)在群组决策应用中的不足,例如当AHP算法实际应用时,对其残缺矩阵、专家权重不同以及可信度等情况考虑不足,故将多目标决策中的可能满意度引入相容性检验与改进,提出了基于可能满意度的判断矩阵相容性修正及排序的改进AHP算法。接着分析影响节点企业选择的诸多因素,提出了两层评价指标体系。在此基础上应用改进的AHP算法建立节点企业选择模型。最后所采用一个实际的案例来验证所提算法的有效性和模型的可行性。  相似文献

通过文献统计方法构建供应商选择评价准则体系. 针对主客观评价准则下多种数据类型混合的评价信息, 提出根据采集到的原始数据客观确定决策者和决策准则权重, 避免主观赋权带来的二次不确定性. 采用基于混合信息的VIKOR方法集结评价值, 以克服数据类型的不可公度性和数据转换造成的信息损失. 从理论、数值实验和敏感性分析3 个维度与TOPSIS 方法进行对比, 表明了所提出方法在供应商选择决策过程中的特点和优势.

The main idea of this research is to devise the smart module to pick the best supplier bid(s) automatically. The hybrid model is composed of three useful tools: fuzzy logic, AHP, and QFD. The approach has been carefully implemented and verified via a real-world case study in a medium-to-large industry manufacturing vehicle tires and other rubber products. A collection of 12 assessment criteria classified into two categories have been considered. Eight factors are derived from customer suggestions and the other four are design specifications required to manufacture the product. The main outcomes are: a hybrid autonomous model to evaluate supplier bids without direct human intervention; devising a hybrid three-module method and overcoming complexity of computations in resulting algorithm by means of agents; outlining the best criteria to assess suppliers; evaluating the suppliers based on voice of customer during all stages of the process; and discussing analysis, design, and implementation issues of the evaluation agent. The paper includes implications for development of an integrated total system for supply chain coordination. The most important advantages of this work over earlier researches on supplier selection are: implementation of an autonomous assessment mechanism using intelligent agents for the first time, making the best out of three widely applied methodologies all at once, evaluation process mainly based on features of customer order, coordination of supply job based on a bidding system, and portal-mediated operation and control.  相似文献

Middleware has a variety of qualities, such as size, cost, complexity, flexibility, and performance. For each application, different qualities are more important than others. Choosing the right middleware means first determining the qualities that matter most for your application, and then evaluating different types of middleware to see how well they meet your requirements. Sounds simple, straightforward, and perhaps even obvious, right? In reality, however, properly evaluating middleware in this fashion can be a nontrivial project that can cost much more time or money than allotted in your budget. It also can require skills and experience that nobody on your staff possesses. Because of the difficulties involved in thoroughly and accurately evaluating middleware, consumers routinely take shortcuts. Perhaps most common among these is avoiding the issue altogether through supplier loyalty: they simply buy or adopt middleware systems based on recommendations from their current middleware supplier. This approach tends to work reasonably well, because it avoids the switching costs associated with moving to a new supplier. Obviously, it requires that you select a supplier that can supply viable middleware systems that survive across the life cycles of multiple technologies, rather than going with a "one-trick pony" that is tied to a single technology. It also works only as long as your supplier's middleware systems actually fulfill your requirements. Of course, supplier or brand loyalty is a general market phenomenon - one that's certainly not limited to middleware.  相似文献

Outsourcing is an increasingly important task pursued by enterprises seeking improved efficiency. Logistics outsourcing, or third-party logistics (3PL), involves the use of external companies to perform some or all of the firm's logistics activities. In this paper, through analyzing the features and role of third-party logistics, for 3PL provider selection, we propose an indicator system and a method for data integration. We also establish a comprehensive evaluation model for 3PL suppliers based on fuzzy sets; furthermore, we propose a compound quantification model based on centralized quantification values, a comparison method based on the synthesis effect, and a 3PL supplier selection model. A real-world case analysis is provided. The results show that the proposed 3PL supplier selection model can effectively integrate decision preferences into decision processes.  相似文献

发供电企业属于资产密集型企业,供应链关系复杂,针对其特点,提出一种基于模糊逻辑的供应商评价方法.分析现代供应链条件下的供应商评价指标体系,采用三角模糊数来表示评价指标的不定性;应用层次分析得到评价指标权重;通过计算备选供应商和理想供应商之间模糊贴近度选择供应商.应用实例分析说明了该方法的实用性.所提出的供应商评价方法成功应用于某大型发供电企业的设备采购,取得了很好的应用效果.  相似文献

从物流服务成本和物流服务质量两个方面构建物流服务供应商选择的双层规划模型,上层规划以物流服务成本最小为目标,下层以选择的供应商的综合表现度最大为目标。通过改进QFD模型,将评价指标和客户需求相结合,对待选物流供应商进行综合评价,计算供应商的综合表现度。结合模型的特点设计分层迭代算法,算例验证了模型和算法的有效性。  相似文献

In recent years, determining the best supplier has become a key strategic consideration in the competitive market. Since the decision commonly involves evaluating different criteria or attributes, supplier selection process is a multiple criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem. This study integrates the Taguchi loss function, analytical hierarchy process (AHP) and multi-choice goal programming (MCGP) model for solving the supplier selection problem. The advantage of this proposed method is that it allows decision makers to set multiple aspiration levels for the decision criteria. A numerical example of application is also presented.  相似文献
