A hardware-software platform is presented, which is designed for the development and hardware-in-the-loop simulation of flying vehicle control systems. This platform ensures the construction of the mathematical model of the plant, development of algorithms and software for onboard radioelectronic equipment and ground control station, and visualization of the three-dimensional model of the vehicle and external environment of the cockpit in the simulator training mode.  相似文献

System identification of limb mechanics can help diagnose ailments and can aid in the optimization of robotic limb control parameters and designs. An interesting fluid phenomenon--the Coanda? effect--is utilized in a portable actuator to provide a stochastic binary force disturbance to a limb system. The design of the actuator is approached with the goal of creating a portable device which could be deployed on human or robotic limbs for in situ mechanical system identification. The viability of the device is demonstrated by identifying the parameters of an underdamped elastic beam system with fixed inertia and stiffness and variable damping. The nonparametric compliance impulse response yielded from the system identification is modeled as a second-order system and the resultant parameters are found to be in excellent agreement with those found using more traditional system identification techniques. The current design could be further miniaturized and developed as a portable, wireless, unrestrained mechanical system identification instrument for less intrusive and more widespread use.  相似文献

提出了一种新型的便携式电梯限速器检测装置,该装置由电源变换模块和电动机总成模块组成.电源变换模块为检测装置提供工作电压,电动机总成模块内含驱动电动机和单片机测控系统.单片机控制交流伺服电动机驱动被测电梯限速器的轮盘,通过霍尔接近开关采集限速器轮盘的转速,结合轮盘的节圆直径即可计算出轿厢移动的速度.限速器的电气动作速度和机械动作速度分别通过电气开关和机械限位器来获得.给出了检测装置的结构组成,分析了检测装置的测控原理,设计了具体的检测流程,最终研制出了检测装置的样机.试用结果表明:该装置的检测精度满足国家标准规定的各项要求,具有体积小、重量轻、便于携带、安装方便、操作简单和可靠性高的优点,应用前景广阔.  相似文献

The emergence of wireless technologies such as WirelessHART and ISA100 Wireless for deployment at industrial process plants has urged the need for research and development in wireless control. This is in view of the fact that the recent application is mainly in monitoring domain due to lack of confidence in control aspect. WirelessHART has an edge over its counterpart as it is based on the successful Wired HART protocol with over 30 million devices as of 2009. Recent works on control have primarily focused on maintaining the traditional PID control structure which is proven not adequate for the wireless environment. In contrast, Internal Model Control (IMC), a promising technique for delay compensation, disturbance rejection and setpoint tracking has not been investigated in the context of WirelessHART. Therefore, this paper discusses the control design using IMC approach with a focus on wireless processes. The simulation and experimental results using real-time WirelessHART hardware-in-the-loop simulator (WH-HILS) indicate that the proposed approach is more robust to delay variation of the network than the PID.  相似文献

The number of measurement-based embedded systems increases continuously in automotive, avionic, defense, and communication industries. In order to ensure the system’s compliance with requirements, adequate solutions for functional testing are needed. The paper describes an original approach for the functional validation of measurement-based complex control systems. The main focus is on the automatic generation of realistic continuous data sets (test stimuli) within the operational ranges of the measurement system under test, by applying enhanced statistical techniques, which are able to reproduce both timing and data dependencies. A thorough case study using an air fuel ratio control system from the automotive domain is performed to assess the approach. Results indicate that the proposed method is suitable for automated functional testing of embedded control systems within a Software-in-the-Loop test environment.  相似文献

This paper introduces a constant flow method for incompressible fluids using a mechanical choked orifice plate (MCOP), even when changes in differential pressure occur between the upstream and downstream. The MCOP is constructed by inserting a float-spring blockage into an ordinary orifice plate to imitate the function of a critical cavitating flow in a cavitating Venturi. A model MCOP is established and verified by numerical simulation, and a prototype MCOP is designed and tested by experiments. The results show that the numerical simulation is a good guide for the MCOP design. The designed MCOP can keep a constant flow with an error in the flow control of ±4% within the range of the differential pressure between the upstream and downstream of 6–70 kPa. Because the constant flow is obtained without fluid vapourization, the pressure loss is greatly reduced and the noise and erosion are avoided. Additionally, due to the action of the float-spring blockage being based on the differential pressure between upstream and downstream, it is simultaneously insensitive to both upstream and downstream pressure fluctuations. The design idea and the conclusions can be used as a reference in the design of a constant flow control device for incompressible fluids.  相似文献

The extreme physics of targets shocked by NIF's 192-beam laser is observed by a diverse suite of diagnostics. Many diagnostics are being developed by collaborators at other sites, but ad hoc controls could lead to unreliable and costly operations. A diagnostic control system (DCS) framework for both hardware and software facilitates development and eases integration. Each complex diagnostic typically uses an ensemble of electronic instruments attached to sensors, digitizers, cameras, and other devices. In the DCS architecture each instrument is interfaced to a low-cost WINDOWS XP processor and JAVA application. Each instrument is aggregated with others as needed in the supervisory system to form an integrated diagnostic. The JAVA framework provides data management, control services, and operator graphical user interface generation. DCS instruments are reusable by replication with reconfiguration for specific diagnostics in extensible markup language. Advantages include minimal application code, easy testing, and high reliability. Collaborators save costs by assembling diagnostics with existing DCS instruments. This talk discusses target diagnostic instrumentation used on NIF and presents the DCS architecture and framework.  相似文献

This paper describes research towards the realization of reconfigurable modular automated machines and the associated engineering methods and tools necessary to support their lifecycle needs. UK-based research, in collaboration with the Ford Motor Company and several machine builders, has resulted in the development of full-scale prototype reconfigurable modular automation systems for both engine assembly and machining applications. The implementation of an assembly system is featured in this paper. An engineering environment and associated reconfigurable component-based control system architecture have been created aimed at supporting the lifecycle needs of a new generation of agile automated systems, i.e., providing reconfigurable, easily scalable automated machinery. This approach has the potential to fit within a wider collaborative automation strategy where manufacturing systems are implemented as a conglomerate of distributed, autonomous, and reusable units.  相似文献

In this paper, a solution for the automatic raw foundry brake disk dimensional characterisation and visual inspection for the automotive industry is presented. Three different computer vision techniques are used: a calibrated 3D structured-light vision technique, for dimensional characterisation and inspection; a 3D uncalibrated structured-light vision technique for local fault detection; and a common 2D-vision technique for a further local fault recognition. A new and fully automated 3D-calibration procedure for piece dimensional characterisation is also described. The whole system is an accurately synchronised blending of mechanics, automation, computer vision and robotics. Results from industrial implementation are presented.  相似文献
