以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸异辛酯( 2-EHA)为单体,甲基丙烯酸(MAA)为羧基功能单体,采用半连续种子乳液聚合工艺,制备了核壳结构的羧基型丙烯酸酯乳液,研究了 MAA用量对乳液的粒径、流变特性及胶膜亲水性的影响,采用 FT-IR、TEM、DSC对乳胶粒的结构和形貌进行了表征。结果表明:随着 MAA用量的增加,乳胶粒的粒径呈现先减小后增大的趋势, MAA质量分数为 6%时,粒径为 186 nm;MAA用量超过 4%时,乳液黏度显著提高; MAA用量的增加,胶膜的接触角降低,亲水性增加。 相似文献

采用半连续乳液聚合法制备了不同有机硅含量的八乙烯基多面体低聚硅倍半氧烷(OVS)-丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,并用核磁共振分析了其聚合状态。对乳液性能和涂膜性能的测试结果表明:随着多面体低聚倍半氧烷(POSS)含量的增加,涂膜的玻璃化转变温度、拉伸强度和耐水性显著提高,而聚合稳定性和断裂伸长率有所下降。 相似文献

以新型环保型APG 0810(烷基葡萄糖苷)乳化剂作为传统有毒APEO(烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚)乳化剂的替代品,采用预乳化-种子乳液聚合法制备了纯丙烯酸酯聚合物乳液。考察了APG 0810含量和聚合温度对预乳液稳定性、乳液黏度和冻融稳定性、胶膜表面性能和力学性能等影响。结果表明:当w(APG0810)=0.8%~1.5%(相对于乳液总质量而言)时,预乳液的储存稳定时间超过240 min;当w(APG 0810)=1.0%、聚合温度为88℃时,乳液黏度和冻融稳定性明显提高,胶膜综合性能相对最好。 相似文献

Based on the coagulative particle nucleation mechanism, a two-step model has been developed for the semi-batch surfactant-free emulsion polymerization of butyl acrylate, or butyl acrylate in the presence of a small amount of acrylic acid. During Stage 1, precursor particles are first formed by phase separation of the oligomeric radicals in the aqueous phase. These precursor particles are extremely unstable and tend to aggregate until a stable (primary) particle size is achieved. The size of the newly formed particles is controlled mainly by limited coagulation among the precursor particles in this stage. During the early part of Stage 2, the rate of aggregation of these precursor particles to form a primary particle may be slower than the rate of coagulation of the primary particles. This factor would lead to a decrease in the particle concentration with time. Later on, the particle concentration starts to level off and finally reaches a steady value due to the effect of limited coagulation. In this stage, the particle growth is achieved mainly by polymerization of the feed monomer inside the particles. This model has been assessed by a number of experiments. The reaction variables selected for this purpose are the concentrations of initiator, acrylic acid and NaHCO3, and the agitation speed. 以苯乙烯-马来酸酐铵盐水溶性大分子作为保护胶体,通过半连续乳液聚合法合成了综合性能优良的丙烯酸酯无皂乳液.研究了保护胶体对乳液单分散性和成膜性能的影响;研究发现.乳液的单分散性较好,粒径稍大,其中多分散指数PDI为0.097,粒径大小为110.2 nm.并且其成膜性能优良,光泽较高.实验确定了保护胶体的最佳配比用量为8%、引发剂用量为0.6%、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯用量为2%.将该乳液配制咸水性木器清漆具有优异的性能. 相似文献

以VAE乳液为核,以BA-VAc-HEMA等混合单体为壳,采用核-壳乳液聚合工艺研制出一种新型丙烯酸乳液压敏胶,讨论了核,壳,乳化剂,引发剂,聚合温度等因素对压敏胶性能的影响,VAE用量12.5%,BA:VAc:HEMA:AA=8.7:1.2:0.3:0.1,使用过硫酸铵加NH4S2O8-NaHSO3氧化还原体系为引发剂,制得的压敏胶性能优良。 相似文献
