第六章油膜支承压力和油槽问题1 摩擦系数如何根据表面状态发生变化? 众所周知,摩擦的大小用摩擦系数μ来表示。且摩擦力与摩擦速度和接触面积无关,与荷重P成比例(图6—1)。即 F=μ·P 其中比例常数μ表示两物体相合滑动时的滑动难易程度。上式在两物体表面完全干燥的条件下才成立。但实际上不可能得到完全干燥的状态,多少会有些润滑,因而根据实际速度,μ的值也必然发生变化。下面对各种摩擦状态下的μ值的变化状况作一简述。  相似文献

对模架中的导柱来说,既要求其滑动自如,又具有很小的间隙,只有使用滚珠导柱才能满足上述要求。特别是高速自动冲压、薄板冲裁和精密冲裁等无法经常注润滑油的加工中,主要是使用滚珠导柱模架。滚珠导柱的特点是用摩擦系数很小的滚动摩擦代替滑动摩擦。滚珠导柱的优点如下。(1)活动轻快,模具对合时非常方便。特别是对于大型模操作很简易。(2)高速运转不会发热。(3)磨损量极少。  相似文献

第四章导柱与导套的配合问题1 决定导柱、导套配合好坏的要素是什么?导柱、导套的配合是涉及模架质量的重要因素,但用户对其难以作出判断。大多通过导柱和导套的对合状态和模架的活动状况进行鉴别。但凭借手的感觉来判断配合的好坏有时会出现差错。首先,对安装在模板上导柱的要求是在长时间内保持小间隙。为了掌握导桂、导套的配合间隙,通常也只能用手拉动上模座,视其滑动状况。然后将模架安装在压力机上,并作几次对合运动。再将模架从压力机上卸下,用手轻轻拉动上模座,凭借自己的经验来判断有什么不同的感觉。事实上,模架不可能长时间地保持小间隙,使用一段时间以后,间隙就要增  相似文献

Increasingly, companies require faster ramp-up in order to cope with shorter production cycles and greater demand for product variety. Since quality and dimensional problems are one of the major reasons for delay during ramp-up, rapid diagnosis of dimensional failures is of critical concern. Given the lack of historical data and incomplete process knowledge in ramp-up, a Rough Set based diagnosis methodology is proposed which focuses on developing: (1) Self-learning ability to detect new faults as a system undergoes adjustments; and (2) A continuous diagnostic for faults rather than a crisp definition of faults. As assembly process planning fulfils the main function of connecting product design to production simulation and thus, the production system itself, a feasible software solution is needed to support this process. Thus, a novel concept is presented that aims at improving the integration of digital product design and assembly planning by introducing a consistent data structuring. This approach helps to reduce redundant tasks and supports the continuous data exchange. It is based on the use of assembly features, i.e. pre-defined geometry elements that contain additional technological information.The prototypical implementation of the concept focuses on the use of commercially available software tools, expanding them with additional functionality for the application of assembly features. The feature-based concept has been tested with a scenario from the automotive supplier industry. For the considered assembly, a comparison between the conventional and the feature-based planning approach is presented in the paper. It points out that the major advantages of the developed concept can be seen in an improved data consistency as well as a higher level of efficiency within the planning activities.  相似文献

A hybrid technology of inductive contact joining (ICJ) was developed to join fibre-reinforced thermoplastics (FRP) with metals by using a tool with single-sided heating. In comparison to conventional methods with separate heating, pressing and cooling, the unique new hybrid ICJ process is characterized by combining all three steps into one hybrid process. The maximum temperature is shifted toward the joining zone due to the direct cooling effect of the surface. FE simulations showed the temperature distributions within the joint. The performed experiments provided data for the temperature profile of the process and the resulting strength of the joint, type of damage and microstructural characteristics. Proven advantages include very short cycle time, competitive joint strength and limited influence on the mechanical properties of the metallic component.  相似文献

The disassembly of used goods is characterized by strongly varying quantities and a wide range of different kinds and states of products. Furthermore, the requirements of a disassembly system are determined by the disassembly object, by the process as well as by the disassembly system itself. As a result of the high labor costs in industrial countries and the huge amount of used goods, an automated disassembly is favored for the industrial disassembly. New methods for the programming of industrial robots have to be developed because the costs for a programming of small lot sizes are a key factor of the economic efficiency of small and medium sized enterprises (SME). In this paper an off-line programming environment for programming of industrial robots in the field of automated disassembly is presented. The exemplary implementation is realized at a pilot disassembly system, which was built up at the Institut für Werkzeugmaschinen und Fabrikbetrieb (IWF) of the Technische Universität Berlin.  相似文献

This paper addresses the challenge of integrating simulation and augmented reality tools into final assembly operations. The study presented, comprises an assembly sequence generation algorithm, for the creation of assembly sequences and steps, carried out by engineers with the use of CAD data and any additional input concerning the product. This information is then delivered to the AR (Augmented Reality) module, which is responsible for the visual instructions of the assembly task. The AR module is based on an algorithm that creates the virtual instructions, having as basis the assembly sequence of the specific product. Today the technological design of fine machining processes like finishing of plane surfaces is still a procedure based on experience. In addition, finishing technology is the result of an empirical approach. Innovative methods for designing and controlling finish operations make use of models and the implementation of procedures that allow the derivation of optimal technological parameters and process control strategies as well as the prediction of cutting behaviour of abrasive tools. These process and technology models are based on measuring and evaluating process variables like process forces or cutting torque and parameters of the electric drive like motor current or torque. With these models a finishing process is achieved on the basis of mathematical and technological principles wherein the grinding tool works in a self-sharpening condition providing optimal results.  相似文献
