针对化学合成抗生素制药废水成分复杂、有机物和含盐量高的特点,先进行共沸蒸馏/二效逆流蒸发物化预处理,而后采用UBF/接触氧化/BAF工艺处理。工程实践表明,物化预处理可有效降低废水中有机物和盐分的含量,有利于后续生化处理;系统调试3个月后,在进水COD为7003~11087mg/L的情况下,缓慢增加UBF、接触氧化塔、BAF的容积负荷,对COD的平均去除率分别达到88.82%、50.09%和40.91%,出水COD〈300mg/L,达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)的二级标准。 相似文献

Effect of process configuration and substrate complexity on the performance of anaerobic processes 总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7
The roles of substrate complexity (molecular size of the substrate) and process configuration in anaerobic wastewater treatment were investigated to determine optimal methanogenic technology parameters. Five substrates (glucose, propionate, butyrate, ethanol, and lactate) plus a mixed waste (60% carbohydrate, 34% protein, and 6% lipids) were studied under five reactor configurations: batch-fed single-stage continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR), continuously fed single-stage CSTR, two-phase CSTR, two-stage CSTR, and single-stage upflow anaerobic sludge blanket (UASB). The substrate feed concentration was 20,000 mg/L as COD. The solids retention time (SRT) and hydraulic retention time (HRT) in the CSTR reactors were 20 d, while HRT in the UASB was 2 d. All reactors were operated for at least 60 d (equal to 3SRT). Substrate complexity was observed to be less significant under two-phase, two-stage and UASB reactor configurations. Two-phase CSTR, two-stage CSTR, and single-stage UASB configurations yielded the lowest effluent chemical oxygen demands (130-550, 60-700, and 50-250 mg/L, respectively). The highest effluent chemical oxygen demands were detected when feeding glucose, propionate, and lactate to continuously fed single-stage CSTRs (10, 400, 9900, and 4700 mg/L COD, respectively) and to batch-fed single-stage CSTRs (11, 200, 2500, and 2700 mg/L COD, respectively). This paper presents the performance of two full‐scale up‐flow anaerobic sludge blanket–activated sludge process (UASB‐ASP)‐based sewage treatment plants (STPs) (surface and diffused aeration‐based activated sludge processes as post‐treatment units). Performance of this combination is compared with UASB–polishing ponds and UASB–ozonation‐based STPs. Post‐treatment units removed 89 and 92% of anionic surfactants (AS) by surface and diffused aeration, respectively. Finally, 0.61 and 0.23 mg/L of AS were discharged from post‐treatment steps after overall reduction of 90–92%. Final concentrations from UASB‐ASP‐based STPs were low compared with UASB–polishing ponds (3.60–4.91 mg/L) and UASB–ozonation (1.52 and 0.53 mg/L). Overall, UASB‐ASP‐based STPs were working efficiently for the removal of organics in terms of chemical oxygen demand (COD) (84%) and biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) (93%), but they need further modifications for the removal of AS up to the level of risk quotient [risk quotient (RQ)] ≤ 1 for no risk to aquatic environment. 相似文献

The leather industry occupies a place of prominence in the Indian economy due to its massive potential for employment, growth and exports. The potential environmental impact of tanning is significant. This study focuses on tannery soak liquor, generated by the soaking of hides and skins, which is characterised by high organic load and high salinity. For these reasons, the soak liquor should be segregated and pre-treated separately before being mixed with the composite wastewater, made of all other streams mixed together. The anaerobic digestion of tannery soak liquor was studied using a UASB. COD removal reached 78% at an OLR of 0.5 kg COD m(-3) d(-1), a HRT of 5 days and a TDS concentration of 71 gl(-1). The combination of the UASB with an aerobic post-treatment enhanced the performance of the overall wastewater treatment process and the COD removal efficiency of the combined anaerobic/aerobic treatment system reached 96%. However, for effective operation, the system had to be operated at very low OLRs, which affects the economic viability of such a process. 相似文献

广东某城市污水处理厂采用UASB-好氧工艺处理低浓度城市污水,对UASB的实际处理效能进行了考察。结果表明,在试验的进水水质条件下,当UASB的水力停留时间为6h时,系统对COD和BOD5的平均去除率分别为50%和60%,对TP的去除率为15%~38%。当HRT由5.67h延长至10h时,出水VFA浓度会随之降低,而pH值则始终稳定在6.5~7.5,系统对COD和BOD5的去除率分别增加9%和19%,对溶解性COD和BOD5的去除率分别增加25%和24%。 相似文献

介绍了粉末活性炭/湿式氧化再生(PACT/WAR)系统在台湾龟山污水处理厂中的应用,探讨了PACT/WAR系统对有机物、重金属离子以及色度的去除效果,并对重要操作参数进行了评估.该系统的平均COD去除率为77%、BeD,去除率为84%、SS去除率为71%、色度去除率为94%.运行结果显示,曝气池活性炭浓度为500~1 000 mg/L时,其单位有机物去除量约0.2~0.6 g/g;系统污泥龄为4~10 d,污泥龄越长则COD、BOD,去除率越高,出水BOD/COD值约为0.03~0.16;水力停留时间越长则COD去除率越高,而对BOD5去除率的影响则不太显著. 相似文献
